Um no Remote start? It's not on the FOB. Oh it's on the app. Hahahaha jokes on me I find out one rainy morning ! I have written to the dealership... I have talked to someone asking them to get my order out and review it ... We can't, you're salesman is no longer with the company ‍ So it's this many months later I get an email survey from General Motors. I tell them THIS SAME THING. Nada. So some company pockets the 'extras' We've leased three cars from Sweeney , but you can be CERTAIN we'll take our business to Columbiana, next time !! Paul and Mair Williams!

I called in and spoke to the Sales Consultant Bob Bezzaro. Affectionately referred to as "Uncle Robby" by his close friends as he told us. Anyway, from the first interaction he was more than helpful with every question we had, especially about the certification warranty and financing for a first time buyer like my sister. We scheduled an appointment, went to test drive the vehicle, and were soon on our way down the road. Awesome experience and my sister loves her new Jetta! Definitely ask for Bob when you stop in. You could tell he makes it his mission to spread joy in all aspects of the car buying process. Thanks Bob and thank you Preston VW!

I have had issues with my new VW atlas from day one. Had to get the owner involved after 1 1/2…read moreyears of issues and he (Rick) was a complete asshole to work with. He was very degrading to me in emails, like he was doing me a favor with getting back to me to try and resolve the problems with my car by giving me $4,800 off a new car And not paying off what I owed on my current car. He said he did everything he could do, but my issues with the car haven't been fixed. All I wanted was to try and get into another car without transferring a lot negative equity due to this not being any fault of mine. Because of him I will never buy another car from him. The other staff at VW of Boardman have been amazing!

We have brought our Kia Sedona here twice in the last year for work still covered under on our soon…read moreto be expired warranty. Both times have been a great experience. The first time was for a noise coming from under the hood that ended up being a loose bracket for the a/c. They fixed it and they even replaced our wheel covers of which are covered under the warranty. We didn't know this but the friendly staff told us they were and replaced them. Also, the back seatbelt that my kids use was locked up and they had to replace some sort of gear or something of which they did the same day as well. Pretty cool. Today, my wife took it there because our windshiled wiper motor went bad and something's going on with the powersteering. They replaced the wiper motor and told her that they had to order the parts for the rack and pinion which is making the noise we hear. They were nice enough to tell her that when the parts are shipped in, she would need to drop the car off and come back to pick it up as the work will take several hours. Fifth star evades this review as both times we had an appointment for the work but ended waiting approx 2-3 hours anyway. I know a wait is expected but why make an appointment? Anyway, other than the wait issues, we have found something great in this dealership.

I normally don't write long reviews, but my experience with Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman was so…read moredisappointing and stressful that I feel compelled to warn others. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a two-week nightmare -- one week just trying to complete the deal, and another week waiting for the dealership to finally release my approved, paid-for vehicle. During that delay, I was told I'd still have to pay for the days I didn't even have the car in my possession. My experience with sales associate Christopher Kenney, finance manager Heather Marino, and general manager Melanie Yesovich was marked by misinformation, unresponsiveness, and defensiveness. I was repeatedly pushed aside, ignored, and treated as though my time and business didn't matter. Even after paying my down payment and signing the paperwork, they refused to release the car, citing "funds clearing" from the leasing company -- which makes no sense for a lease. When I raised the issue, I was offered only $40 compensation and told to sign a release form that would have silenced me from ever sharing this experience publicly. I refused. The only person who showed any professionalism was sales manager Mark Dickerhoof, who listened, treated me with respect, and ultimately honored the national offer I was initially denied. Unfortunately, every other part of this dealership failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer care. As a former licensed car salesman at Klaben Ford and Lincoln and a recipient of the Key to the City of Youngstown, I know how customers deserve to be treated -- and this dealership fell far below that standard. If you value honesty, professionalism, and respect, steer clear of Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman.

I had been car searching for a new vehicle for a week at many dealerships with all bad experiences…read more Even after finding the SUV I wanted, the local dealership was very rude and demeaning. They informed me the vehicle I wanted was at this location but did not want to help me get it so I drove 81 miles from Cleveland to get what I wanted. Missy was beyond helpful and was not a pushy salesperson. She was amazing. We called ahead saying we were coming and she had it out front waiting. After I got there, as soon as I said let's do this, she had it in the back getting gases up and detailed. She went over and above taking pictures of my programmed radio channels and even took a picture of me with my new car. I also enjoyed our conversation while going through the process. Travis in financial was also a great help. I never saw someone go process everything so quickly. She was very pleasant and helped me through the process We also had great conversations. Before I left they set up my phone and showed me all the features of the car. This is not your typical dealership. They treat you like great friends that they've known for years. This was the best experience I could ask for. I only wish this location wasn't so far because I feel I could trust them to work on my car and not have to worry. I would give more than five star if I could

Great customer service!…read more I accompanied my friend while he was looking to test drive and possibly purchase one of their vehicles. The salesman couldn't have been nicer. He brought the car inside from the bitter cold so my friend could get a good look at it without freezing our behinds off. It had a very mom-and-pop feel to it due to the friendliness, great customer service, no pushy salesman, and availability of the staff. Cars in the lot are marked very clearly with prices, mileage, and all the specs on the cars. Inside, the showroom is very tidy, there's signs notifying of occupancy limits, and a mask mandate. The bathroom was very clean and there was a nice refreshment area and comfortable seating areas. Although my friend didn't end up buying a car that day, I would still much recommend this business to Jose in the market for a vehicle.

On Monday (today), I got a call from Kyle Whelan to let me know that he's vetoing the deal and will charge me an extra $5,000. I asked him very direct questions about his integrity. He specifically told me that he was not going to honor the word of his team and that it was a "miscommunication" (despite the original deal receiving manager approval and has Kyle's name on it). He admitted to calling neighboring dealerships to compare prices after we made the deal on Saturday and today he settled on $5k over. At the end of the call, I finally told him that I have no respect for the way he represented the store and Kyle said he didn't care.
