I have been always renting with Hertz- i am recently touched by these people. These are like Hertz System License-they are not even aware that i am a President circle or Gold # 30108878. Yesterday when I went to return the rental car and My Truck toyota tacoma did not have enough scrappers or the right now - Right now i went and got from Wal-mart. I am talking about yesterday. Brittany went out of the way to help out find the right ones help out and suggest how to live in Piqua, Ohio and Sidney, ohio really touched by all her gestures. I dont think anyone in the cold will go out of the way to do all this so late while the time of closing. Above all, she said you can park there so that you dont have to walk in the cold, you can drive the truck to get the bill-very humanly and considerate. This kind of gestures should not go unnoticed ever. Worst experience I have ever had at a drive in. The parking spaces are color coded for different…read moresized vehicles. I was driving an suv which meant a green marker. Pretty much everyone except 5 vehicles were trucks and suvs. As you can imagine, there were no green spaces left unless you were on the extreme ends and no one wants to be there. I parked in a white spot, marked for small cars - keep in mind I made sure to not block anyone in any shape or form. I was approached by a worker and very rudely informed that I was not allowed to park there. I explained the situation and also informed him that tickets were non-refundable. He proceeded to be overly aggressive so I requested to speak to the owner. She came out and also told me I could not park there, even though there was another suv parked next to where I was, and I'd have to park all the way at the end where the view is awful. Meanwhile the guy is still being rude in the background of our conversation. I wanted to leave and wanted a refund. I was given rain check tickets but honestly just never going back to that place ever again. Also was not granted a refund for their overly priced food and drink.
