I have met a lot of doctors both as a nurse and a patient, I can tell you that I am impressed with the bedside manner of this doctor! He helps his patients have a voice and be part of the care plan. He has a calm manner, easy pace when speaking, and a gentle touch when doing his examination. I was able to get my questions, address my concerns, and felt confident in his care. No wonder why my Infectious Disease doctor and his staff speak highly of him. The ENTAA team are well represented here in Laurel! Bravo, Doc!!! read more

Doctors are excellent if you can get in to see them. I've been seeing Dr. Hamburger for 30+ years, and other members of the staff after expansion. They are all great, but the office systems have not kept up with such a large practice. If you or your pharmacist call them, they don't call back for hours or the next day. If it's on a Thur. after 5 pm, you can't get your medicine corrected until Tue. Meanwhile, your get sicker & sicker. That's not good medical care. read more

I already commented on this practice, just the Columbia, MD office. The Laurel office is much closer to me, but due to scheduling, the doctor was only in the Laurel office a few of the times that fit my schedule. Regardless, Dr. Pearl is great and the staff are friendly. I would recommend this whole practice (which has several offices) to anyone. The caveat being I've only experienced 1 doctor, and for allergy, not for ENT. But I'm very happy with my experience with Dr. Pearl and the staff. read more

Bypass the Laurel office and go to Columbia to see your doctor. The Laurel office is very poorly run. It is common to wait nearly an HOUR after your appointment time. The patient rooms are filthy, with cobwebs and grime on the walls and ceilings. Worst of all is the office administrator. I'm certain she was a hag even in grade school. read more

I went here for an ear ache. They set me up with an appointment in 4 hrs and made my weekend. Sure, the lobby isn't the best but it is a doctors office not a Holiday Inn Express. read more

I had surgery by Dr Beningfield to remove a lump behind my ear. Dr Beningfield gave me very explicit description of the proposed surgery and all possible outcomes. The actual operation, though taking almost 3 1/2 hours to remove all the mass, was very well done and the outcome great. He was always available if any needs arose (thankfully none). I would most enthusiastically recommend Dr Beningfield to anyone (unfortunately) requiring this type or any other of his specialty surgery. read more

This practice was just a waste of my time. For years I have been trying to figure out why I have allergies all year round and how to control it/get rid of them. I went to the Laurel office and they told me I didn't have allergies after I insisted that I did they gave me some under the counter stuff and a nasonex sample. Eventually I discovered myself that nasonex is the only thing that helps as long as I take it every other day. I ran out of nasonex and I have been calling for 4 days; no one has returned my calls. Now I have a sinus infection and the doctor claims she cannot send the prescription without seeing me again. Well I'm going out of town with a sinus infection and obviously I cannot go see her. It clearly shows they do not care about their patients and only care about making money. I will have to spend the holidays sick and will have to ask my primary doctor to give me a prescription. I will not be going back to this practice and I will tell the rest of my family who also goes there why I have to spend the holidays in bed. Stay away from this careless practice please! read more
