I rent cars frequently for both business and personal travel. I've enjoyed the flexibility Enterprise has offered over the years, but I pass along a warning regarding the Campbells Run Road location in Pittsburgh. They charged me for a day that I did not have the car because I used the key drop box (as I always have over the years). It took 2 days to receive the invoice, and I immediately called when I saw the error. The first person I spoke with said they would need to check with a manager, but they never called back. I called again the next day, and they said it was a policy change. They now add an extra day rental fee, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE CAR! During our call, the customer service representative stopped talking or maybe hung up?! I have already rescheduled my upcoming reservations. read more

We had to return a rental car this morning and the process was extremely fast and simple. We walked in and said we had a car to return and an employee came out to check the truck to make sure everything looked the way it did when they gave us the truck. He checked it out and since it looked good, he told us that we get out deposit back on the card that is on file. This whole process took approximately 5-10 minutes and was super simple. read more

Enterprise rental staff on Campbells Run Road was helpful, courteous and friendly. We requested an EV and Jamie, Mgmt Assistant had a BMW on the lot. I was concerned about availability of chargers where we were visiting and was told no problem. We didn't have a problem because one was located not far from where we stayed, however, the charger destination map showed several in area but one was out of order, two were not installed. I loved driving the car and thank you for keeping it fragrance free. I have allergies to all those cleaners and glad I didn't have to be exposed. Thank you. read more

I always go through National/Enterprise Rent-A-Car for all my car rental needs both for business and personal purposes. I use the Heidelberg/Bridgeville PA location the most since it's the closest branch to my house. This last rental was a good one. I called and got an associate on the line quickly and he was very friendly and efficient. He got me a quote and in a rental better than what I was currently driving-a brand new Nissan Rogue! We arranged for pick up at my house and a call beforehand. They did exactly that. When my driver arrived, he called to let me know he was outside and had a mask on. I wore one too and sat in the back. He was very efficient in checking me out. When I had to extend my rental by a few days, again the associate Justin was great to work with. read more

I used to rent vehicles from this location all the time. However recently, their service has completely fallen off and their vehicles are never available. I was just informed that a truck that I need it urgently for tomorrow morning I would not be able to get until mid day. I was told the reason for this was based on when I booked the reservation. I don't understand How that matters with vehicle availability. If they tell you they have vehicle available when you make the reservation and then they tell you later that the vehicle is not available, that's not on me, that's on them. Found out after I picked up my rental the Enterprise charged me for a 20% deposit plus the entire amount of the rental. They put a hold on those funds on my credit card! Outrageous!! Why do they need a deposit when they held the entire rental amount too? Won't use them again!! read more

If there was another rental car company as close or slightly further away, I'd use them instead of the Enterprise location on Campbell's Run Road. My new job/company requires me to rent a car for travel and my first to experiences at Enterprise have been trouble some. Their customer service representatives have not been in anyway apologetic for delays or the hoops required to get a car with a debit card. And an upgrade to an Audi, that I was willing to pay for, turned into a cheap looking and equipped Chevy Impala. read more

I rented a box truck from the commercial truck rental section of this enterprise. The manager on duty David, was on top of his game. In addition to handling 2 other customers who needed their rental trucks to be serviced he got me on the road with extremely short notice from me. I will definitely rent from here again should the need for a box truck arise. read more

They promised a 4 wheel drive vehicle i didn't get they they promised a jeep and at first the argued with me about not having one but they did although it was a two wheel drive. The Cherokee was making sounds with the belt the while time I had it. Then they charged me 7 dollars in addition. The lady I called and spoke to was a total bitch with an attitude. After previously renting a Toyota Camry from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Savannah, GA for a month, and returning the car in pristine condition to this location; I felt confident that I could go back at any time and continue renting whenever necessary, after all, good customers are appreciated, Right? So after just a few weeks time, I found myself needing a rental car again, so I confidently reserved a car online and took an Uber to this same location the following morning; July 23rd of 2016. However, when I arrived around noon to pick up my car, I discovered that I could not use a debit card this time, because my driver's license was now my 'out-of-state' license. At first I understood their policy and was simply kicking myself for not doing my homework. But when I tried to discuss possible alternatives to get around this hurdle, the woman who appeared to hold seniority in the office gave me a cold and aloof "No. We can't help you." I tried to discuss alternatives with the other young lady, but the first lady eavesdropped and continued to insist that they could not help me to the point of intrusive. To her defense, the newer girl seemed sympathetic to my plight. I had just told her that my recent promotion at work depended greatly on my getting this rental car; but she was powerless to help me under the barrage of negative and very rude comments from the other woman insisting that 'nothing can be done'... 'its our policy'...'I told you..." etc... The newer gal was fairly sympathetic and apologetic. I had a good experience with enterprise rent-a car. The rental was for an insurance claim so, I didn't have to come put-of-pocket for anything (except for coverage for the rental through enterprise, which I opted not to purchase). That could be around $18 a day. Seems expensive. I just utilized my own insurance. Yes, you can do that! Anyway, the customer service provided to me was good. They called me to confirm the rental reservation after my insurance adjuster made the reservation. They also called me the day before I returned to remind me that the insurance was not going to pay after a specified day. Even though I was already aware of this information, the courtesy call was thoughtful. Will I rent from there again? Sure. read more

After I sent an email with my rental agreement and picture of my car to Enterprise, they replied to my email that they had forwarded to the location to review. What? I did go through that already. What you should do is asking them for the tape and review it. Prove to me that your camera really cannot capture anything around my car. Not going back to the same location and just ask them to review it. This is not proving anything. I CANNOT TRUST YOU. WHY WOULD I GO BACK AND PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE AGAIN? We rented a mini van for our trip down south for Thanksgiving to visit family. The location was very helpful. The only drawback was I do not use credit cards and planned to pay with a debit card. They had to do a credit check and I had to pay a $250 deposit. The deposit was returned to my account 2 days after I returned the rental. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone, but not a fan of Enterprise's debit card policy. read more

I was having a horrible experience with our truck at a local tire and service place. They couldn't figure out what was going on with our truck after I brought it back because it was running worse than it had been before. My fiance and I had plans to go to a concert that night and at this point we had no idea how we were going to get there. The service place graciously offered to have a rental car set up with Enterprise at no cost to us so we could continue with our plans and make sure we had a working vehicle while they were still servicing our truck. They were really busy at Enterprise but they managed to still maintain great customer service even though you could tell they were stressed out. Our rental was flawless as well. Why is there never negative starts to give!? These people ripped me off and told me that I "upgraded to a full size sedan" and I did not. I asked for whatever my insurance covered and my only options were a Chevy Malibu, truck or mini van. I was told the mini van and the truck would be extra money a day bc it was considered an upgrade. So i took the Malibu bc I was not going to pay more for another vehicle if I didn't need it. It barely fit my 2 daughters and myself but it served the purpose for me. I had this car for a month bc a deer hit my car and I checked my bank account before I turned it in and they charged my car $165.00!!!! They said since i upgraded my insurance didn't cover the taxes. I never ever ever said I was upgrading, it was all that was available!!!! so long story short I got that $165.00 back. Be very cautious as to what type of car they try to give you bc they are crooks. read more

I rented a small SUV from this branch of Enterprise, as I have done in the past. It is not the closest one to me, but I have had such good customer service there, that I continue to go back. I use a debit card, and had booked online. When I got there, however, they informed me that I was supposed to have brought in utility bills with my current address, AND that they had to have a certain minimum balance due. None of this was brought to my attention online, and as a reward member, who had rented there before, I was , needless to say, surprised and inconvenienced. The staff wasn't apologetic or accommodating at all. I did expect a deposit , or hold to be placed on my card, but none of what I was put through. It's unfortunate, because I have rented both cars, and trucks from this location before and have always been treated extremely well before. read more

We had a car from Enterprise during the time our Acura was down for a new airbag. The people were very professional and nice during the process and we would use them again if the need arises. They even provided us with a new rental when I had an allergic reaction to some air freshener in the original car provided. That process was handled in about 5 minutes. read more
