A courtesy call from a person on the office was not provided nor was an offer to reschedule the appointment. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. I did not receive a return call from Lindsey, the office manager. So this was a very clear sign to me, that my experience did not matter. I pray that this was an isolated experience. He was very knowledgeable and communicated thoroughly and professionally. My second pregnancy I had Dr. Ragan as my doctor and I also highly recommend him. They were both very friendly and were happy to answer any questions I had. Dr. Ragan was nice to have as a doctor because he was quick and to the point - without feeling rushed. I actually drove an hour to every appointment because I liked Aventa so much the first time and wanted to go back to Flowers Hospital. The front staff for check in/ out is always super friendly as well and so are the lab techs !

No return call. 1 day shy of waiting 6 weeks I have to call again and both receptionists lie to me about what's taking so long since they were clueless. 6 weeks to the day the office manager informs me after contacting the outsourced lab my child's orthotics are indeed lost and have been lost since LAST MONTH. My child now has to wait for a new patient appointment at a different Podiatrist and for their turn around time for orthotics. I started this February 2022 and now my child won't have them until at least May 2022. This entire situation is unprofessional, clearly the office needs to be retrained and develop a better tracking system so their patients aren't bringing lost products to their attention.

He is not at all arrogant or condescending, as many physicians tend to be. If you or a family member has a problem with an allergy or asthma, he is definitely the professional for you. He diagnosed a life-threatening problem in me that was not even in his specialty area! I was a Psychologist in the Army for several years and met many MDs who were both brilliant and master caregivers. Since being out of the Service, I have found this to be a rare combination. Not surprisingly, Dr. K is also a former military doctor. Fortunately, he IS taking new patiients!
