This review is belated, but I wanted to praise Li-Wei for being such an excellent store clerk! We went in on the Pokémon kuji and did fairly well. However, we tried to chase one of the prizes. He was so encouraging and positive that it made a financially painful decision so fun. They have a deal where you buy three kujis in one transaction, they give you a small discount. However, I think the more unique kujis are more expensive because they are rarer to find in the US.

Vincent is a gem of a dealer and human being. He gave my boys sleeves, and even $5 full alt-art foils at no cost. Needless to say, for any future Pokémon purchases, I'm coming to these guys first. They also had 6-7 binders full of great $1-2 cards and it's exactly what we're looking for. Ended up walking out with $20 worth of $1 cards, not including their gifts to my boys. I get it, we're not high-dollar spenders for this hobby, but these guys treated us like we were. Vincent and his team deserve all the business they get.

This bookstore is open on weekdays (except Fridays). Staff (perhaps volunteers) are transparent and friendly, though some are not always warm as the others. There are quite a substantial amount of faith-based merchandise inside: from different bible versions (NLT, NKJV, KJV, NIV, ESV, NASB, Tyndale, etc) in different sizes; clothings; jewelry and accessories; bible covers and bags; notebooks and journals; study and commentary books; home decorative items; witnessing tracts; writing instruments and highlighters; as well as children's materials inclusive of toys, books, media items, etc. GSCB usually have "discount" on their items, thus, pretty affordable for purchase. We find ourselves regularly visiting GSCB to collect favorite items such as bibles we could share to friends, and bible verse-based merchandises like The Armor of God collections, Wings like Eagles, The Godly Women, and other interesting find for those who enjoy reading, and even decorating with inspiring or motivational texts. GSCB is open to everyone, not just to members of CCGS. That's what I like the most.
