The hatchback wasn't going to cut it. Enterprise was able to promise a 4x4, and they had one when we got here! I don't consider myself a snob, but I wasn't excited for the Dodge Journey they had for me. I've been a happy customer for well over 10 years. Recently I learned that my truck needed a part that was no longer available from the manufacturer and tee going round and round for two months of manufacturer "support". I told Chris the problem that the truck was having and without hesitation was told "get it out her" and within days I was back on the road, with all thee confidence in the world once again I received from the Lakeland team. This isn't simply a repair shop....they are a problem resolution shop. I highly recommend without hesitation. Chris and his team are truly professionals leading the industry.

The manager gave away thier reserved vehicle as well! UPDATE: I have been in contact with the regional manager and she has assured me that they are working on these issues.
