Servicing/Delivering Store Manager, David Bassler, later refused delivery of rented product without me providing the STORE a copy of my drivers license, which (given that the purchase/rental was done online) they attempted to do by instructing the delivery driver to take a picture of my license with his personal cellphone. First, by any security measure today, any firm's rep having access to a customer's personal information on their personal device is a huge security risk. ...And "management" allowing such action is a business I would stay away from! Second, according to the terms of the rental contract, there is no provision for the requirement of any additional documentation (i.e. copy of ID) for the servicing store. Note: Simply showing my ID to the delivery driver to confirm my identity would have been acceptable to me, but that is not what they wanted. Accordingly, this store's manager refusing to complete delivery represents a breach of contract -- refusing to provide "goods & services" for which payment had already been made. I then attempted to have the company issue a credit, Despite completing the original transaction online, customer service told me they could not process the credit -- I would have to go through the servicing store. I'm not giving that store my credit card information either! Bottom line, I would stay away from RAC and specifically the Henderson St (Cleburne, TX) store itself!

They let me run across the street to buy the parts myself, (but also offered to have them delivered-my choice with no markup) I am happy to have found My New Shop that I can trust to be honest. Do yourself a favor, come see Alfredo Munoz, and you will get prompt, friendly service at a great price! I heard another customer there that got a oil and filter change for $25, on a V-8 truck, (it takes a lot more oil) and that took 15 minutes!
