I requested they look at the door and at first the customer service response was great. However, the maintenance guy claims he "fixed" it and said he can 'lift it with one arm'. It doesn't work better at all. I requested they look at it again and basically have just been insulted by being told it's fine (when they can't know that because it's locked) and being ignored. It seems since I'm female they assume it's me. I expect it to be harder for me, but I've taken my sons and other men out there and they all think the door is ridiculously difficult to raise. No way anyone could store an RV there because you have to force the door up every inch. I'm disappointed. If they're going to have to fix it for the next renter, why not fix it for me? My advice- check your door BEFORE you rent! And don't expect much once you're in.

They were upfront and honest with unit damages and the process on purchasing. They kept in contact with me through the entire process. Both Chris and Parker helped me through the process. Parker answered all my questions about the unit in my initial walk through. The unit was priced fairly, it was pretty much brand new. They repaired a few minor things for me on it and the final walk through was very in depth, showing me how the camper worked and gave me the full run down so I felt comfortable. During the paperwork, there were no add ons and was no pressure for add ons. (offered but I didn't feel any pressure at all, they made it known there was no pressure for the extras). They also worked with my personal bank with no issue. They are a small business and every time I went they had multiple people they were helping, so keep in mind they do get busy and are working hard. I would work with them again for sure. My experience was easy and I feel like I got the best camper I could've asked for. Thanks to the Willis and Co team keep up the good work!
