Initially it was just a few, but then around March we got a bunch and asked for retreatment. That is when the excuses started. Instead of acknowledging the chemicals should be strong enough to last 3 months, we got told that we needed a monthly or bimonthly treatment instead (in 7 years of owning these properties they have never needed more than quarterly treatments), which of course was more costly. When the retreatment was completed they recommended a couple repairs to help prevent bugs getting in which we completed. We then started getting complaints at the other properties as well. These had no recommended repairs and instead we just kept getting excuses and told to upgrade our account to pay them more. Then after our 2nd quarterly treatment in April the wheels fell off. Nonstop complaints at multiple locations. They then started making excuses claiming they are a small family company and cannot commute to our properties (didn't stop them from quoting and taking my money mind you), and started blaming me claiming that the repairs we had already completed at 1 location somehow explained the nonstop complaints at 3 of the 4 locations they treat. They then cancelled the contracts and refused to come out and retreat the properties we had already paid for through the rest of the quarter, violating the agreement we had, and continued to insist I pay them more money for them to retreat. We now have a roach problem that we are going to have to have another company fix, after just 6 months of using these SCAMMERS. Use ANYBODY ELSE

It took him less than 5 minutes to determine I had bent my deck causing the belt problem I had. He had to take the deck back to his shop to repair the deck. He returned the following Monday with my deck repaired and quickly Installed it back on my mower. He then made a few passes to determine that everything was correct. He then did a service on my mower (oil change, air filter, fuel filter, etc.). He then checked my portable generator and it had a carburetor problem by servicing it as well. The generator now stars pretty much on the first pull or two. He did all of this parts and labor for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him if you need your lawn equipment worked on.

He located the access points, went up on the roof multiple times, inspected everything thoroughly, and worked hard to figure out the safest way to remove them. He was able to remove the dead one and really put in the effort to get to the source of the problem instead of just doing the bare minimum and leaving. What I appreciated most was that he didn't seem rushed or careless. He stayed calm, kept working the problem, and was very respectful the whole time.
