We arrived at the Enterprise location at 6:10 PM, which was 10 minutes after closing. The lights were still on and employees were clearly inside, but the doors were locked. We stood outside with our children while they turned the lights off on us and made no attempt to help or even speak with us. We desperately needed this rental to continue our planned trip to Oklahoma for New Year's. Despite explaining our situation and all the communication beforehand, there was zero effort to accommodate us, show empathy, or provide any level of customer service. The representative we spoke with was Trish, and there was no attempt to involve a manager or explore any possible solutions. We ultimately had no choice but to order another Uber to the airport rental car location in order to secure a vehicle, adding even more stress, time, and cost to an already difficult situation. Process started ok as the rental was made by an insurance company who's driver rear ended my vehicle. Upon pick up i was asked about a damage waiver, being assured that the insurance company should take care of it as i had no plan to cover any cost of an accident not my own. My card was then used for a deposit not the insurance companies. The rental was originally for four days making the damage waiver a total of $124 (again i was assured by the one who dropped the car off that this should not fall on me). The rental had to be extended another week unfortunately, however i was never given the opportunity to decline the damage waiver for that extension period nor did i give permission to charge me beyond the 4 days originally agreed to. I was charged for both weeks to my card and given no refund of deposit as it covered the waiver even though the deposit was $30 more than the total waiver costs. I find this very deceptive because had i known i, not the insurance carrier would be charged for the damage waiver, i would have never agreed. The whole thing seemed very deceptive and god forbid you try to email anyone in the company for resolution as apparently they can email your receipts however you cant email them at all. Needless to say im highly irritated. On top of that there was a service maintenance light on on the vehicle and when i called them they said it was fine and no need to swap out. read more

It was very busy and she was professional and patient with some that I saw were in a hurry while she processed them thru the rental steps. I was impressed at how she interacted with everyone. I was there because I noticed a chip in the windshield that my wife didn't notice when she picked it up late afternoon the prior day. Harley explained it was recorded in the agreement when the vehicle was checked out and assured me there was no issue. Originally I was planning to get a rental car directly at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, but daily rental rates for all companies ($500+ for 3-day rental at the airport vs $250 for 3-day rental at this Enterprise location via the Costco Travel website) were so ridiculously expensive that I decided to book my rental car outside of the airport. This Enterprise branch is located approximately 6~7 miles away from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and our party used a ridesharing app to get here (approximately $22 on Thursday afternoon.) I initially booked a standard car, but I ultimately got an upgrade (Nissan Rogue) free of charge. The only annoying part was that the staff asked for my car insurance policy number and I had trouble looking that information up due to poor cellular signal. After 10 minutes, the staff eventually just gave up and handed the car key to me. Hey I visited other Enterprise locations in California and they never ask me to fill out my car insurance information! I rented a car about 6 weeks ago, with the gas gauge between the 75% and 100% hash marks. I returned the car with the gas gauge a sliver below 100%, which was more than when I received it (and took a picture of both before and after to be sure). Weeks later, a $15 charge showed up on my credit card. When I called to ask what it was for, I was told it was a refueling fee because I dropped the car off "with the tank half full". I told the person on the phone that they were wrong and that I could prove it with photos, and he said he'd take care of the charge and then hung up before I could say anything else. Will they actually remove the charge? I don't know. Do they try to pull this scam on everyone, hoping they either don't notice it or don't have proof to refute it? Who knows. This has been a horrible experience today. i rented a car in Dallas. On my drive to Fort Worth, it pops a service for oil issues, so I call back to Dallas. I am sent two locations in FW that don't have time to trade vehicles with me. the next solution is for me to take it to an oil change and pay for service myself. Finally, it is supposed a "quick" simple trade at the airport after my Friday night event. **RACIST** If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were trying to rent a car for our wedding exit. First, a woman with blond hair was absolutely rude to my fiancé and didn't even want to answer his questions. Then I gotta was my with him because a credit card was needed and we were going to use mine. Thank he guy with blond hair "helped" us and needed to verify our insurance coverage would cover the vehicle. Our insurance does not have a limit of coverage, that would be determined by the claims adjuster. True for all insurance. So the employee said they weren't able to guarantee the vehicle wouldn't be covered which was absolutely not said by my insurance company. They simply stated that coverage amount would be determined by adjuster if an accident happened. Our insurance company then did that we could just get insurance coverage from Enterprise if they needed extra coverage. The employee immediately said they don't offer insurance for those cars. Really?! You mean to tell me a rental car agency doesn't offer insurance for their high end cars? Yeah right!! I recently had an accident and the enterprise folks were super friendly and arranged for my rental vehicle to be delivered to the body shop when I dropped my car off. I drove to the body shop and when I was done the repair shop called enterprise and they met me in 10 minutes with a brand new GMC Acadia. I had told them I was a bigger man and wouldn't fit in one of the midsize cars. I was hugely surprised and pleased when they upsized me and brought such a great ride!!! The whole process took less than 15 minutes and I was on the road. The manager then sent me a text to let me know if I needed anything during my rental to just call or text or email and gave me all three to contact her. I was given a car that had a separating tire and if anyone had driven it before issuing it to me, they would have noticed something wasn't right. Not only could they not provide me with a replacement car, I had to spend 2 hours of my day getting the tire changed. It gets better - as I'm waiting for the problem to be resolved at the tire store, the salesman there tells me that Enterprise will not approve the new tire!! The ones he has in stock are too expensive, so Enterprise just refused and left me with no tire, no replacement car, and no help! My car is in the shop getting repaired, the other guys insurance is paying for the rental car and it happened to be at enterprise. We did the walk around on the vehicle and I made a list showing what was wrong with the vehicle from the exterior. After about 15 min of them trying to see if I wanted insurance on the car I said no because I don't want to pay out if pocket. I could tell this car had been in a wreck before and wondered why would I give them money for insurance when they would just pocket the insurance money because I could clearly see they didn't use it to fix cars. I end up driving it not knowing as soon as I got on the highway the alignment was so bad that the steering wheel has to be at a 45 degree angle to go straight. I call enterprise to let them know and they said they don't have anymore vehicles and they would call me as soon as one gets in! That was 3 days ago! Still trying not to wreck this thing into the wall, I have called over and over and they tell me all they have is land rovers and Mercedes and the guys insurance won't upgrade me. Grant it I own an $80k vehicle which I am still paying on even though my car is still in the shop, and the car they gave me is unreliable. The inconvenience of not having my vehicle and being in an unreliable car is very frustrating! Apparently Enterprise doesn't care how unsafe this vehicle is, they have vehicles come in throughout the day and still no call. read more
