They said they would squeeze us in. They took X-rays and we waited over an hour for the Dr to look at my husband mouth for maybe 30 seconds(and I think that's too long) and he said. I'll give you some antibiotics and come back in a few days, in such a demeaning manor and nasty "you're bothering me" attitude. I asked if they could extract the tooth and he said nope. With no other explanation. I asked why not and he said when the tooth is so infected the numbing won't work and he isn't going to fight with him to take the tooth out and walked out. The assistant was writing a prescription for antibiotics when I asked for a recommendation for an oral surgeon. She gave me the name and refused to give me the prescription for the antibiotics, knowing we probably wouldn't find anyone to extract the tooth the same day. I asked for the prescription again and she refused. We left and found 24/7 dental in Columbus. They were a God send!!! Extracted 2 teeth, with zero numbing issues and he didn't even have an infection! Please go to Parker dental in Brownstown or 24/7 dental in Columbus. At least they treat you like you matter. Shame on your office!

The oral hygienists are super friendly, conscious, dextrous and caring. He was very gentle at pulling out a healthy tooth I didn't want anymore. He didn't recommend it but I hated the food getting stuck in there. He pulled it out with literally no pain or anything. Sometimes they clean your teeth with the water jet which signals every nerve in your body to sense pain but afterwards, it is worth it. I recommend this place 100% and I hate the orthodontist. I really like him because he's always straight to the point, very knowledgeable, and cool.

(plus I just didn't want to go) Dr Arnold's reviews were glowing, and even though my partner has a different dentist here in B-town, I decided to try Dr Arnold based on Yelp reviews. The office is a bit hard to find if you aren't familiar with the Eastside of town. It is sort of behind the now-closed Marsh store, in a mini mall next to a dance studio and a waxing salon. Plenty of parking in the lot. Courtney was my hygienist today and she was wonderful. She listened to my ramblings about how much I hate the dentist. She was mellow and I felt like she gave my teeth a very thorough cleaning. She was just the right combination of quiet and talkative during the cleaning. (my hygienist in California was very chatty and it's hard to answer questions with sharp instruments in your mouth). There is a tv on the ceiling so you can watch while you have your cleaning. Courtney caught on fast that the show on the History channel was about mass murderers (not a very calming show) and she switched the channel to ESPN for me. Next Dr Arnold (Bill) came in and introduced himself. He was great. Very down to earth and approachable. We chatted a bit about California and then he began his exam. Again, great exam and he gave me advice about some tooth sensitivity I have been experiencing. Next appointment is six months from now and even though I will still be freaked out, I won't be AS freaked out. Definitely recommend. If you have been putting off a dental exam, go see Dr Arnold.

Lo and behold, I got a call one morning last week that they had an opening that day and I jumped at the chance. I got my teeth cleaned and fluoride applied. Dr. Marty took a look at the implant that they had placed. I was a patient of Dr. Wall's back in the 1970s and am glad to have the opportunity to have these great folks help me with my dental care.

Today was my second appointment with Dr Hall to receive an implant crown. The first appointment…read morewas for the impression. Both appointments went very smoothly with no issues. His assistant is super friendly and very nice. The crown fit perfectly. The lab they used did a great job creating the new tooth. There were no tedious bite adjustments like I have experienced in the past with other dentists. Dr Hall screwed it in and the bite was perfect. This second appointment only lasted 15 minutes. I had been previously informed on two separate occasions of the cost involved. The first time when it was decided I would be eligible to have an implant inserted, and before that tooth was extracted at Bloomington Oral Surgery. Then again when I came in to readjustment my appointment. So there were no surprises at check out time when the payment was expected. The staff kept me fully informed and I was prepared to pay for the whole thing since my insurance, Medicare Advantage Plan, would not be covering the implant. I am 100 percent satisfied with the implant and Dr Hall's work on my teeth. He also gave me advice on long term care for all my teeth during the first appointment that I appreciated. I explained to him I just don't like my mouth touched that it was nothing against him. He proceeded to ask me if I just want to reschedule. I told him no, that I was already here that I just wanted to get it over with. As he put the shots in my mouth I barely whinced, he proceeded to tell me that if I was going to do that I could leave that he has other patients in there and they need to be taken care of. I was flabbergasted, how rude and what poor bedside manners. This isn't how you treat a new patient or anyone. When he got done with the second set of shots I could not open my jaw, I told his assistant that my jaw was locked and I was having a hard time opening my mouth, she went and told the Dr. He said that was normal and he wasn't going to proceeded to work on my teeth since I was having a hard time. Or I should say he had his assistant tell me. He didn't even come up to me and talk with me. Wow, who seriously does that. I left and will never be back and I suggest not to go there.
