They offer an incredible selection of high-quality crystals -- everything from small, affordable pieces to stunning, museum-quality specimens. While chatting with them, they kindly invited me into their warehouse, where I got to see even more amazing options. It's not often that you get to see crystals on this scale at regular shops, and one of the best things about this company is that they offer great quality pieces at almost wholesale prices. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Kai, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He patiently answered all my questions about the crystals -- their quality, grading, and pricing -- no matter how many times I asked. Kai clearly has deep knowledge and passion, and he happily explained what makes each stone valuable and unique. The entire staff is also very friendly, and I really appreciated how family-friendly the atmosphere was -- kids are definitely welcome here, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The warehouse behind the booth is full of beautiful crystals that haven't even been displayed yet, and I'm really looking forward to seeing more of them in the future. I also follow their Instagram, where they often sell new crystals through live sales. Things sell out quickly there, so being able to take my time today and choose stones while hearing about each one was such a treat. Today, I found a beautiful fluorite that they kindly gave me a discount on -- such a great deal! As I was leaving, Kai even ran after me to give me a free bonus piece -- it was absolutely gorgeous and made me so happy! Even though it takes me about an hour to get there, it's 100% worth the trip. This is truly a gem of a crystal shop, and I'll definitely be back again!

After a while I could tell that I wasn't truly welcome to be in the store. There were other signs and I'm just going to say that there's a more likely chance you will receive better customer service if you are visibly similar cultural background. I went in just expecting to lie down, relax, and listen to singing bowls for an hour (which would have been great on its own) but this was so much more than that! In addition to the singing bowls, there were lots of other lovely sounds. One of the healing practitioners had what looked like a large shakuhachi style flute. She would walk around and set the base down on the ground, a few inches from our bodies, and play it. And you could not only hear it- you could FEEL the vibrations resonating through your body! The best part was that one of the other healing practitioners walked around did mini Reiki sessions with each of the participants. Even though it was a group session, I experienced PROFOUND healing. I had been experiencing extreme muscle tension in my neck for the past three weeks. I had a massage earlier that week and even the massage did not relieve the tension. But a few hours after I left the sound bath, the tension was COMPLETELY GONE! Such an amazing experience! I will definitely be back!

We ended up getting my engagement ring resized (two babies later the ring didn't fit lol), fixed a diamond that fell out of my halo, and got a new solitaire ring (both the diamond and setting from pro gems)! While we were here we ended up getting all of our rings cleaned as well. (Yay, thank you to the hubby!) My husband and I can be quite picky when it comes to big purchases like this but you can see from the 5 star reviews here that Patrick comes off very accommodating but trustworthy. We felt the pricing was reasonable when comparing to online prices and you can get your setting customized here. He was not overly pushy but also gave honest feedback where needed. He recommended going with a bigger ring size than I thought I should go with but ultimately that was the right call given hands swell in the summer and there's no guarantee I'll lose weight (I was telling him I'm in the middle of losing weight lol... maybe too optimistic on my end?) I feel like that could be a sensitive topic for some women but he handled it well with light humor. The customized ring setting takes 3-4 weeks and resizing with fixing a diamond in the setting took about an hour. We came in unannounced the first time and Patrick invited us back the next weekend where he was able to show me the diamonds I wanted in the different carat sizes and cuts I wanted. He immediately showed me several Rolexes, including an Explorer that was available. He also showed me several Tudors that were beautiful pieces.
