The rental car rates were better than other competitors. I was able to get in and out pretty quick even after there being a few customers ahead of me. BOOK THROUGH TURO!! This Enterprise location has Horrible customer service, Benji hung up on me, careless customer service. Well a hour before my reservation Benji calls me and tells me they don't have any trucks available that I booked. Oh and btw we only have "ONE" car you can get a tiny Mitsubishi.. omg! I am so pissed I already booked a Lyft and that's money out of my pocket. He didn't care when I was upset I wasted money on a Lyft and I booked this hours ago but I didn't get no calls until less then a hour before my pick up time, also Benji told me one hour is a good enough time to call. Thanks for hanging up on me Benji. Now I am reminded why to book through Turo we don't put up with bad customer service like Benji he shouldn't be in his position. I was impressed with Enterprise until I got in an accident. The roadside assistance was unhelpful, extremely slow, and unresponsive to my urgent medical needs. I would have recommended Enterprise before being rear ended, but god forbid I actually need information and support. read more

I'd give 5 stars but this location is understaffed, with somewhat long wait times when even a little busy. On the upside, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a rental for over a month, arranged by my insurance company, after a car accident. Logan, the location manager went above and beyond in trying to communicate with Allstate (a terrible insurance company) on my behalf, all while multitasking and helping another family. Enterprise is lucky to have Logan, he deserves a big raise. I'd rent from them again. read more

Enterprise at 5150 E Spdwy has a close working association with Royal Collision just up the road and that's how I was referred to them. My car was hit by someone who, fortunately, had good insurance. They provided me with a rental for the 10 days that my SUV was going to be in the repair facility awaiting parts and labor. Note: This location is very, very busy. I visited on several occasions during the estimate process and the staff - Victoria, Fernando and Lexi - were always in amazingly positive spirits, despite the phones ringing constantly. There is a severe rental car shortage throughout the country (as it emerges post-pandemic) but this only allowed their equanimity and flexibility to shine. The car I had hoped for wasn't within the limit of the rental allowance, so they offered me some nicely discounted upgrades to choose from. When an even better upgrade became available (Volvo XC60) two days later, they facilitated a swap in less than 10 minutes. This was more comparable to the X5 that got bruised and it enabled my entourage to travel more comfortably for the 10 days that I needed a substitute SUV. I have always been a fan of Enterprise and, yes, the availability of vehicles is often not what is advertised but that's because so many people extend their rentals and that's entirely unpredictable to the staff. What's key is how they accommodate unforeseen hurdles and that's where they consistently exceeded expectations. A+ guys! It's a relatively small location but there is ample parking in their lot for customers; the lobby is basic, but clean and cool (110 outside)! You may need to leave a voicemail or call several times but it's not because they're ignoring you. As I witnessed while being served, the phones were always ringing and they truly did their best to juggle in-store patrons as well as callers, all with alacrity :) read more

Took four calls to actually get someone to pick up the phone. Then I was told they wanted to give me a call back so they could give the care I deserved in an hour. 72 hours later still no call back. I went somewhere else. Current staffing reflects poorly on Enterprise but I believe it may be isolated to this location. read more

For the 4 weeks I am in the state of Illinois I try to be productive, Your unprofessionalism and the lack of ability to secure Enterprise property before you rent out a car to customers. I reserved a rental car many weeks in advance, for a very important special event on September 17. I even called the location directly to confirm, and received the confirmation email. On the day of this event, less than 30 minutes before pickup time, Enterprise calls to tell me they don't have a car for us!!!!! I was furious. They really screwed us. And this location on N. Kolb Road is a mess. The first time we rented there, the car wasn't ready on time and we had to wait close to one hour, making my parents wait at the airport for us. The second time, they never told us about the $200 security deposit for debit cards and screwed up my bank account. They offered us a 10% coupon, which we would have used for this last event on 9/17, but they had no car to rent to us. NEVER will we use Enterprise again. Go to Alamo or Hertz, do yourselves a favor. read more

Letter to our insurance company about our terrible encounter with an Enterprise branch manager in Tucson, AZ on February 28, 2020. Dear GEICO I just spoke with Matthew in your claims office Georgia. We are traveling and had to put our vehicle in the shop for service. I told Matthew that I rented a Chevy Malibu yesterday from Enterprise here in Tucson, Arizona. We had the car overnight, kept it in the garage, and only put 24 miles on the car. Upon return today we were told that the windshield was cracked and our insurance would be charged. How convenient to blame the last renter. The crack was not visible to the untrained eye. It could have been there for some time. However, the rental folks were quick to act. The crack was only visible if you looked at it straight down. It was in the black mask area of the windshield. It was not visible from the inside of the car. I pleaded with the manager, Tarah Kendall, (520) 298-7087. I told her that we did not notice the crack when we inspected the car. She didn't care. She said you looked the car over and signed the contract. I further stated that there was no sign of impact. It was a crack that grew out from the lower corner. It did not matter. She said she would file a claim on my GEICO policy. I told her that I would protest the claim. I am being used as a scapegoat and so is GEICO. I recommend that GEICO refute the claim and not make payment. (Perhaps have a local GEICO person or a glass shop look at the crack. Maybe the age of the crack can be estimated.) Please let me know if anything can be done about this. Thank You, Lew I would also like to add that this location is so busy you cannot get the vehicule you requested. Also, they missed our pickup. We had to take Lyft to the branch at the last minute. However, another manager credited our rental with the cost of the Lyft ride. Final result, Enterprise claim department dropped the claim to Geico and apologized for the inconvenience. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty and your business. We have reviewed your concerns regarding the claim for your rental vehicle; we appreciate you as a customer and have made the decision to take care of the damages and costs of this claim. Got to the place and I had booked the "they pick" reservation. It is my first time getting a car from this location I usually go to the one close to the Auto Mall. Because of my experience there, I always had booked an Enterprise rental. The customer service was always top notch. My experience on Kolb was not even close. They called to get a car from another location and had me wait about 40 minutes instead of giving us what they had. They said "we have to coordinate ours car for the other customers" like what am I? First they said that they couldn't have a small bigger car to Mexico which is a lie because all I've taken in the past have been midsize SUVs. I see how money is more important than your customer experience. The manager was not smiling at all and definitely didn't make us feel welcome. Complete 360 customer experience difference from the auto mall location . I had to go back in to get a copy of my contract and they forgot to get my credit card info. read more

Stay away. Shady business practices. I was told to use this company by my insurance agency. When the truck was picked up, we did no formal inspection of the vehicle, no did I sign any condition agreement. The truck had just arrived on their lot and wasn't cleaned out prior. I accepted it with a 1/4 take of gas and dirty because it was the only truck they had. I just received a call stating that the truck was returned damaged. There is no way that this happened while in my possession. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professional integrity. Don't skip formality because you are busy, then turn that back onto your customers. I will not be using Enterprise again. read more

I rented a Monte Carlo that had minor damage to the right rear door that was missed during inspection. Was renting a car about every 4 weeks last year to drive north. This location had the best customer service of the local enterprise by far.

Beyond grateful for Eric. My family and I came in tonight to pickup our rental as we are preparing for a road trip back to California tomorrow and we ran into some problems when taking care of our reservation (problems on my end), for starters I was late to my appointment at 6pm, the office closed at 6p but Eric was very nice about me being late and understanding. But the problems we ran into, Eric was very helpful, he made no big deal about it esp it being after hours, he was very patient and just understanding. I felt so bad about everything but he remained patient and like I said understanding and handled everything professionally and friendly. THANKYOU ERIC for your help and being a great manager.
