Attention: Check out this business on the BBB board. The complaints are eye opening and the rating is one of the lowest I have ever seen.
Why do they not offer zero stars? Because this company needs that option. My husband was in Minot when his car broke down and we live about 45 minutes away from Minot. Since I was out of town, he caught a Lyft and went to the company our insurance suggested. (We have since let them know what happened.) When he tried to get a rental, the manager (Kris) denied him the rental because he did not have the credit card. (Why would he, this was an emergency situation.) I was on the phone with him and listened to the whole exchange. I have never met a manager who was so condescending, toxic, agressive, and inhumane as this person. Kris did not care that he was stuck in Minot, that he had a medical condition, that I was willing to call in my card, and when he tried to explain all of this, she accused him of addressing her in an angry manner. He was calm the whole time and addressed her as yes ma'am, no ma'am. If any of the Enterprise execs read this, I would like to suggest that they send her for anger management and remove her from her position. The manager treats the employees with the same hostility. I know this from a situation two years ago when I tried to rent a car. I thought the manager was just having a bad day. Evidently not. It is a pattern. Enterprise, you need to treat your customers better than this. In this economy, you can't afford this type of behavior in a manager.
I have since canceled the account for my company and let all of my employees know that we will no longer be using Enterprise. I have also contacted the BBB and filed a complaint because Yelp just doesn't cut it.
