Here's the deal: Their business model -- that whole "pick you up" thing -- is worth its weight in gold. I am truly surprised that no other car rental company has tapped into that. There is NOTHING more stressful than car breaking down, husband out of town, important meeting at work -- all on a Monday morning. This place rocks. Every single member of that team -- from Andy (I believe he is the manager); to Jess; other ladies in the office whose names I did not get; to the fine young man, Shawn (Sean? Shaun?) who helped me on both ends, picking me up at work in downtown Trenton to take me back to their location to complete the rental agreement and pick up my great car; and at the end, when he also took me BACK to my own car at my mechanic's location. In between, they were great. Called me to make sure all was okay; very flexible on drop-off times. Just a great location. Why in the world anyone would go anywhere else is a mystery. read more

This place is probably between 2-3 stars. I liked the staff members I interacted with, but there were some frustrations, which I suspect came from above: a woman took my reservation for the car earlier in the week. She was off-site, and seemingly very thorough. She was personable, and I feel like we'd be pals in real life, haha. She gave me a price and my confirmation number and bid me a bon voyage. When I arrived at the shop to pick up my car, the employee on-site, Dave, was also helpful, and offered me a free upgrade (though I suspect that's standard), but the price on the contract was OUTRAGEOUSLY higher -- in the tune of two hundred dollars -- than my quote from the reservation. We haggled politely for awhile, and the price came down, but it was still significantly higher than the quote. Enterprise may want to be honest about those hidden fees when people call. For the record, I'm not complaining about the refundable deposit. Drop off options, I was told, were flexible and accommodating, but the reality was different. They said I could get a ride home; and if I wanted to return the car when they were closed, I could drop the keys. When I showed up to turn the car in, the place was -- inexplicably -- mobbed. There was one harried staffer on duty, and she was doing her best. I knew the ride home was the stuff of fantasy, which stunk, because it was raining, and I had to go to work immediately afterward. But I also couldn't find any spot to drop the keys. I looked inside and outside the building, and asked a couple of other customers, who were equality confounded by the situation in the shop. I waited for awhile - but had the ulterior motive of hoping the rain would stop, or at least slow down. When I finally had enough -- there was no end in sight to my wait, and I was at least 5th in line -- I tracked down the employee and handed her the keys, pointed to the car, and told her I had to go. I walked home. Really, it's fine. It's just water. And I'm only a few blocks away. We're too comfortable these days, I suppose. Though, I'd rather not get little life lessons from non-caring corporations. :) Some weird activity on my credit card in the wake of this transaction: the deposit showed up immediately. And then, almost immediately after I returned the car, it was gone. I wasn't charged for the car for at least 2 weeks, which was stressful, given how Enterprise and I had parted ways. But it ultimately worked out. The experience made me want to buy a new car, since it felt so good to drive the rental; I really appreciated it! But, for what I paid, it was definitely a monthly car payment right there to Enterprise. I'm going to wait a bit longer though, since my car -- while not fit for a long drive -- will likely last a bit longer before I take the plunge, but it's something I will likely do within the next year, thanks to the nice rental from Enterprise. read more

This place is HORRIBLE if I could give no stars I would terrible experience I had a reservation with them for about a month in advance I keep in touch with them to make sure everything is set up and is ok the day I drop my car off for repairs they have nothing for me the try to put me in a vehicle that I did not reserve. The customer service is horrible they have no sense for the word. I speak to a man in the office about my reservation he tells me he has to call around for a car for me he will have a driver come pick me up it will be a 1/2 hr wait I tell the guy I have my two daughters. There driver comes to pick me up with no room for my kids so I have to wait even longer because they had to leave and come back for me. Get to the branch location and they have a small suv for me I'm 6'2 285lbs with a family didn't work. Why have a reservation system if you don't go by it. read more

We rented a car from this location for the second year straight for our daughter and her family who came from California for a month's vacation. Last year there were no problems and it was a pleasant experience. This year there was a tire issue, but they tested them and then sent me to their garage on Kuser Road that does their work and they were able to correct it. This was my first time visit. First thing my gaze fell upon was an overflowing trash can in the lobby. Coffee stain on the coffee table. Seems to be okay service but please clean up your lobby. It looks unsightly for first time visitors. read more

I've been using this location for years, at least 4 rentals a year; sometimes 10. This first year was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. These past two years have made me go other places. I just recently rented on Mother's Day weekend. It reminded me why I don't go as much anymore. Just not a friendly crew at all! And to add to it the cars are always dirty! read more

My son recently rented a car from Enterprise on S. Broad Street. Having no car as the car was in the shop we were picked up by Rose and taken to the office. We found Rose to be very friendly, helpful and a great asset to Enterprise. If a car is ever needed again we will return there. read more
