We were also given numbers of the hospital if we had any questions as we would be in quarantine after getting tested & we called multiple times & didn't get an answer every time. We actually had to get in contact with the organization we agreed to release our information to for data in order to know what our results were. As we had no way of getting ahold of the hospital we had to wait until we were done with quarantine and had to drive to this place ourselves to ask for a paper copy of our results in order to return to work. Unless you go to the actual building, communication is absolutely impossible. Other than that the staff here is really nice & easy to talk to so I will give at least 4 stars as I understand we are going through a pandemic and they are very busy.

He checked in regularly and also coordinated all the specialists (physical therapy, occupational therapy -- even a shower aide!) who together eased my husband's path. Hunter stayed involved, even giving us his cell phone in case we were in trouble. We weren't, but it sure was nice to have. When Hunter thought we were doing well enough, and we agreed, he carefully transitioned us to being on our own. I can't tell you what a great experience it was -- there are no words. But I can tell you: if we're ever in such a situation again, we will ask for Washington Regional home health by name. They made all the difference to us.

I would call and find out that she had discharged him the week before. This is terrible communication not to let the facility, the family or the patient's doctor know when a patient under Washington Regional Home Health Care has been discharge...... Very unprofessional!.

Due to his injury, he was unable to participate on the golf team. Athlete Plus was wonderful and helped Bryce not only heal quickly from injury, but they helped him without putting him in pain.
