They confirmed and told me they would contact me before charging my debit card so I could put payment on my credit card. They did not call. Closed it on my debit card anyway then blamed it on account team. This was me giving the location a third chance. If I need I will share those stories. I feel Enterprise has gone down hill, I've been using the consistently for 30 years! Also, there is a toll paying device (ez pass) in the car that to activate and utilize it you need to open it. It was already open and I was not told about it and drive thru tolls. Hopefully I don't get hit with toll charges in a few days. It wasn't on my final bill. Not sure if I'll be using them again.
