Then they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Owner became very belligerent on the phone and even called my daughter a "Tramp" and we had to get the police involved to resolve the bill. STAY AWAY!!! Update: It also appears that they broke a piece of the molding in the wheel well. URRRRGGGG! Another Update: Looks like they did a bunch of damage to the rotor and some other parts under the car. HAD HAMMER MARKS ALL OVER THE ROTOR! Had to replace it. About $800 in damage! I had called these guys around Christmas to buy-out a broken-down 2001 Silverado. Was offered $500…read moreas scrap by owner Perry Cale at time of pickup. When it got down to business, though, Mr. Cale took the keys and title, which had been signed-onto but never signed-over, claimed he had to have it looked at by "his guy" and off he went with truck and title. After a few weeks of hounding, owner finally gave us a concocted story that the truck had been previously stolen but no stolen vehicle report was ever submitted, that even though previous owner signed-off, he still had possession rights. At the end of the day, Cale's simply took advantage of our trust in them. Despite the fact we had the truck, its keys, an extensive messenger log within the original facebook market "for sale" ad that shows the truck, seller and buyer names, location and dates related to our purchase and the only title for it in circulation signed-off on, they claimed the truck was somehow stolen years prior and kept it for themselves, assuming we didn't know what they were doing. Don't ever trust these guys to do the right thing. They're clearly as shady as they come for a chop-shop.

Absolute 1st time experience to call our insurance roadside assistance. Tow truck driver, Frank, arrived within an hour of service call. He was extremely careful with the truck in its situation. He explained his thoughts and how to avoid anymore damage to the broken area. Last, but not least, even during the unload, Frank was very professional with meticulous care, taking his time, full attention so much that "there wasn't even a scratch" on the bumper as we observed his work from begin to end. When I called and talked to Stomie she was rude and unhelpful and hung up on me. I talked to the police and my insurance agent who both agreed the fee was unreasonable. Also the driver did not leave the vehicle where asked, they couldn't give us receipt the day of the tow. Do not trust this company! You will get scammed and they do not care!
