Entec #102 located on Northern Bypass travelers beware road signage price is misleading. Showed 4/9/19, unleaded $2.39; yet, when I stop at the pump to fill-up then insert my credit card it becomes a wait - wait - wait - then ask for zip code then wait - wait - wait and wait before authorization. Then LED shows remove nozzle and select. There are two nozzles with multiple selections; and, of course I selected the unleaded lowest octane (norm what most newer cars use) while pumping I noticed the prices wasn't anywhere near $2.39; so, I stopped fueling quickly because the price was $2.899 or should just say $2.90 per gallon.
No receipt came out; so, went to the window. I said to the nice lady the road sign is misleading, and she agreed; and, another customer behind me said "is there a trick to getting my credit card authorized?" Results "pumps are outdated, registry inside is outdated, and I agreed the price is misleading by an employee. Contact the office." I would have contacted Entec office if the sales receipt had an address or phone number rather than "Simply Better!" Simply Better at what other than being dishonest about ones hidden prices.
Their outdated pump cost them two sales that day, me and the other who was impatience on awaiting and awaiting for an authorization. Entec could be - "Simply Better" by displaying the truth. read more
