I loved my dental hygienist, Debbie, because she explained everything to me that she was doing. I am currently pregnant & she was so patient with me when I needed water & did not push X-rays on me. She even told me to check with my baby doctor to ensure it was okay for me to get a new filling before scheduling the next appointment. I've been to so many medical places that don't give you those options or encourage you to talk to your other providers first. I also had Dr. Drake as my dentist and he was very thorough and kind. I also loved how they go over finances with you before you leave instead of sending a bill in the mail. Bonus: first time patients receive a free tshirt! Went to a consultation and met the Senior Dr. Strull and the the office staff. Honestly felt like…read moremy wife and I were with family. Very friendly and saved me thousands I thought I was going to lose all my bottom teeth. Then today I met with Dr. Strull the Jr. to have a tooth extraction, He was very gentle and the way he did it was by far the best experience I've had in a dentist office. I'm now going back to have a full upper denture made I finally found a dentist I trust and the quote I received was way less then the others. And he is an oral surgeon. They get 5 stars from me!

I'm not sure what the issue is with all the negative reviews because myself, my family, and anyone I have recommended to go there has never had a single complaint! And that includes several people who are on government insurance plans and they have never been or felt discriminated against! I do know that sometimes one of the two can come off a little direct and some may see that as being gruff or abrasive...however he's a very kind, patient, caring surgeon who has always been nothing but kind to us...I have not had a single issue and I've seen both Drs and both have made it a very pleasant experience! I as well have issues with numbing but they both always make sure I feel nothing and I'm comfortable before starting any procedure! I once came home from Vacation two days early due to getting the worst mouth infection I have ever seen in my life my face swelled up and I was in so much pain I couldn't handle it...on the way home I reached out to them on google or something and a short time later Dr strull responded and they were closed the following day being it was Sunday and he told me to call them first thing Monday ...I couldn't wait till Monday so I went to an emergency place however on Monday morning he reached out again checking on me and to let me know he would see me that day if I could come in!! That's the type of people they are! When they say they want you to feel like family they're serious and they will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can! That's all I just wanted to add my two cents because they are great drs and I hate to see someone pass them over due to a couple bad reviews because when your in pain and you need help they are who you wanna call! PS- I didn't need a narcotic AT ALL after getting wisdom teeth takin out by them I literally returned my prescription to them because I never filled it, when I went back because I was so shocked at how little pain I had! Ibuprofen is all I took and I was great! Thank you both so much for what you do! Your appreciated so much and you've been such a blessing to me and my family

I wish I could give zero stars…read more I went in for yearly x-rays, exam, cleaning. girl did an exorbitant amount of x-rays had some other girl come in to measure gums in which she caused my gums pain. My teeth never got teeth cleaned. They told me i needed 2 crowns, multiple fillings, periodontal disease. I had to come back for cleaning. i'm 68 and never had any pain or problems with my wisdom teeth. I read the insurance quote. It was several thousand dollars. I told them I came for a yearly cleaning, they said I would to come back. They tried to charge me for $$$ that insurance did not pay. I said my EOB stated I was not liable for that. The office girl stated well most people just pay it. What?!? Then they said I n needed a crown. I told them I could not afford anything that insurance did not cover. They assured me the insurance would cover it. When i went in for procedure. They had me electronically sign. when i asked what i was signing they said it was just ok for treatment. I asked if there was a way to read what it said as i was uncomfortable blindly signing. They said I could not read it on the computer screen. I'd have to have them print something up front but that would interfere with my appt time A girl did MORE x-rays but nothing was SAID that this was extra charge. Insurance denied the charge for xrays stating it was unnecessary and that i was not responsible to pay either. They tried billing me again. I took EOB and showed i was not liable. Now i have got another bill and this time they changed the statement to say...insurance uncovered procedure. I went to another dentist. I do NOT have multiple cavities nor do I need another crown or teeth extracted. This place is a scam.. trying to take advantage of customers and insurance. I filed a grievance with Medicare and Liberty Dental Insurance. I sure hope there is other dentists in network next year. If not I will go out of town I am not going to continue herr. I feel like i am dealing with con artists. Be careful and review all documents and charges
