Placing a delivery order is like ordering from the Bermuda Triangle. Waiting for a same-day delivery for 3 days. We are talking about a regular grocery order, eggs, cheese, things I need. Customer service says that they "Are looking for a driver", but a second order was successfully delivered. More good news: If I cancel the order, I must wait for my $111.00 to be refunded and it can take up to ten days. Seriously. I'm an invalid or I would drive to the store to shop. I had an appointment for my truck to get sealed from a painters nail in my tire. They told me my two year old tires were bald and the nail was in the side tire. The nail is in the middle of my tire! After I waited 20 minutes just to get my keys back. I would not recommend visiting the automotive shop in this Walmart. Sad and lazy. read more

First, let me say that the one employee I dealt with was very polite and helpful. My main complaints about this store were: * In the parking lot, they had set up several sort of trailer-generators with poles, atop which was a loudspeaker. At short intervals, it broadcast a message about wearing a mask, cleaning protocols, etc. All the other stores I've been to have thought mere signs posted at the entry were sufficient for this sort of thing. The loudspeakers gave the place a POW camp / re-education center vibe that I found extremely off-putting. * There was about 20% of the interior of this store that was barren - no shelves, no carpeting, nothing. It wasn't roped off, so you could walk through it. However, it just came across as odd - it wasn't even in the corner, it was just in the center of one side of the place. I always do on line orders bc I hate going in the store. service has gotten really bad there and you really hate to ask an employee bc you feel like yur being nuisance to them unless you know that employee bad name the outcome may be different. on line order pickups yur gonna be waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes for order. in the beginning it was all good but now, well this is what I have to settle for bc its the closest location to my job. read more

I was shopping for a Christmas tree and found an assortment of different shapes and sizes. Everything was very organized in this Walmart compared to some of the others I've been to. They were so helpful and fixed it for us in no time and got us back on the road within 15 minutes. They helped us out of a very difficult situation and made the entire experience painless. I created a pick up order for my niece that's attending the university. Since im located in Arizona this was the best way to get her essential items. After this experience we won't be utilizing this Walmart in the future. Pick up was confirmed for 8pm and I received an email right at 8 saying there was a delay and they would let me know when it was ready. It ended up being ready about an hour or so after that. She arrived at the pick up at 11:55am and waited over 40 mins for the order. We called customer service and the pick up number and no one ever came to the phone. She ended up having to go into the store and let them know she was there and where she parked. This overall was a terrible experience and the associates were very rude. After reading other reviews (which I should have done before placing the order) I now know at this Walmart this is typical. read more

This location has absolutely no customer service! When I go in there, which is only when I am in that area of town and have a rush need, I am never greeted. Getting assistance is like pulling teeth. The worse, though, is when my grocery delivery order gets sent to this location. I NEVER GET MY ORDER UNLESS I SPEND AT LEAST 30 MINUTES MAKING PHONE CALLS. Of course, they don't answer the phone. When I give up and press the key to speak to a person, instead of the delivery/pickup dept., sometimes someone will pick up and hang up immediately, so I have to call back. Most often they blame my not getting my groceries on the driver cancelling. Why didn't you schedule another driver? Why didn't you notify me? Then there is the product selection. Do not order fresh produce from them! The last two times I ordered strawberries they arrived with mold and looked like the ones that had been culled out to throw away. The location on Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery is much better, but I never know if my order is going to be sent there or to this location on Ann St. I think I need to cancel my grocery deliver subscription. read more

I was walking into the bathroom and was told by an employee I couldn't use it because someone wanted to take pictures in there. I assumed it was an employee taking photos to show it was clean, but she let in a person in normal clothes to take what I can only assume were selfies given her attire. The employee then stood guard at the door. I then went to get a key made. I couldn't get anyone to help me despite multiple employees walking by the desk I was standing at and making eye contact but when I opened my mouth to ask about a key, they ignored me. I finally had a nice man (who was shopping) tell me they made keys in automotive. I got to automotive and the person was on their cell phone and didn't say hello or ask what I needed. I finally just showed him my key, he silently made a copy and then handed it to me. I asked to pay for 2 other items and he said ok but then got annoyed when I used the Walmart pay app and it took about 20 seconds to load with the slow WiFi. When I got home the key didn't even work. I hate this Walmart. It's dirty and the staff is rude. They don't ask if you need help if you're obviously lost and looking for something. People just walk down the center aisles of parking lanes at glacial paces even when they look back and see you're in a car behind them. They leave buggies everywhere even 5 steps away from the receptacle. Even customers are rude. It's the only Walmart between my work and home and I've gotten to the habit of just waiting until I'm off to go to a better location. read more

This Wal-Mart isn't bad. It's about average for a Wal-Mart. So take that for what it is. It's pretty neat and clean inside. I guess if you come at a certain time of day and day of the week, it might be more messy. But Wal-Mart does a pretty good job of trying to keep things orderly. Maybe some of the departments get messy, but the workers get to it shortly. Are there better Wal-Marts? Yes. But what are you looking for when you come here? You'll find the good prices and everything well stocked. I eat something in Alabama that makes my bottom lip look like something Angelina Jolie would have after having 6 too many collagen injections. So, off to WalMart I go for some benadryl. I noticed that the closer you get to WalMart HQ in Arkansas, the more mind control WalMart has over you. For example, I think the WalMart in Milpitas sucks ass. The WalMart in Reno is tollerable. Went in to the deli for some cajun turkey was told I couldn't get any because they were doing inventory. My issue was it was 5PM the store was packed and many customers were wanting sliced items from the deli. Went here to pick up a couple things and I had under 20 items so I went to the express lane. It was an older woman with the name Idell as the cashier. Not only did she not say a word to me at first she just stood there and sighed when she had to begin. When I had 3 items left she just stopped and after a minute of silence she said to me "those things dont move them selves what are you sittin' there staring at?" are you kidding me? Rude old lady. Went to Walmart to get Argo. One they were out of Blu ray. Two they seemed they hadn't even unpacked everything. Three no customer service I waited for like 15 minutes to ask a question I was ignored completely and skipped over. Then I left and tried calling customer service for a complaint but was on hold for like 10 minutes. Hey need to revamp there whole staff because I've been there numerous times and have had an issue. Being in the military I'm used to some sort of order and there never seems to be any in there. The key machine here does not work. The people here don't seem to care, but it is a wal mart and close to a lot of other convenient stores.

The cashier at self checkout that rang me up was very friendly and polite, I felt sorry for her as clearly the manager has no clue how to schedule (or too many people called out) the line was halfway down what WALMART calls "action alley" which there was no action, just people standing still in line. The employees I have encountered at this Walmart make me never want to return. I am sure there are some nice people who work there, but the bad apples are ruining it! The last three times I have gone there, I have been treated like an inconvenience. The cashiers are inefficient at best. I had to write a review for Takiya for her excellent customer service. I thought a worker in the money center failed to give me my money order and receipt a few days ago. After making a return trip to the store and showing Takiya my bank statement, Takiya went above and beyond to do some research and watch video from that day. She found that the worker stuck the money order and receipt in a Zyrtec flyer...and I put it in my bag. After going back to my job and digging through the trash in my office, within seconds, I found the flyer, opened it..and there it was!!! My money order I originally purchased to send to a recent college grad and the receipt! I've never experienced this kind of customer service at any Walmart before so I appreciate Takiya taking out some time on a busy Saturday afternoon. I am giving one star because unfortunately zero or a negative rating is not an option. Out of 17 checkout lines it is rare for more than two to be open. The "sales associates" at this location are the most miserable and unhelpful bunch I have had the displeasure of being "helped" by as well. A lady named Shay who worked register 17 today was particularly rude and lazy. When I asked to purchase a book of stamps she said I had to go to customer service (a line of about 8 people were there already). But I had just been told by another associate that I could purchase the stamps at the register. When I went and asked the man why he said I could, only to get me turned around, he was kind enough to get them for me himself (thank you Darius). I had to get back in Shay's line, and she was pissed! Slamming the register, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes....ridiculous behavior for someone hired to help! read more

I went to the tire center a few weeks ago for tires. When I showed up they told me they were slow that day and had one car, just about finished, before mine. I thought great, it'll be quick. I was there over two hours. They weren't busy, they just seemed to not care. I figured I would give them one more chance. I went today for an oil change. When I arrived there was one car on the lift, but no one else waiting. I asked how long it would be and they said pretty quick. I kept seeing the automotive workers just hanging out talking to each other. Not working. At about the 30 minute mark I noticed the other car finally gone. At 45 minutes of waiting they still hadn't even moved my car into the bay. So I got my keys and left. As I walked out I passed the three automotive employees just standing outside the door talking to each other. They just did not care. That was the last time I'll go there. read more

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Shop at this Walmart.I went grocery shopping at this Ann street location and it's awful.One of the items I purchased was a 3 pound Kentucky derby ham that's only 3.96 cents.I was charged 20.00 for this item only to get home and it wasn't even in the bag.They did refund me, but I'm at least 30 miles away from this Walmart, and gas is ridiculous.A month later I shopped again and was charged 25.00 for the same ham,this made me so pissed.Once again I was refunded,but i still lost when it came to gas.I don't know who they hire at this place but their customer service is awful.Most of the few workers they have there have bad attitudes, as if they don't want to work there.It's dirty, and gives you a feeling of shopping in a old dirty Ware house.I don't know, but I think the over pricing is some kind of way to the workers steal money from the customers.I had a funny feeling the whole time I was being rung up,as if they were stealing from me,but i didn't figure it out until i got home.This Walmart definitely makes the company look terrible.I'll be finding a new location,if I ever shop at Walmart again. read more
