The last time I went in was for an oil change and tire rotation. They also aired the tires or said so. I paid the bill and got out to my car to see my tire on the driver's side flat. It was packed inside, and I didn't want to mess around any longer, so I aired it myself. My checklist showed that everything worked, which was amazing since my Windshield fluid container has been broken for some time. I will continue to go there until I can get moved from this horrid area. I don't see much promise from any place around here, and this is one of the better places.

Then they expected me to pay for the part they broke. Owner became very belligerent on the phone and even called my daughter a "Tramp" and we had to get the police involved to resolve the bill. STAY AWAY!!! Update: It also appears that they broke a piece of the molding in the wheel well. URRRRGGGG! Another Update: Looks like they did a bunch of damage to the rotor and some other parts under the car. HAD HAMMER MARKS ALL OVER THE ROTOR! Had to replace it. About $800 in damage!
