They were a little tricky to find. They are located inside the Chantilly Cadillac new car dealership service entrance. I went in for a one day, economy car rental. The price was super reasonable and they gave me a double upgrade for free. The young lady that took care of me was awesomely pleasant and she got me in and out of there super fast. I just went to rent a car for the weekend, I was refused service from Kathleen Kalinsky because she didn't like me asking questions as to the process. She viewed my questions were confrontational. I can say definitely this branch has the worst customer service ever .. if i have a medal for that i would give it to the blonde girl who's working there , I didn't see a customer service like that in my life , she is so rude and arrogant I don't know why, i feel she's forcing people out of the branch in order to make the company lose more or something, I don't usually write a reviews but I had to stop here and tell people the truth and the company of course that we have to do something towards that . She charged me for 2 more days because I dropped my car by Saturday noon in the after hours drop off ! .. so WHY you put that box if you gonna charge people anyway !! It supposed to be a service for people to drop their car in their good time ! .. and yeah not to forget my car was supposed to be back at friday and then I extended my stay one more day and thats why I returned it back on Saturday! And my driver license expires in the next Tuesday and she is keep telling me you can't extend to the sat !!! I mean my license has 3 more days in it !! Why i cant use it !! This going to be a long read. Let me start by saying that I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Car Rental for over 10 years. Recently I returned back to the states after retiring from the Military. Upon my return I started my own business that required me to have access to or own a Cargo Van. This requirement and my past history with Enterprise led me to Enterprise Commercial Rental in Chantilly, Va (Pleasant Valley location). My experience from Nov 2019 to mid Dec 2019 was great thanks to (John Fredrikson and another gentleman who's name escapes me). However, thing quickly took a turn for the worst due to Zach Underhil, Branch Manager). Sometime around Dec mid Dec 2019 I am as offered a large account with a manager supplier and needed to obtain a 26FT box truck. Immediately I called on Enterprise and John advised that starting a corporate account would be beneficial to my new business. After taking the time to educate me, I was ready to move forward. I took the step he advised and arrived to Enterprise the next day to inform John that I had been contacted by someone from corporate and it appeared things were moving along and that I was ready to go. However, our conversation was rudely and abruptly interrupted by Zach Underhill. For some reason Zach took it upon himself to try and bully me into doing things I did not want to do. No matter how bad I tried to remove myself from the situation Zach became more and more aggressive toward me. Things got so bad that after I told him that enough was enough and that I was leaving Zach threaten to close my account and not allow me to rent from the location anymore. I quickly responded that I would contact corporate and advised them of his behavior and threats. At which point he threw down a stack of papers and stormed out. Mind you this all stemmed from my not wanting to provide the name of the Account Manager I had been contacted by from Enterprise. Nothing more and nothing less. I left the location very afraid and shaken that day. On January 8th and 9th Enterprise began excessively charging my credit card after only being authorized to charge a certain amount even providing a receipt show the charging of the agreed amount. I immediately called as was told that they were following order given to them by Zach. I tried several times to speak with him but he refused my calls. On or about Wednesday, January 15, 2020 I was confronted by Zach and another man named Brandon (last name unknown but he identified himself as the assistant manager). This confrontation took place at the business location of my customer. Yes you read that properly these men came to my customers property. While loading the van I was interrupted by the Operations Manager (customer) who uncomfortably informed me that the two guys where there to take the van from me. Immediately Brandon verbally attached me and accused me of lying about being out of town and that the van needed servicing and they thought it had been stolen. This was all stated in front of my customers and 30 warehouse employees. After taking a step back to gather myself, I asked my peers and the Operations Manager to excuse us. At first they refused out of concern for me but I assured them I was ok (even though I really didn't feel that I was). Once alone, I asked for clarification and again was told that they were taking the van because they thought it was stolen and that it needed to be serviced. I stated that I had in fact gone out of town on that Saturday and that the van was moved without my knowledge. I told them that I flew back Tuesday night because I was informed that someone had in fact moved the van and I fired the individual for his behavior. I told them that if they thought that the van was stolen they should've contacted me and or the police not come to my customer's place of business and give them false information. At which point I was told that they still wanted the van due to it needing servicing. I then told them that enough was enough and that it they did not leave I'd call the police. I stated that I would come to the location to switch out vans once I spoke with my customer. When I fearfully arrived to the location both men acted as if they had just won MVP. To add insult to injury I was told that the van had tiny dents on it which was not true. There was nothing wrong with the van. Brandon inspected the van while Zach held me captive in the office refusing to give me the keys to the new van. I had a witness with me and a witness watching Brandon without his knowledge told me that Brandon walked over to the van (which was covered in dirt due to a bad snow storm in the area). The witness saw him go to a spot on the car and wipe it with his hand. That very spot was now the only clean spot on the van and just happened to be where the small dent was. blamed myself due to my never reporting the previous issues to Corporate but I was afraid read more

Instead of just picking me up to get the vehicle, they actually dropped it off to me at my residence, which was very convenient. The vehicle was odorless and appeared to be clean. When I brought it back, the clerk seemed surprised that I would want to be dropped back off at my house, which was little weird (because how else would I get home without calling a cab?), but fortunately they got someone to drive me home. I was in-and-out in about 15 minutes. read more

Made the mistake of going here after being rear-ended by a Geico insured driver and then being convinced of a streamlined process by Geico. -Onsite car rental company at Moore Cadillac -Pay extra attention at the "Sign here, initial here, initial here, sign here" part of the rental agreement. Incidentally, my lack of attention to where the X's were placed on the form ultimately cost me hundreds of dollars! -First car rental (Ford Fusion) had alignment issue and was low on gas. (Rattled like crazy on highway) -Brought back faulty car and received Cadillac ATS (at my expense -- they had no other insurance covered rentals onsite in stock.... so naturally customer should be penalized) -Disliked the Cadillac ATS. Control console was awful. Hard to control touchscreen technology covered in fingerprints. Felt like I was using a 10 year old Blackberry Storm. Was not easy to use like a modern Droid or iPhone touchscreen. Felt it was dangerous to adjust Radio while driving and forget about trying to adjust the heating/cooling. . -Got back into Ford Fusion the next day after it was repaired. Heated seats are nice, but gas tank even LOWER on GAS, they did not fill it up. They complained about not having a gas pump on site and the closest gas station is "almost a mile away". Yeah, that's quite a trek in a CAR. To make matters worse, I happen to see the guy test drive the car after I returned it because of the alignment issue... guess which direction he test drove it... right by the freaking gas station. All things considered, I would not rent a car from here again. Driving around in a car with low fuel for weeks while you wait for your car to get repaired is not fun. Getting a huge bill you weren't expecting is even less fun. Sure, I could have filled the tank up, but do you think they would have given me a to-go bag for the surplus gas when I returned it? The one redeeming moment about this experience is: I purposefully returned the car with an amount of gas so miniscule that they would be forced to fill it for the next customer. That's what I call paying it forward, rent-a-car style. read more

I reserved a car for pick up on a Sat. The website defaulted to noon. I showed up to pick up the car at noon just to find out that their office and all offices in the area close at noon on Sat and are closed all day Sun. I was left with limited car rental options for the weekend. read more

This location is where my car was getting repaired after an accident and my insurance's shop, so naturally I used their in-house Enterprise rental car service. I returned my car on a Friday evening after a 9 day rental. Enterprise overcharged me for an additional 4 days, which is almost double the amount I was expecting to shell out. Now I am stuck calling the office weekly for the past 4 weeks and still have not received my approximate $268 refund, which I was told would be credited to my credit card in 3 business days. May 27, 2014 to today June 24, 2014 I have been dealing with this discrepancy and have spoken to 2 branch and assistant branch managers of that Enterprise location. I will update every single review online until this is reconciled. I suggest never use them and they are very slow to respond with money that is not rightfully theirs. read more

This review is for the Truck rental shop next to the car rental. Laquisha and Eric were great to work with. I was able to pick up the Van on Friday afternoon at 100pm to begin the moving odyssey. The process was easy and painless. The only caveat that threw me off was the deposit. $100 using a major credit card and $200 for a debit card. Besides that, the van's steering was a bit off and had that "swimming" feeling when driving. Overall a great experience and will definitely come back to this location again for the next truck rental. read more

I have a rental car from Enterprise for the insurance claim from USAA. I'm trying past 10 days to switch it for luxury car since insurance company upgraded. I have called several locations and was told come to this location to switch it on Monday, November 12th at Cadillac, Chantilly location. I called before i was going there and make sure they are OK to switch and was told they will arrange if I come after 2pm. When I went there today after 2pm, I was told no luxury vehicles available to switch. Since it is insurance claim, looks like we do not any options to reserve or manage reservations. I really do not want waste my time to call again. I am really surprised with the customer service, not sure how the JD Power ratings are giving. read more

All in all, my experience with this branch went pretty well. I rented a car for a weekend trip. The car was a fairly new model, really good condition except for sunglass holder. It kept popping open and blocking my rear view mirror whenever I would hit a hard bump in the road. Other than that I have no complaints. Really fair rental rates. Staff was nice and welcoming. I got picked up and dropped off at my house, which is a really nice service. I'll rent again for any upcoming road trips. read more

All the folks there were very nice. I have used this branch many times to rent a car when mine was in the shop for repairs. They always willing to give me a lift to the car repair shop once my car is ready for pick up. The issue with the deposit is a pain, but I always get refunded back the deposit in a couple of days. read more

On May 5th, my s/o was involved in an accident. Per Geico policy, the insurance company sent us to Enterprise for a rental car. We was helped by Casey Northrop. Employee number E935RJ. Per our conversation upon signing the leasing agreement which was for the period of 5/5 to 5/9, we agreed to pay for five (5) days of collision insurance. Casey informed us that if we wanted to continue the coverage, then call after those five days to request an extension. We did not so we assumed that collision insurance was taken off. Since our car has taken longer to be repaired Geico extended the car for the full rental agreement of 30days, according to the policy; unbeknownst to us that the collision insurance was never taken off. We was not informed by phone, email, or in person that this coverage was still on it. When we returned the car on 6/5, we was informed we owe 516 dollars for the collision insurance. I told Casey exactly what he told us, but he denied ever saying such a thing. I can recall the entire conversation that we had with him on May 5. The manger got involved today and said although I signed an agreement that supposedly ended on May 9, I am still liable for the charges since Geico extended the rental agreement. Casey nor management did not properly inform us on the correct procedure so because Enterprise employ some conniving individuals we are being forced to pay for something we did not agree on past a certain day (May 9th). The employees at Enterprise Chantilly Cadillac are not to be trusted to present you with the correct knowledge of all charges when it comes to rental agreements. I will not rent from Enterprise car Rental Company again and I will go on every social media site/ review site to inform people of the incompetency of those employees and urge them to seek other companies because what I experienced was not justified nor fair. read more

The kid behind the counter added in a second driver, after my husband and I clearly did not want to add this for a daily fee of $15 (total $105 extra for our week long rental). He added it anyway and shame on me for not reading the contract before signing. I noticed the fee on Saturday at 1pm, at which point their office was closed for the weekend. I called Monday, spoke to the same kid, he argued with me that I was not clear about the additional driver and even argued that I waited 5 days into the rental to call. I was clear. My husband was there. We were both very clear. He took the additional driver charge off for the remaining TWO days l all the while arguing with me about it instead of trying to find a way to fix it. After the stress of a car accident, putting the car in the shop, and needing to pay for a rental, this extra $100 isn't a small amount. It's wasted money. read more

I returned a vehicle here after purchasing a new vehicle close by. I've used Enterprise on numerous occasions primarily because of the professionalism and customer service of their employees. This time I was very disappointed. The young lady that assisted my rental car return seemed bothered I came in. She was not dressed professionally and the office was a mess. As I showed her to the car she immediately began critiquing the condition and blaming me. As anyone with experience renting a vehicle knows, you try to make note of all the prior dings but obviously you miss the minor ones. She continued to harass me on minor dings and said she would contact the branch I rented the vehicle from. A couple weeks have passed and I received a letter from Enterprise Damage recovery saying they appreciate my business and loyalty and the damage claim is closed. Warning to anyone thinking of going to this branch, the employees are unprofessional. You risk a damage claim for prior vehicle dings if you go here. To enterprise management, retrain your staff or hire better employees for this location. read more

Rent a car for 1-DAY and I asked to return the car after hour OK. They said yes and end up I got charge for TWO-DAY. I called the manager and explained to her. She had no intention to refund me whatsoever. What's the point for drop-off box after hour?
