AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Booked a car through an insurance claim over the phone for a 4:30PM pickup at the Mt. Kisco location but arrived to find out it wasn't in their system. Guy proceeds to take care of everyone else coming in after me, reassuring me there are plenty of cars being returned available to rent. Waited an entire hour & half watching other people come & go just to be the last one out when the store closed. read more

his way down to pick up the car he called to make sure everything was in order and they DID NOT HAVE A CAR FOR HIM!! They tried to say they called last night, lies, no missed call, no voicemail. My husband rents from Enterprise often so they cannot say they called a different number, etc. They didn't have a car and didn't call. Even if they did call, how is notice the night before adequate? Would you want to be in this situation scrambling for a car? And you know what they did for him? NOTHING! No call to another location, no assistance, absolutely screwed him and did nothing about it. This company will leave you without a car and without help! First experience with this location. If you actually want the car you rent, do NOT make a reservation here. This was for a business trip which is now ruined. Great job! Your customer service is the worst. Here's hoping this review costs you business! Do not take reservations you cannot honor! My husband works for a Fortune 500 company and rest assured they will be notified of the disaster that Enterprise has caused due to not having his car. read more

Worst customer service! The manager and employees ENJOY being difficult and unhelpful to customers. Single mom and child were left stranded in a thunderstorm after having a car reserved. Completely shocked to have encountered such inhumanity. read more

All around professional, friendly & accommodating staff. Even though they are a bit further for me than the Mahopac location, I just appreciate the service here a lot. For example, they once stayed 5 minutes past close on a Saturday just to help me grab a much needed rental, and even upgraded my reservation. The rental app also makes it easy to check your ongoing reservation as well as make new ones or cancel as needed. read more

Poor customer service. Gave me a car with literally no gas, 1/8th of a tank. Car smelled like someone had just recently smoked in it. As I dropped off car alone no one asked if I needed a ride. I would not use this location again. read more

5 stars for customer service in person. 1 star for the quality of the car. I was generous and rounded up but was sorely tempted to do the opposite. I recognize I rented a compact car but I ended up with a toaster. It barely accelerated creating unsafe merge situations and it didn't have cruise control. For perspective, I drive a Prius at home-- if I think it is slow, it is truly a snail. Those seem like basic features in a rental car to me and have been in all of my previous rental experiences. The person I spoke to on the phone was vaguely patronizing about how I should have opted for a different rental designation. Unimpressed. read more

For sanitary reasons I would not rent a car here, certainly not during a pandemic. I had 2 different vehicles from them in one month and both were poorly cleaned. Most concerning were the windshields on the inside that led to tremendous glares during extreme sunlight, twilight hours, and night. Maybe a dirty rag was used to clean both car's glass? Also, it was very difficult to get anyone on the phone at this branch, but the hold message kept touting a "Complete Clean Pledge" which was ironic. When I dropped the car off I forgot my garage door opener. The cleaning staff "missed" it and it was never found. Odd, if you are cleaning & sterilizing a car with wouldn't you clean the driver visor? Its right by the windshield on the inside.. Oh.. right, they don't clean the glass that's what I was saying. 2 thumbs down. read more

Picked this location because it was close to family and renting a car at one of the big airports is SO expensive. Everyone I dealt with here was informative, helpful and very friendly. We used this location for the first time a couple weeks ago and were very pleased with the customer service. They promptly picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. No waiting on either end of picking up the car or dropping off. I will definitely use this location again. read more

Great experience. It was my first time renting a car too and they were friendly. I was on a time schedule and everything went smoothly. There is a gas station right next to this place as well. I called ahead and they were able to help me pick out the right car I would be comfortable in. The Car I rented was clean, had a full tank of gas and smelled fresh. Any questions I did have about the paper work they explained to me. I was happy to rent my first car at this location. read more

Nice people but location seems chaotically busy. Missed a flight because they couldn't pick me up at the time when they assured me they would. Had to cancel the reservation ( which they took with a cavalier attitude and no apology) and take a car service. Guess its time to go back to Avis...they reportedly " try harder ". read more

My car has been in the shop and I just rented a car for the second time here in over a one week period. I rent cars quite a lot when traveling but this was my first time at an off airport location. I have to say this was the most attentive and best attention to service car rental agency I have ever dealt with. Management is obviously doing a great job here. Everyone I came into contact here was friendly and helpful and focussed on the customer. Both rental cars were as described or better (i rented an intermediate and was upgraded both times - once to a pickup (Nissan Frontier) and the other time to a small SUV (Jeep Patriot). Overall I would highly recommend this rental office. Their new office location and building is also a plus. read more

Excellent customer service--very polite, friendly, prompt, and helpful. The car--a 2016 Nissan--was just fine and was fairly priced. The only issue, if it can even be called that, is that the tank was only 1/4 full when I received it. I am accustomed to a hybrid, which requires gas very infrequently, so it was a bit of a nuisance to have to fill the Enterprise car almost immediately, and then to try not to fill it over the 1/4 tank level every time I filled it when it got closer and closer to the day I was to return it. So, it was a nuisance but not a deal-breaker. read more
