HI Enterprise, I've not been able to get any sort of reply from your Claims Dept. or Customer Service in regards to my additional charges. I rented a car for a few weeks to get to and from work and returned the car with no issues. On my drive home I received a call from the Desk Manager (Cork Airport location) stating there was significant damage on the side of the car. Luckily, as always, I had taken a walk-around video of the vehicle upon dropping it off. The second issue is that because I'd forgotten my credit card the day I picked up the car, I was able to use my friends credit card until I brought mine back in the days following and was 100% assured by the employee at the desk that the friends card had been removed and my credit card was now the ONLY card on file. My friends card was charged €1,500 euro...not mine. I've tried many times to contact the original email address i used to initiate the claims review as well as contacting customer service and have not gotten ANY reply (other than that auto confirmation resonances). I have attached the video below to prove that there is NO damage to the passenger side. Please have a Manager contact me as soon as possible.
