This was my first time visiting a stand-alone location outside of a mall and my first time using a Kay store in a different state - specifically at 1620 Dogwood Drive, SE, Conyers, GA. I truly regret trusting this store with my jewelry. Although I don't know the name of the woman who assisted me, I relied on my past positive experiences and expected the same level of professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had three of my rings sent out for services. Two of my rings were returned to me within four weeks, but my last ring did not come back until three months later. During that time, I received no phone call, no email, and not a single update letting me know that my ring was ready for pickup. When I finally picked it up, I was casually told that "nothing was wrong with my ring and that my ring had actually been sitting in the store since November 14th. The lack of communication, concern, professionalism, and basic customer service was extremely hurtful and disappointing. After nearly two decades as a loyal customer, I expected so much better. Instead, I was met with staff who seemed completely disengaged and unconcerned about the stress and frustration this situation caused me. I strongly warn others not to take their rings to this Conyers location for service, and I do not recommend purchasing jewelry from this store either.
