I have an insurance claim. They called me and told me all kinds of things. First they told me that i have a 30% discount with my insurance. Then quoted me a rate of $42 per day on the standard car. I asked if that was a total or was there taxes added to that. The answer was that it is the total. I then was told it would be $39 a day with my discount. I questioned how they got to that number. They then said they did not quote me the full amount. This is absolute lies. I have always rented my vehicles from this location. They are really going downhill in their customer service and not being truthful with the customer. I have now called back in 3 times and no one will answer my call. I've always rented from this location and receive quality service every time. The vehicles are cared for (some are not always thoroughly cleaned inside but never terrible). They are proactive in making sure you know who to call if there's an issue, etc. Most businesses is perfect and I am a bit picky, but this location is top drawer. read more

Due to an accident (no fault of mine) I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in Monroe. The young man I dealt with was very professional and went over the vehicle inside and out. I have been trying for weeks now to have someone from this branch contact me regarding the optional insurance charge that I never signed for being added to my car rental. Almost $80 in charges I've called to resolve this now many times always being told it's being escalated to a supervisor. No one ever calls back. No one answers the phone. I've been given no resolution even though I have proof of my signed contract and my rental being 3 days (no added coverage) yet being charged 4 days for optional insurance I didn't even sign for. We've used this branch many times and the fact they won't simply reverse a mistake they made leads me to believe everyone should be double checking what they are charged for here. I've given the benefit of the doubt. Now I think they just don't fix their "mistakes" I'll be disputing this with my bank now since it's been almost a month of chasing this business for a stupid refund. Update: after I made this review on google I then called the branch again to give one last opportunity before disputing with my bank. Only to be spoken to disrespectfully and hung up on when I said do I need to come to the branch. My husband heard then called no apology just pushing accountability onto corporate. Won't give names. Customer service literally heard you lie on the phone About the refund. I've disputed it with my bank because from other reviews this is just another issue with this branch. I called one last time asked for "Austin" the manager. Have to leave message no call back. Imagine that. will prob be emailing their disability corporate contact and the local bbb. Absolutely disgusting. We reserved a Toyota rav-4 and were instead given a corola. The car was dirty and smelled like smoke. The checkout staff was extremely rude and disorganized. They harassed us over our USAA discount and did not want to honor the contract we had on the front end. We had paid for an intermediate car and were given an economy class vehicle, we had to fight for the rate to be decreased accordingly. They also were overly pushy about trying to sell extra coverage, we had to firmly decline it multiple times throughout the conversation. This Enterprise location was not only able to get me in a suitable vehicle, but they actually lowered their price to match the great rate Hertz had quoted us. Amazing! So now I'm slapped with a diminished value of the car. Which was on very port condition and should have been detailed inside thoroughly. And refurbish the outside because of the damage during major travel. I'm only giving two stars because we were able to rent a van here and no other local locations were able to get us into a van. They get two stars for them having various vehicle options available and was able to get my mom into a rental with a two-hour notice and on a Saturday. On the other hand, be careful to examine the entire car prior to leaving with it. When my mom went to get her rental, they had missed a broken tail light and luckily, she caught it before she left with the vehicle. They said they didn't catch it and had to call the prior renters to figure out what happened. When we returned with the vehicle, the lady came straight out and went to the front of the vehicle that was parked away from her. She looked under the vehicle and said that my mom had damaged it. If they could not catch a broken tail light prior to us renting it, how could they be certain that the prior renters did not do this. We barely drove this vehicle while we had it. We would have definitely noticed if we had hit something to cause damage underneath the car. I just think it's sketch that her first instinct was to look underneath the car when they didn't notice a broken taillight when the previous renter returned the vehicle. And when my mom saw Eddie and tried to have him explain to the lady that he didn't catch damage from the previous renters, he wouldn't even look my mother's way. He wouldn't even make eye contact with her which was even more suspicious after he had been so friendly with her during her checkout process. He even convinced her to get the Pacifica over the Dodge which is even more sketchy now. He had so much input and wanted the best for her but then wouldn't even acknowledge her when she returned the Pacifica that actually SUCKED. The technology that he sold her on didn't even work properly and malfunctioned during the entire ride. Luckily, my mom had gotten the extra coverage so there was nothing to worry about. But it's certainly the principle behind it. These people are taking advantage of people because of their inability to pay attention to detail while vehicles are being returned. It's as if they were waiting for her to return the vehicle so that they could file her extra coverage. So just be sure to FULLY inspect the vehicle, even under the car when you get it and when you return it. And apparently if Eddie Lewis is there when you check out your vehicle, you just need to call a second person to verify when he's saying and even record the inspection as well. I would rent from this location again, but I'll definitely record everything. read more

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! After speaking with a young man on the phone he mentioned the word "miscommunication" about 15 times as if it were a viable excuse for each issue that I brought to his attention. At some point it's no longer a miscommunication, it's a lack of attention to detail and effort. Myself or my company will never use Enterprise again if there are other options available. The car was nice but the staff is just terrible. read more

This place is the WORST!! Do not rent from here unless you absolutely have no other option. Their process is so antiquated. First, you need to bring a utility bill and full insurance policy. However, even after doing that - they have to call the insurance agent. This takes forever and they won't do it in advance of your rental. I totaled my car on Friday 11/13 (yeah, Friday the 13th). On Saturday, I needed to get a rental. The first person I dealt with (I believe his name was Marcus) was not worth a hill of beans. He tried to bill us for insurance that we told him FIVE TIMES that we didn't want and he had my husband sign everything even though I was the one who was renting the car. (I'm female ... not stupid!). I called back on Monday and told them what happened. PJ was a DREAM!!!!! He canceled out my weekend rental so I had it for the weekend for free. He got me into the least expensive car they had (which is what I requested) and advised me to come in Friday morning, "return" the car and "re-rent" it for the weekend so that I receive the weekend rate. I didn't need it for the full weekend and returned it on Saturday. Sheena was kind enough to call me and tell me that if I kept it through Monday, I would get the weekend rate which is cheaper. Otherwise, I would be billed the daily rate. I could not ask for a BETTER experience during an otherwise EXTREMELY stressful time. Both PJ McCadden and Sheena were wonderful!!!! read more

My customer service experience has been great on site. However, I have called this location and do agree that they should brush up on their customer service over the phone. I always rent with this office and have never had a bad experience. I had reserved a standard SUV and when I went to pick it up, it wasn't the size I thought it would be. The manager came through for me and provided a larger SUV and at a discounted price, as I was set to leave for Florida the next morning. I would definitely recommend them! read more
