I brought my vehicle to AAA Car Care Plus in Wheaton on May 28, 2026, for an oil change and tire…read morerotation. Approximately three weeks later, one of my tires came completely off while I was driving. Fortunately, I had exited the interstate less than a minute earlier. Had this happened at highway speed, I could have been seriously injured or killed, and my vehicle likely would have been totaled. After the incident, I spoke with a neighbor who is a mechanic. He explained that because AAA was the last shop to remove and reinstall the wheel during the tire rotation, the situation strongly suggests the wheel was not properly secured. Based on that advice, I had my vehicle towed back to AAA for inspection. Despite being the last service provider to work on the wheel, AAA denied any responsibility and refused to assist with the cost of the resulting damage. I found their response extremely disappointing, especially considering the potentially catastrophic consequences of what happened. I am grateful to be alive and that this occurred after I exited the interstate rather than while traveling at highway speeds. My experience raises serious concerns about the quality of work performed and the way customer safety concerns are handled. I would encourage others to carefully consider this experience when choosing where to service their vehicles.

I have been a Member of Eagle Rider for a few years now. Originally I joined so that I could get…read morean idea of what type of motorcycle I enjoyed riding before I just went off and purchased one. I do a lot of research before I purchase large ticket items and I thought that by having a lot of different rental options I could narrow my new motorcycle purchase down. The reason I still have not purchased a motorcycle is that the service at my local Eagle Rider Facility has been exceptional. Danny Brown, the manager, has always been exceptional with his communication. If he can accommodate a last minute rental request he will do what he can to assist. If my first choice is not available he will work to get me something to ride. With that said all of the Eagle Rider Rentals are top quality newer model bikes. This along with the fact that I don't have to detail a bike or store a bike is why I keep coming back season after season. Thanks Danny for the great experience. Dirk Hoerr Oak Park, IL

The service rep on the phone was rude and I feel that their rental practices are discriminative to people with insurance. Although my insurance would FULLY cover me and their motorcycle, I would have to leave a $3,000 security deposit. Something you don't do on car rentals. However, I paid for their insurance and still had to authorize a $1,000 deposit which I was told would be released within 24 hours after returning the bike. I arrived on time but the bike I reserved was not prepped or ready. Because the battery would not hold a charge, I had to ride a different model - neither of my first or 2nd choices. I returned the bike at 3 pm (their hours on Sunday are until 4 pm) yet no one was around to check in my bike. Two days later and the deposit still has not been released. The service rep was also very rude. My first reservation was done online, but my credit card was charged 4 times! It took several days for this to get resolved, but it did get resolved. They all seem to have an attitude that is "if you don't like it go somewhere else" which is not the way I would run a business!

Here were the top annoyances: Air Conditioning - Broke completely in the middle of our July trip, the mechanic said it was quite old and missing some screws. It wasn't possible to fix on the road, so we had no AC for 4 days. Sensors - Many of the key sensors were inaccurate. Ex: black tank level, water level. This proved very challenging for first time RVers like us, who didn't have a feel for how often to empty or refill tanks. Door - The screen door was missing a piece of plastic, which created a hole for bugs to come in and the door itself required a VERY hard closure to latch. My kids could rarely do it themselves. Awning - Not functional; directions in troubleshooting book didn't match type of awning on our RV. Generator - Shut off inexplicably a few times. Mattress - VERY old and worn. Electrical panel - Literally kept closed with duct tape and wouldn't stay closed. Easy to accidentally turn things off. Privacy curtain - Held back with duct tape. Easily knocked open.

You might even think that Dean works for the Cubs.. who knows he might drive Joe Madison?! I am thankful that I do not have to walk in the snow or sweat in the Summer heat because Dean is always ready and on time to drive myself and co-workers to our office which is 10-15 minutes away. Mane Limousine has multiple bus options for our large group and is happy to accommodate the group with any special requests. Talk about top notch service!!
