I previously bought a vehicle from Enterprise Car Sales and had a smooth experience, which is why I felt comfortable purchasing another car from them. They do offer competitive pricing and newer-model vehicles compared to many other used car dealerships, so there are definitely good deals here. However, I want other buyers to be aware of something important regarding the warranty process. My current vehicle is a 2023 Nissan Altima and it developed two relatively small issues: the front right headlight stays on while the car is running, and the front passenger seat back will not move forward or backward. These are not major repairs, but the process of getting them addressed has been difficult. The warranty provider (Assurant) requires several days to approve claims once the car is at the mechanic. During that time, the vehicle just sits there and Enterprise does not provide loaner cars. If you rely on your vehicle for work or daily responsibilities, this can leave you without transportation for multiple days. Unfortunately, the warranty company does not provide a rental until the claim is approved from an adjuster nor do they reimburse for alternate transportation if you pay out of pocket. My main concern is not the vehicle itself--it's that buyers should understand the warranty repair process can leave you without a car for days at a time. I also attempted to contact management several times about this situation and did not receive follow-up communication. Enterprise still has good inventory and pricing, but I strongly recommend asking detailed questions about warranty timelines and transportation options before purchasing, especially if you depend on your vehicle daily. read more

My only complaint is that the car I wanted was actually located in Marietta and we had to wait another 45 minutes for them to drive it to this location. If I'd have known that, I would've driven to Marietta myself. It's ok though, this location was closer to home and I had a wonderful experience. read more

Customer serv is horrible. They do not respond to customers once you leave the lot. All the vehicles are not certified. If you purchase one have it checked out. I purchased one and had to spend almost $2,300 less than a month after I bought it. I notified them and they stopped taking my calls. read more

Talk about taking advantage of a recent widow! I bought a Dodge Caravan that has had nothing but problems. I put down $10K for a downpayment and financed $13K. Not only did they overcharge me for the van, but they sold me a lemon. Two months and three mechanics could not diagnose why my car was stalling at red lights, shuddering, engine revving up when turning off car,etc etc etc. I finally took the car to a mechanic who has computers to test Dodge Cars and Vans. It took several days, but finally the mechanic told me the computers had been recoded to cover flaws in the van. My van stopped working altogether. I spoke to the area manager and ask if they would work with me to buy another van. The area manager stated that computer codes cannot be changed. Really? He also offered me $1K for my van. I owe $10K on the loan and Kelly Blue Book values the car at only $5K. Run from this dealer! read more

Let's start from the beginning. We went to their web site to purchase a vehicle from them. The salesman we were talking to said he had a cargo van for us. Then for 2 days we hear nothing from him until late on the 2nd night. He calls us to let us know that the vehicle we were promised was taken by fleet. Part 1 I would never buy a car from this location again and honestly, I am not sure if I would buy one from any enterprise after the experience I had. What seemed like it would be an easy transaction turned into a complete nightmare. We came into the morrow location already approved through USAA, we had 3 SUV's that we were considering, conveniently they had all 3. My wife and the salesman test drove all 3 before she made her decision, so far so good ... we go inside to begin paperwork, meet the managers, etc, etc... all the typical stuff they do to make you feel like your important to them as a customer ... after the paperwork is started we find out that we ultimately have to return on a later date that week, because all of our information was based out of Texas and we need to transfer over license etc... no problem we understood, that was Tuesday. We were told by the F&I manager that Friday we would be good to go. Red flag number 1, Friday we show up and the F&I manager that we dealt with on Tuesday is off, he failed to communicate any and all information to the other managers, so we sit and wait, we sit and wait so more as our two little ones grow increasingly agitated, we sit and wait some more except now our baby is crying and our toddler wants to get down and play, what was supposed to be a quick stop in and sign has turned into a circus . After about 45 minutes the F&I manager comes out and explains that he has no idea what it is going on, no one left him any notes he can't release the car to us, etc, he asked us to wait and see if he can figure somethings out, at this point we have been waiting for about an hour and 25 minutes, I am on my lunch hour. So I leave and my wife stays to resolve everything. Finally, he tells her he found the info and allow her to leave with the car. I gave her a checklist of things to make sure the car has before she pulls off, a full tank of gas, two keys, and car mats. She asked an associate who pulls the car up for if the tank is full and he proceeds to tell her "yeah there gas in there " he then walks inside and does not offer any further assistance. She loads the kids into the car and gets ready to go only to find that the car has just under a 1/2 tank of gas and only one key. She flagged down another associate who was on the lot to inquire about another key and he basically tells her she only gets what comes with the car. She drives off and tells me this later. Red flag number 2 and in hindsight we should've left when they said they couldn't find the information and went to a reputable dealership because it was just a precursor for what was to follow. read more

The customer service at this location is beyond amazing! They make sure you are getting exactly what you want and they also make sure it's something you can afford. They truly care about their customers and make sure you understand everything about the vehicle as well as any warranties or additional information. Enterprise Car Sales - My 2016 Mazda 6 from Enterprise Car Sales - Car Dealers Near Me - Morrow, Georgia

I mabe my reservation 2 months ago for a Ford Transit 15 passenger van. 2 days before my pick up date I got a message saying they had canceled my reservation. I called them to see what happened with the reservation and was told that the corporate office at cancel all reservations for 15 passenger vans. I was told they had check and they could not find one for me. I was then told I could check around to see if I can find one at another Enterprise location. To make a long story short the service will receive was terrible they did not try to assist us in any way with getting the van. After several calls to the customer service I did receive a call from them saying oh we're working on it will get you something don't worry. We got a call to come pick up the van. She told us it would not be there until after 12:00 so we got there about 3:00 guest what they closed at 1:00 on Sat. We did not know this. Why didn't she say but we close at 1. We got the van the next day. I have made two call to the corporate office each time I was told someone would get in contact with me no such luck yet. So I guess corporate condones this type of service we will be renting from someone else from now on. read more

I came and purchased my now 2016 Altima SL, which I'm pleased with by the way. The vehicle had a sound coming from it, I called and spoke with someone no one called me back concerning my issue. The next week someone called me saying I didn't put enough of a down payment on my vehicle, which the person who called me was the person that told me my down payment would be $950.0 the night before I was scheduled to arrive at the office in Morrow. I was taken back, when I came in and the credit union said my APR was 8.49, but on my initial visit my APR was 5.49, it makes you ask questions, which I did and no one was able to answer. I came in and my paperwork was done over, the date that I came in was input on my paperwork, when asked why the mileage and date for my first payment didn't change, that couldn't be explained. I also had questions concerning my tag, by me redoing my contract, how does this effect my tag, not all of the previous information on the original contract was changed to reflect the new contract, why? I called and spoke with the credit union and they were able to answer the questions I had for them, they said I should never have received APR OF 5. NOTHING, I'm in a lower range. Over all I like the vehicle, the were extremely personable but everyone needs to educated when it comes to being able to explain and not appearing to being shady activities.
