The owner Jennifer was easy to work with and was able to work around changing nap schedules and my own clinical schedule as a Psychologist. I also appreciated her being easy to communicate by text because it's really hard for me to accept phone calls during work hours.

She cancels last minute, doesn't give the therapists a chance to move their schedules around, and is unwilling to work with needing to move therapy times but expects you to move your life around her needing to move therapy appointments. And when I requested to move one therapy service to another provider she canceled all of the other therapy services we used her company for. If I had known better, I never would've used PTG.

Not one time did they bring up that they weren't in my network. Or that my copay wasn't covering my charges.
