But we had a great experience, my car was picked up by a super nice transport guy with an enclosed carrier, and was delivered the next day (MI to MN, in February). I received texts and calls every day they looked for a driver, and my quote was within $60 of what I paid. So, I would totally use Monarch again, they did a great job communicating and getting the job done, at least in my situation.

They quoted one price almost $900 from Tx to Ga, Knowing full well they are unable to get someone and then they called back asking for $400 more dollars. Then called back a few more days later asking for $1800. I said that's crazy, I can't deal in price gouging. The guy then ask if we wanted to cancel. Never once did he say oh by the way you will be charge a cancellation fee. So I said to cancel it. A few days later I'm seeing a $154 cancellation fee. Called customer service and the guy was an ass and said well you should have left the contract open. I only wish they were regi with the BBB so I can report the fraudulent practices. I wish I can give zero stars but unfortunately I can't. Wish I read the reviews before booking them..

When my car went missing they told me I would have to contact the transporter on my own. They did nothing to facilitate or say "hey we'll take care of this for you". My car was lost over a weekend and total radio silence from this company. Every interaction/communication I had with them required me to initiate it. Don't believe any rebuttal they post on here. A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." In my business, when I damaged or inconvenienced my customers greatly, I compensated them to some degree to let them know I understood and wanted them back. Not this company ....

I have not heard from RRT since I submitted a claim ( that took a while to have happen). Kyle (who does not want to be called a salesman-- didn't he sell me the booking?) had MAJOR attitude this morning, told me off and hung up. He said he had reached out to claims, but he never texted/emailed or called to tell me. He just Ignored my phone call. Also the driver picked up the car on a Monday and said it would be in Florida on Wednesday. We had a flight down for Wednesday, because RR said the car would arrive Thursday or Friday. We had to scramble to change or flight. Once we were in Florida, the driver did not contact us. We waited all Wednesday. He didn't answer his phone, either. Finally, he answered and said he would deliver it Thursday am I asked him to drop the car where all car carriers drop cars for our community. He dropped it in a cvs parking lot instead. Don't use this company.

I called and was told that they were in the process of finalizing a truck for pickup and that I would be contacted. One day prior to scheduled pickup I called again and was told that I will be contacted. I left two voicemails and an email for the representative that I had worked with to arrange my transport and did not receive a reply. I called and spoke with the "next available" representative and was told that I will be contacted. It is now the day for my pickup and I have heard NOTHING from this disreputable company, no call, no email, no text! I called another company and within 10 minutes had my car scheduled. They took my deposit then the actual price was double the quote. I told Drew all of this and his quote was fair and the vehicle was picked up within 5 days of contacting Drew and was delivered to NJ 4.5 days later. No extra charges or fees, exactly as quoted. The driver's communication and updates were excellent. I'm using Drew to ship another vehicle later this week and will add to this review. Drew is an honest guy who takes pride in a job well done!

Unfortunately, they took zero responsibility for their errors. Their errors cost me a lot of time and money but they didn't seem to care. Absolutely awful company. AVOID.
