I was sitting waiting to return my car and witnessed some of the best customer service from Britney. She was assisting an older customer who was hard of hearing, and she handled the interaction with remarkable patience, kindness and respect. It was refreshing to see someone take the time to ensure the customer felt heard and understood. Britney is a great example of outstanding customer service. read more

HORRIBLE RENTAL COMPANY THAT LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER . I made a reservation over one month ago with a specific request: I needed a pickup truck with a standard eight foot bed. I did not book this online - I specifically called the Flemington branch twice to ensure the "Ford F150 or equivalent" would be a full-size pickup. The most recent call on was on Friday, August 7, 2026 for my rental that was going to start on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. I arrive and the rental counter person expected me to take a Honda Ridgeline with a 5-foot long bed, three feet shorter than a standard pickup truck bed. Making matters worse, when I called the corporate office to complain, the woman at that end didn't understand why a Honda Ridgeline would not work and then proceeded to "Escalate" the matter to the management team who will get back to me. That was at 4pm - it's now 8pm and I haven't heard anything and now my trip to see my 6-mon th pregnant daughter is ruined because this clown show company's employees don't understand what a real truck is and how to manage a customer's expectations. They just lost a $1,200 rental because of their team's incompetence. read more

Where do I start , I called at 5pm been on hold for over a hour this location isn't even busy for me to be on hold for this long . I couldn't even reserve a car because they close at 6. Do better read more

I reserved a large SUV from the Flemington Enterprise car rental branch months prior for moving my daughter into college. The day of pick up , Brittany, the branch manager and Sean were professional, empathetic and supportive and worked hard to get me the perfect SUV. I am forever grateful for them making me feel cared for during this stressful time. It was the best experience I have had with renting a car!! Highly recommend this branch! read more

Where do I even start... I had a reservation to rent a vehicle with the understanding that I could drive it to Canada. My reservation was for 10 am. At 8 am, I received a call informing me that there were no cars available and they might have some later in the day. They promised to call me back. By noon, I was informed that there was one person ahead of me in line for rentals and that I should consider other options because they were unsure if a car would be available. Frustrated, I went to the store to find out what was happening. Despite making my reservation months ago, I was told they had no cars available and was given a vague story about it. I waited there, watching several cars get returned. After three hours of waiting, I went back inside to ask about the vehicles I had seen returned. The representative claimed they were going to body shops and were already allocated. How can cars be saved for other purposes but not for customers with reservations? To make matters worse, they then told me that the car I rented could not be taken to Canada. They insisted this policy had been in place for at least a year, which is absolutely untrue. Just last year, I rented a small SUV from them, drove it to Canada, and they even provided French insurance. When I expressed my frustration, including using one mild swear word, the representative became upset and refused to rent me any car. By this point, it was 4 pm, and I should have had a car at 10 am. This experience made it clear that this location does not value customer service or honor reservations. Fortunately, I was able to quickly get another rental with a different company. Consider this a warning if you choose to rent from this location. They might not have a car for you, and if you get upset, they'll refuse to rent you one. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole who made the whole rental experience top notch. Thank you Nicole and the all Enterprise staff at this location. read more

Today was the first time that I've ever had an amazing experience renting a car and it's all because of the stellar employees working here. Jackie (and I forget the other guys name but I think it's Darrius?) They were both super informative, friendly and efficient. Protocols, vehicle info, and chit chat were all exchanged and nothing felt cheesy or forced. If you need to rent a car but aren't sure where to go, you have to go here because these guys are the best! read more

I reserved a car two days ago, because I needed to drop off mine at a near by autobody shop. I called this morning to confirm my reservation and was told there was no cars available. Inexcusable!! Unreliable...go some place else!! read more

Awful. They are a completely unprofessional group of people who are disorganized and rude. I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to friends and family. Worst experience in costumer service I've ever had. They should be ashamed of themselves. The only person who deserves any credit is a young man named Devin. He truly cares about how people are treated which is more than I can say for anyone else who works in that office. Stephanie the manager is the least helpful person employed at the Flemington Branch. She sent employees to randomly show up at my home, threatened to call the police and report the car stolen all while we were paying for the vehicle. We were harassed and treated with rudeness while we paid for a rental on time every month. We spent a lot of money here due to needing a car after an accident and it was the most stressful, uncomfortable situation of my life. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

First off, I paid for an intermediate car for business. Came to the office and they only had a Beetle. Unless you are a clown, a Beetle is not a business car. Then had to wait 30 minutes for somebody to take the keys and check the car. Lesson learned...keep using National Rental Car instead. read more

I have used this office twice now and have been beyond happy with the service. Renting a car while juggling two kids (under 5) is quite the hassle. I believe the staff went above to make the rental process smooth. Every single employee has been friendly, respectful and helpful. I'd highly recommend to a friend. read more

I was impressed by the car being delivered to the auto body shop where my car was being fixed. Very nice and convenient. Then I drove my car home and noticed a faint smoky smell. The next morning when I got in the car it was a stronger smell. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and my allergies were really effected. I called to see about getting an exchange and the person said to just take it to a local enterprise and it would be no problem. Three enterprise locations later I am still stuck with the ashtray on wheels. It is the same Schtick at each location. "I'm sorry. I don't have anything. I'm trying to get cars for my existing appointments. Leave your number and I will call when I get something in". This translates to "leave your number and go away so that I never have to deal with you." I am so annoyed and will never use Enterprise again. What a horrible customer service experience. read more

We were greeted politely and the whole process went smoothly from pick up to drop off. Devin was the employee who assisted us, but all employees we saw greeted us and sparked up small talk. Devin was thorough and accommodating. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

Be careful when working with this location of Enterprise. The night before leaving for our planned trip they said there would be no car available to honor our previously confirmed reservation. read more

I rented a car from this Enterprise location two weeks in a row. The first week I went the staff was busy and not so helpful or attentive ---and also were having a lot of technology/computer issues. I guess it's hard to knock them when it's a busy day. Anyway, when I brought the car back after my week rental, the manager assisted me and went out of his way to help me with my rental for the following week. I would go back to this location again, just because of his assistance. I have another Enterprise (Raritan) the same distance from me as Flemington, but I would still choose Flemington when I need to rent in the future. read more

We needed to rent a car while our care was being repaired after a run in with a deer. Enterprise in Flemington is professional, courteous and on it! The whole transaction was painless! I just rented a car this week and Enterprise charged me an additional $250 deposit (on top of my original rental charge). I charged the rental by a credit card, not a debit card, so did not understand why I had to pay the $250 deposit. They explained that the $250 deposit was their policy and that the deposit will be credited once I returned the car. I didn't have much time, so rented the car. When I returned the car they did credited my card the $250. Not a happy customer because I was unexpectedly out $250 for my trip due to the hold on my credit card account. read more

This is absolutely the best place to rent a car - hands down.

Matt and his team run a great shop. I've rented vehicles here 3 times within the past 6 weeks and have been satisfied every time. Service is excellent and attitudes are always good and friendly, no matter how busy it is. This is a demanding, vey busy, location and they do a great job of serving their customers. read more

Reservation does not mean reservation at Flemngton Enterprise! I reserved a specific vehicle for pick up at 5, got out of work a few minutes late I called at 5:05 to let them know I was running late to pick up and Devon assured me there was no problem, the car was there for me. As we pulled in to pick up the car I reserved it was pulling with someone else driving it. There were no cars left to be rented. When i asked why they gave the car to someone else and told me I'd have no problem I was told their manager tells them to give the person who is in front of them what they want and deal with the customer who reserved it later. No ETHICS at all! read more
