I have or did not hire him as I admit what I received was not quite what I had ordered! I did hire another firm and now will be calling mr Zapata back as in that he talked to me on his dime and actually gave more information than I have gotten yet from law firm! In fact they haven't found the living trust and the quit claim showing the stranger on the quit claim but one showing my sister getting 50%!i will be calling him tomorrow and trying to get another appointment hopefully !And have this mystery cleared up as my mom deliberately held any copy of the trust from me and conspired with my brother and sister to make sure they helped drain assets off the bank account ect and possible forgery of trust! Most would think that a review would be a case won but this a review of a man lawyer too! Who took the time to call me back after hours and gave me more important information in 1 minute than I bet will cost me at firm that I hired now at hrs I'm sure but I've called them on the drag of feet and info gathering!
