Beware, their agreement is not a contract for service, it is an estimate for service and their paperwork allows them to increase the price. My delivery was not time sensitive, so the delays were only an inconvenience. I received quotes from other transport companies that were similar to what I actually paid with Monarch and I wish I had used them instead. Monarch Transport Group initial booking personnel were very helpful and responsive. I signed an agreement with Monarch for $2250 to haul two snowmobiles from Michigan to California. What Monarch doesn't tell you is their agreement is an estimate of charges. They were supposed to call back within 5 days with a carrier, but they called back finally after 8 days to say they couldn't find a carrier for less than $3250. When I said I had an agreement for $1000 less they said no carrier was available for that price. I agreed, the carrier DRY RUN LLC called immediately and kept in touch during the transport process, but the driver was two days late and the trailer they were using should not have been on the road (bald tires, damaged trailer, and Dry Run informed me they would not be using that driver in the future) I will not be using Monarch Transport Group in the future if I have items that need to be shipped.

Three calls all with hold times over an hour to talk to unqualified customer service reps who all tell different stories some still claiming to be a transport service others claiming they are only a broker and pick ups are not guaranteed. Who schedules a pick up and delivery on a gamble the driver might show up? I will say this. The fact you come on here and try to answer to your borderline criminal if not criminal practices speaks volumes about your lack of character. Everyone on here is going to read more reviews and see you are lying through your teeth with your responses. No integrity, no sense of accountability and completely apathetic to how your lies, dishonesty and shady business practices effect other people. You sir if the profile is real are a horrible person working or owning an even more horrible company.

My car was lost over a weekend and total radio silence from this company. Every interaction/communication I had with them required me to initiate it. Don't believe any rebuttal they post on here. A 3-day trip took 8 days and I had to handle 75% of the details... And of course, "We offer no refunds for late transports." In my business, when I damaged or inconvenienced my customers greatly, I compensated them to some degree to let them know I understood and wanted them back. Not this company ....

Kyle (who does not want to be called a salesman-- didn't he sell me the booking?) had MAJOR attitude this morning, told me off and hung up. He said he had reached out to claims, but he never texted/emailed or called to tell me. He just Ignored my phone call. Also the driver picked up the car on a Monday and said it would be in Florida on Wednesday. We had a flight down for Wednesday, because RR said the car would arrive Thursday or Friday. We had to scramble to change or flight. Once we were in Florida, the driver did not contact us. We waited all Wednesday. He didn't answer his phone, either. Finally, he answered and said he would deliver it Thursday am I asked him to drop the car where all car carriers drop cars for our community. He dropped it in a cvs parking lot instead.
