She refused to do so and told me she has right to refuse service. She said she is afraid that I will not return the car back. Of course these things only seem to happen when you're in a hurry. Freezing January weather... not sure if true or not, but staff advised that no car wash due to the frozen weather. (They said the machine was broken.) Car wasn't too dirty.... but rather I was disappointed that nothing small was offered for all of the issues I encumbered with them. They are trying to charge over $3,100 over diminution of value which is substantially more than the car is even worth after repairs for a 2015 Buick Verano with 150,000 miles. They consider this car outstanding and I pulled the CarFax to learn that it is a salvage title and was totalled in 2016. The repairs for the car were estimated at almost the value of the car for body work. Per the research the value should be 30%-40% lower. They deal with PurCo fleet services to work with the insurance company. See attachment of a review from an employee at PurCO. Just be cautious as I would not want you to deal with the same situation. I am still dealing with the claim after several months. I will never rent from them again as I have had hail damage in the past and never had any issues. I've never seen more than 2 commercial aircraft due to depart close to the same time. TSA check is quick and getting to your gate is just as fast. Eat before you go, as the food options are limited (1 sit down & a few vending machines) and the vending machines don't always take your card. The airport is new and clean, the latter is probably due to the first. Obviously, it is very easy to navigate. Parking is high, rediculously so given that the airport is so small and the parking area is not garaged. Seriously, pricing is half as much at all other North Dakota airports, putting Minot in the Minneapolis range, but without the perks. ($48 to park Friday and depart last flight back Monday) - I suggest a car service. We typically fly in/out of MOT 1-2x monlthly. We walk if the flight is not early - uber/taxis are worth the price to avoid the outrageous parking fee if going for more than 2 days.

Then, I asked for his name. Again, he laughed and said that he was the manager and refused to provide it. He claimed everything will be alright. If his name is needed, Avis can contact him for it.
