I went to Enterprise Car Sales off E. Colonial specifically to speak to Jerry. He was a referral from the agent who assisted me at my credit union with my loan. I went 3 times before making my purchase. The first time, Jerry was very patient and we just spoke about my specific needs and what I wanted my new car to have. We walked around the lot and I saw some of the vehicles that were in my list of "possible" new vehicles for me. I was with my kids during my first visit, so I decided not to test drive this day. Jerry however wasn't pushy and he just told me he will be available when I was ready. Plus the vehicles I was looking at put me a bit over my budget so I left. I felt no pressure to buy and Jerry was very informative and clear with what Enterprise had to offer and what made them the best. The second time, I went with my boyfriend after reaching out to Jerry and finding out they had received the Nissan Altima I wanted and it being around the price I was hoping for. They also had the Hyundai Sonata which I was also looking at. Jerry was not available, but Nicole was very helpful. She got the keys for the 2 cars that I wanted to test drive, she listed all the benefits, features, and differences of the two cars and went along for the ride. I didn't purchase on this day either but I walked out of there knowing 100% the car that I wanted. So I took the remainder of the weekend to look around and test drive the same car at multiple dealerships. I work at an apartment community and most of my bonuses are off referrals so I knew I already that Enterprise Sales was at the top of my list. Anyways, after looking around and receiving not such good service in other places I went back a third time. This time, we sat down and talked numbers. I got a great deal on my trade in and walked out of there within 2 hours with all my paperwork complete for my new car. Ian helped Jerry seal the deal. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle so first thing on my mind is I DO NOT WANT THE DEALER EXPERIENCE.. What I mean by that is a salesman going back and forth to the manager trying to sell me a car. So I went to Enterprise online and saw some of the vehicles they had. I decided to fill in the info that evening and the next day Nicole Krause gave me a call. I explained how my credit was not that great and she understood and asked me to pass by and she would see what she can do.... Honestly I did not think i was going to drive out with a vehicle but I did. She was sooo proffesional, courteous and very knoledgable. But that is still not the best part. I purchased a used car and after driving it I saw some minor flaws in the vehicle that are not major but enough to bug me.. Example, the usb charger was not working in the back seat. So the moment of truth is. Would they take care of you after you purchased the vehicle or would they give you the runaround?? The answer to that is they will absoulutly take care of you 110%%. Enterprise Car Sales is the BEST! I was recently in a bad car accident where my car was totaled, and I was dealing with double the overwhelming feelings of being in the accident and having to replace my vehicle. Enterprise set me up with rental car, ironically a Jeep Cherokee that I was considering getting, and I completely fell in the love with the car. I didn't know you could buy cars from Enterprise, but after being told this, I was referred to Jermichael Kelley, my hero, from Enterprise Car Sales who went ABOVE and BEYOND to find me the exact same car in the exact same colors inside and out that I could purchase, and the rest is history. Car dealerships were a total nightmare for me, and truly Enterprise is the complete opposite. As they say, their customer service is exceptional. No hassle, real numbers. We were actually late for our scheduled appt.7:30p.m,we were expecting to reschedule for a later day, to our surprise Amber and her manager were like..."no were here for as long as the customer needs us." To our surprise we told them what we were looking for , and could afford, next thing we know were looking at inventory...picking a car and leaving with a car. I was very specific in make/model/mileage requirements I wanted (even the color). Jermichael checked the Enterprise database and found exactly what I wanted in north Georgia. He had it transferred down to Orlando. Within an hour of the test drive it was gassed and I was out the door as the owner of a red 2014 Nissan Xterra with less than 30K miles on it! Great Experience! They offered me more for my trade than the other car dealerships. I enjoyed the "haggle" free experience and the price was right. They worked with me the day after I purchased to change my finance company - as I preferred to go with my credit union. The finance company they had found for me was fine and offered a competitive rate but I just felt better using my credit union. They didn't pressure me into keeping their financing over mine.
