I had some very tight neck muscles that had gotten so bad, I was having these constant dull headaches. I had tried painkillers and massage and stretching, but this time it wasn't helping. I could feel that it was more of a muscular issue rather than an alignment one,, IE a chiropractor adjustment wasn't going to cut it. I had heard of Dr Christian and although I was somewhat nervous about having needles stuck in my neck, I decided to check him out. WOW!!! 30 minutes later my neck felt Soooo much better. had knee surgery in November and Dr. Kyle did a great job working with me, even thought I cried and was probably the worst patient he ever dealt with. He didn't give up. He continued to try different methods of treatment to see what worked best for me. I was very hesitant about trying dry needling when it was recommended to me, but it really helped reduce the pain in my knee. The entire staff was helpful from booking appointments, to insurance questions to the therapy itself, they were friendly, professional, and very personable. Dr. Christian and his staff are just wonderful. I have several health issues, that were always taken into account during the three rounds of physical therapy (two for a bad Achilles tendonitis), and recently a neck, arm and hand issue, which was diagnosed as Cervical Spondylitis. Everyone on staff is personable, friendly and funny, which always helps keeping things upbeat. It's often hard to stay motivated when it seems like your pain is never going to come to an end, but the staff helps put you at ease, and the appointments always seemed to go by quickly. read more

Dr. Robertozzi is THE BEST. If you are having pain - That's The Knot is where you need to go. I had some intense back pain and Dr. dry needled my back. It was great. Since I'm pregnant, I didn't want to take any pain meds. Dr. Robertozzi got me in right away, dry needled my neck and back and I left feeling a million times better. Highly recommend calling Dr. Robertozzi if you have any type of pain whether it's neck/back pain or plantar fasciitis, hip pain, shoulder pain, etc. - you'll feel a ton better. read more

I've been to iAM twice in the last three years. The first time, with bursitis pain in my right arm. The second time was for painful lower back pain. Dr. Christian not only gave me the proper exercises to alleviate my pain, but showed me (in detail) the source of the pain using an excellent anatomical app. I couldn't be happier with the results! I went through 12 weeks of physical therapy with them after a Labral Repair on my shoulder. They are kind and very professional. Knowledgeable and efficient. By the time I left I had nearly full range of motion in my shoulder. My therapist was very supportive and sweet. I have went to Dr Robertozzi twice, once for my neck and once for Plantar Fasciitis. He dry needled me and I have to say the relief was welcomed for sure. The foot problem has disappeared.
