These guys are not trustworthy. Terrible hours. My adult son rented a car through enterprise and left it with them with no incidents after a straight one way drive from Seattle. They charged him for every pre-existing ding and scratch they could find - thousands of dollars. Their facility looks poorly cared for and the area seems pretty sketchy . There is not a parking lot to leave your car after hours. You are forced to leave it parked in front on the street with a sign saying they take no responsibility for any damage that happens to the car. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I do not know what happened to enterprise but over their existence I bet I have rented 100 times from them. Reserved a car in Jupiter, Florida last Saturday and received a confirmation from them that the car would be ready by 4 o'clock. Took an Uber ride to pick up the car only to find out they didn't have one. They suggested I go back the other direction to the airport and they would have cars. I called enterprise first and corrected the reservation to pick a car up at the airport. Took another long ride to the airport and not only did they not have cars they were absolutely unsympathetic, uncooperative and rude. Spent a fortune on Ubers and ended up at square one. I then rented a car from Avis and things went flawlessly. I have made several calls to customer service at enterprise looking to get my Uber expenses refunded and have yet to receive a return call. All rude people and they don't care about customer service. read more

Terrible customer service. They closed 30 minutes early after telling them we'd be there within 10 minutes of closing. Super rude employees throughout multiple phone calls to the direct line of the location. (All of the enterprise employees on the hotline number were fantastic). Had to have a friend drive me over an hour away to Bellingham to pick up the rental. Absolutely disgraceful. Will never use this service again. read more

Seamless service, team was always accommodating. they didn't even make me work within their schedule, i was able to leave the car at Skyline Marina and there was one there waiting when i got off my San Juan trip. Crappy customer service. They wouldn't even recommend another car rental place. That's just wrong. I don't suggest going there. They only take MAJOR credit cards. Sent my incident to Enterprise. We had the very best of customer service in August when we dropped off our rental car in Anacortes. We arrived, expecting to call a taxi to take us to the ferry. The office folks needed to pick up a car at the ferry, so they drove us directly to the ferry! Talk about easy and free! We also learned that they have a drop off box and small lot at the ferry! You just need to know to ASK about it, or call the Anacortes office directly if you plan to drop off the car before heading to the San Juan Islands. Follow up to my review in late December. An Enterprise customer representative contacted me regarding more information on my bad experience which I promptly provided which led to another follow up on January 16th saying a branch or regional manager would be contacting me shortly. Well that was a month ago and no word from Enterprise. What we can conclude is Enterprise customer service sucks. read more

Most poorly run rental agency I've ever seen. Have rented from other companies and Enterprise many times. But the Anacortes shop is terrible. They never have the car we order. They act like a "free" upgrade is acceptable--but I don't want to drive a big SUV or a truck when I ordered a compact. They've lied about insurance coverage available on the website and are aggressive about us having to accept what they're pushing. Well, no more. I'll go to Everett or Bellingham to get rentals from now on. read more

Had a 4:00pm reservation to pick up a full size car for 3 days. Got a call the day before to confirm the reservation an was asked if I needed rid e which I declined. I showed up 10 minutes early and found the offices locked. Fellow showed up 5 minutes late to inform me that the car was not ready. He had to take to the car wash and vacuum it out. I left 20 minutes later after pointed out a blemish on each side. read more

What a great bunch of folks to deal with. The staff out in Anacortes were just great. A big shout out to Jesse, he's the Assistant Manager. That guy was truly the easiest person do deal with. Jesse communicated with me via email and phone when I had a question, he made renting, picking up and the return process of my car rental just as simple as possible. Had a reservation for noon. Realized would need to pick up car at 10 am. Called at 9:30 am explained the change was told to call when I arrived at the marina. Called at 10 am was told nobody working in anacortes until noon so would have to wait 2 hrs for a car. Called u-save from marina had nice car for 1/2 of the price in 15 minutes. I guess enterprise might be the company that picks you up but only when they want to. read more

Reserved a 12 passenger van to transport donors to an event for our non-profit corporation. When I arrived to get the van it was not clean. The keys were delivered to me an hour later with cleaned up van. Also could not return van to the office due to a community event (Oyster Run) the next day. Had to return it to remote lot several miles away. Accidently locked our keys in van upon returning. When I arrived at the office the next business day to retrieve my keys I was informed that they could not help me until about 5 hours later because they were too busy to go to the remote lot and get my keys with me. And to top off this entire terrible experience--when called the area manager to complain he took my name and number to call me back because he had several customers ahead of me. All the while I am on hold for 10 minutes listening over and over to the Enterprise mantra "we treat our customers the way they should be treated...." It's now 2 1/2 hours since that call and what a surprise.....no return call from him at all. I am now a former Enterprise customer as is my business. Hope I get my keys back soon--still not sure how that is going to happen. read more

Rented a car from them on 1/23/17 intending to have it for 4 days. Drove car home and noticed a small chip in windshield and a approx. 5 inch crack in windshield. Drove back to Enterprise that afternoon to make sure this chip/crack was noted as pre-existing. Total driven under 7miles on 25MPH speed limit residential streets with no traffic. I pointed this chip/crack out to Management trainee Paula Wixom, and she was very condescending and accusatory, stating in effect that because I didn't document the damage when I took the car the damage was my fault. I called their corporate office in St. Charles MO at 636-255-8761 and filed a formal complaint. Later I received a call from the branch manager and again I informed him that the damage was pre existing, the poor customer service, and that the likelihood of that damage occurring in under 7 miles driving on a residential street with a speed limit of 25MPH and no traffic was very very small. I received a damage claim from Enterprise and called their damage recovery office to ask what this was about and they stated they had no record or notes of my formal complaint to the corporate office or to the branch manager. Bad business practices, horrible customer service, and no interest and doing anything about any complaints you might have including even documenting that you had a complaint. Have rented from Enterprise for years, but never again. read more
