UPDATE: May 19 2023: I haven't received a refund of $280 for the digitizing process of the photo that I did NOT receive!! They've only refunded my fee for image embroidering. I also feel that it's sad that when the company is in the wrong instead of correcting thier wrong doing and growing as a black owned business. They right off their customers and instantly say they longer want to do business with you. They talk down on and belittle the customers they do wrong and deliberately flip the story to make thier paying customers seem like their at fault. Instead of providing the proper service and being an example in the community. It's They've had my items for almost 3 months I've paid over $500 and they have yet to send my items and they refused to give my money back for the embroidery and digitizing of the graphic photo on the back of the line jacket. With the lack of service and communication alone, I wouldn't recommend this company to any Greek Organization. The incident: March 11th 2023 I placed an order over $500 with a digitized image and it's now May & I've yet to receive what I paid for. The crossing jacket along with the embroidering on both arms front and back and picture and $280 digitizing fee " as stated in their Police" is None refundable because they garentee customer satisfactory. I asked that they fix the color on the lips which wasn't like the original photo and they changed it to a dark red and made them look like Ape lips. I then asked that they make the lips look like the original and they changed them yet again. After calling for days / weeks on end someone finally called me back but only after I said I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau. Speaking to her on the phone she said that they could not do ask I requested and also could not fix the chest of the picture and asked if I could do it myself and send it to them. Which makes no since, I paid $280 for them to do so. Then she hung up and said we lost connection and it was back to no replies and none answering if the phone. They continued this for a long time until I made my first post on Google. Then they started to act oblivious about what was going on. I continued to email them about the situation as well. Because of the post I've made ok here they finally emailed me but said I was treating them by asking for my money back for services on a product that I did not receive. And said they would give me my money back " even through they don't have to!" If I take my reviews down. I refused because I feel people should know how they handle and bully their customers after they pay their money. I'm stilllllll currently trying to get my money back from the situation. It's disheartening how a company with over 20 years of service no longer carries themselves with respect nor have respect for those who keep them in business. **Sure I'll edit it and this is how they get you 100% accuracy return policy.. which is the accurate at all because I did not like the graphic designers monkey lips or coloring that they kept trying to force on me and so finally I just asked for the #1 on the back of my jacket and they agree but they won't refund me my money for the digitizing because I'm not getting an image after all of this in almost 3 months of waiting. "Custom Order Cancellations Please note: You can request as many changes as you want until you are happy with the way your custom item looks. Therefore, there is usually no reason for cancellation. Changes are free of charge, as long as they are within the original amount that you paid, and as long as you have not yet approved." And I wasn't happy at all and clearly told him I wasn't happy and asked several times before I send the "APPROVE" for the #1 to get a refund for the services not rendered. My husband got a Vera Bradley bag monogrammed for me at this place. Despite the proof SPECIFICALLY saying for them to embroider the side opposite the inside pockets, the embroidered the side with the pockets, basically seeing the pockets up. They essentially ruined the entire bag and won't even refund the charge for the monogramming. When we called the lady said she couldn't do anything and then hung up on us. I highly recommend you avoid this business. Update: After posting reviews, we were contacted by Chantal, who was very friendly and willing to work to fix the problem. She refunded the money for the monogramming, and they were able to take the stitching out of one side and re-do it on the other side. You can still see where the stitching was on the wrong side from the inside of the bag, but it's not too noticeable from the outside, which is all that mattered to me. Everyone here was friendly! I came in about 2hrs before closing and the cashier pointed me to the wooden letter room. The decor in the place was a nice touch, they even had a very nice waiting area with a vending machine. They have so much stuff for greeks. It's also quite pricy but you can have something custom made. I ended up getting 1 huge wooden letter which was on clearance for $1, 7 mini wooden letters that were 2 for $1, and one #2 for $2. The wooden letter room is kind of tiny. There were 4 of us in there and it was getting a little cramped but they had endless possibilities. They were out of a few things though. They did have some clearance items. My total was $10 and I didn't think anything of it until I got home and realized I was overcharged. Instead of 2 for $1 I was charged $1 for each letter. I'll have to be more careful next time. It's not worth me driving all the way back for $4 but I would think they knew the prices. Hopefully my friend likes his gift. I'll stop by here if I ever need to get something for a friend in a greek organization. Also there must have been another shopping area because I didn't say any other paraphernalia. I first came in to contact with Zeus' Closet via Yelp asking for an item quote. I got a response within a matter of a day (and I sent it on the weekend). The quote was very professional and contained everything I needed. I brought an item to be embroidered on a Tuesday and I needed to pick it up 7 days later. I was able to fill out the paperwork, approve the design, and leave the item all in less than 10 minutes. I also used the 10% off coupon from Yelp. The following Tuesday morning I got an email stating that the item was ready for pickup. Very impressed and will definitely visit again! read more

I was looking for a place locally to digitize my logo & embroider hats for my company CartBudy.com. I came across Zeus Closets. I go in to find out how much it would be to have my logo digitized, & to have an example of the logo put on a hat (which I provided). Spoke to the gentleman at the front desk very cool laid back guy, he tells me to digitize your image it's going to be 40.00 / per color totaling 200.00, just for the digitization, I thought that was pretty pricey yet hey if it's your price that's your price so run it... I ask how much would it be to put the logo on a hat so I can see what it actual looks like on the cap, he stated oh for a 1 off that will be 55.00 for 1 hat. I asked once the image is digitized would I be able to receive my digitized image to have embroidery done else where, I was informed after I paid no I would not I would have to bring my items there (which I found very odd). So fast forward month later because they could not get the color right to the point I was asked to come in and pick the color myself. Ok done. During that time I asked how much would it be to have a batch of 28 hats done, the cool laid back gentleman said oh "you will get 30% off that order and we can do it for little over 500.00 dollars that's about 18.00 per hat." I was oh ok cool that's what's up! (NOPE!) I receive an email that I was time to pick up my order I go to the store and Wahlah!!! So of course I asked for a refund of my money and the cost of my hat because at this point I have already got my image digitized (15.00) and it's spot on and the embroidery done for (5.00) per hat. Oh and as soon as I requested my money back it was Oh let us see what we can do... uhhh NOPE! No thanks not doing business with you... you had your chance and with the money you charged me you should have made dang sure everything was perfect, but no the young nice lady tells me I never seen the hat I need to talk to my production team, ok you give them a chat but In the mean time I'm going to need you to run me my 200.00 for the logo, run me the 55.00 for the one off & run me the 30.00 for the hat I provided. Zues' closet always gets the job done. I would drive from any metro-Atlanta area to get custom work done at Zues'. I've used them for custom shirts as well as other items I've brought into be customized (I.e. beach towels). They always exceed expectations. Not to mention GREAT customer service and timeliness. Still waiting for an item I left at the shop on November 16. Have called twice and the second time I was told it would probably be after Christmas. This is the second time I have waited a long time, more than three weeks, for an item to be returned to me. Love the shop, but obviously they're not very responsive to small purchases. The first purchase was $300 or more, but had to follow-up before receiving items. Well that's funny, never received anything to review. I absolutely hate that Zeta Phi Beta is not represented the same way that the other sororities are in this store. They keep Phi Beta Sigma options in stock but Zeta is always scarce. I went to the Kennesaw location just to get a mirrored license plate and, of course, there were none in stock. There were barely any lapel pins, no water bottles, two umbrellas. Our stuff sits right next to AKA which is always fully stocked, so there is really no excuse for our section to always look so poorly represented. I had to drive all the way to the Midtown store just to get one of two of their mirrored license plates. Just like the other store the Zeta section looked pitiful, no keychains, clothes that looked like they had been picked over, etc., and compared to the other sororities it just looked terrible. There is really no reason for a Zeta to shop here because it doesn't seem like the owner makes a conscious effort ensure that we have just as many options as the other sororities. I used to work up the street so I would frequent this store and the items always seems old and picked over, never newly stocked. This was 2018 and even with complaining to the staff then and being told that the owner would be informed, nothing has changed. I have no intent to return, especially for these prices, your midtown customer service is terrible, and there are so many other stores who provide options and don't show preferential treatment with the other sororities. read more

Please listen carefully; avoid this establishment. They lack professional integrity, and there is too much competition locally to choose a company that will violate genuine customer service practices. I've worked with a large number of shirt design and printing companies, and all require just a 50% deposit unless completing a rush order. However, Zeus' Closet requires full payment and doesn't deliver merchandise as agreed. They were a week late delivering my proof, and no communication was made regarding this error. I had to call, and staff apologized and acknowledged their error. This delay made me unable to market product to my clients by Valentine's Day. They further had the nerve to be unwilling to refund my money for products they haven't even purchased for my order. I had to file a claim with my bank to receive my rightful refund. This company has hurt my business, and there is no way I would ever use, or advise anyone to use them. read more

Found this monogram shop on Yelp and gave it a try with the positive reviews it had. They did not disappoint. Dropped my gift for a friend off to be monogrammed after work on a Wednesday and it was ready to be picked up before lunch on Thursday with a small rush fee. Staff was very helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. They provided me with all the information I needed in quoting a price and then some. I recently had an awful experience with items of significance for my dad and his new business venture. It was for Christmas, his first apparel with his logo on it. Adorable right? You can imagine my excitement and my hurt feeling after this...First, i asked what color the brim of the hat would be and the lady (Monica) said "grey if anything". Well, the hat came out with a bright green brim. Mind you, the hat was black yall....why would you even give me that knowing i asked about it? Then, the logo was spaced so terrible, to the point it looked like two different words. Everybody that saw the items even agreed it looked crazy. They messed up both items and refused to redo them. Monica didn't even take accountability for the fact the brim was wrong. NO APOLOGY NO NOTHING. They even wanted me to pay my mother to ship the items back here even though i sent vivid pictures of my items to them. This was the worst print shop I've ever worked with. I went to them to get 20 sweatsuits embroidered with just a name on them very simple. I paid them up front in which I was told it would take 10-15 days once the mock-up was approved. I already thought 10-15 days was a long time for a local shop nonetheless I went with the deal. 5 days later I finally got a proof in which I immediately accepted. Then here comes the waiting game... I brought my items in on September 8. I emailed them on October 1 because I haven't received any updates since I approved the proof. I received an email back on October 2 stating that my order won't be ready and shipped until October 22. Shipped? I dropped off my items and expected to be picking them up, so did y'all send off my items for someone's to complete without my approval was my first problem? Second October 22? So it's gon take you almost 2 months to embroider 20 sweatsuits? I sent them an email requesting a refund and I would be coming to pick up my items. Oh then all of a sudden my order is ready 3 days later. I dropped off my sweatsuits neatly folded and packaged in plastic. I pick up my order and it's a box with all my sweatsuits balled up not packaged. Why would you even think this is ok? I didn't bring you a box of balled up sweatsuits so don't return them to me that way. Then the girl at the desk tries to say I brought them in crumpled up which was false they hadn't even been removed from the box from the manufacturer. They didn't even offer to fold them up. The girl did give me plastic bags after I asked for some. The quality of embroidery on my sweatsuits is poor and looks rushed. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here to get anything printed read more
