I got into a major wreck a few…read moredays ago and my car was towed away by Jeffrey's Towing, which is the go-to place for the local police who organized the removal of my car from the exit ramp. They are easy to get a hold of and were flexible on when I could stop by and gather all the stuff from my car and say goodbye. And when I couldn't get into the trunk of the car, they juiced up my battery so I could get the last of my items. I didn't choose this towing company but at least they are making this part of the process somewhat easy.

After discovering that the AAA was not paid and being jerked around by one service and then by another, we called Integrity Towing. On the phone, we assumed that when he said 40cash/45debit that he was going to charge us 85 USD. David said "I am sorry for wasting your time, we only have 70 cash." The man on the phone laughed. Brought it to work the…read more3rd day of ownership and come out to my truck and there is a long gash along my driver front fender. My boss and I reviewed the camera system. Unfortunately we did not have a camera aimed at my truck but my truck was parked alongside a part of the building where no one pulls through because it is so narrow and we usually park our loaner cars there. There were only 3 vehicles the went through that alley way, 2 of them belong to our dealership and had no damage. The third vehicle was a millers towing flat bed. It made sense that the mark made on my truck was from a flat bed corner. We measured the height of the gas and compared it with another tow truck and it is exactly the same height. They were the only tow company in our lot after lunch and why the driver would go through that tight alley way is beyond me. We jabe him on tape pulling forward then backing up as if he didn't k ow if he'd fit then pulling forward to leave anyway. We reached out to the company who essentially told us to kick rocks they aren't going to pay for any of the damage. If they aren't willing to take responsibility for the damage......what damage are they doing to their customers vehicles and not saying anything about?
