Jacob and his son arrived on time. Jacob (owner) knows his s##t. They listened to our requests and investigated inside / outside with game plan. They discussed cleared what was / was not possible. They delivered a quote on site - a huge savings in time. We continued getting other quotes most were higher by as much as 2x. Jacob followed up with us after a week and we awarded the job. They started within a few days with a staff who were true professionals (Juan and Anthony) knew the trade and quality was paramount. They kept us updated all the way. They were interrupted by a 6ft snow storm and when possible came back to finish. They kept us informed all the time. We were so so so impressed. They finished when the snowed subsided and made sure we completely understood how to work, maintain and what to do if the unlikely event of an issue to do. Just weird. Oh well. Response to Jacobs comments Jacob, you looked at project for 3 min before you told me it would be a nightmare and refuse even provide opinion as you just did on Yelp and explain why and have a conversation. The responses as followed: the ceiling cassette I told you I want to install parallel to the window, which is recommended location and if would blow air to the whole room, not even sure where you got this idea in will blow into wall and suck its own air. The heat pump I want to put next to the already installed HVAC condenser coil and it has plenty of room, recommended 4ft from each other, no snow there in this area so not sure where this idea came that it wouldn't heat, and heat pump doesn't work that way anyhow. The second unit connection to meet Mitsubishi recommendation for a min 2 units connection, I told you I am planning to build two more rooms there and second unit can be run to that area and placed there so later can be permanently moved in the new room. Again, you didn't even took time to look all, talk, to listen and to explain.

They called the church office and of course the lady in the office said come on out. They sent a tech and she checked it out as all ok. That cost us quite a bit of money. Then the thing starts fouling up again and won't come on. We call for another appt.vA new tech comes out, Doug. He seems very knowledgeable. Got it going. We got another charge for service. Then, it still won't come on during church service. Call Doug back to look at it. It's not getting fuel. He cleans out the line but fails to check the filter even after I suggested it. He said those things last a long time, we don't need to check it. Then not long after same problem. Won't ignite. Call them back for a FOURTH TIME! This time Doug checks the filter. It looked like it was clogged with black mayonnaise! He replaced the filter, problem solved. But really crummy service. I bought a dozen filters and will be servicing it myself. Unless I quit which is likely. I personally will never call them for service again. But the lady in the office prolly will.

I've never done this before I turned the water off under the toilet the pipe that goes from the valve to the tank sprung a leak. I turned the water off for the whole house and went to back to the hardware store bought 2 new valves and the pipe well as I was trying to take the old valve off the pipe coming from the wall started bending the valve wasn't budging.. I had to call a plumber my mom called Newkirk Plumbing I spoke with his wife told her what happened and that we had no running water. She was wasn't able to get anyone out that day they were working on a big job and wasn't sure about the next day either. My mom received a call back, she called her husband who is the owner, what was going on and she said he would be here this morning. He and his son showed up at 9:30, I showed them the toilet what I bought from the hardware store would not work the pipes in the bathroom were 3/8 and he didn't have anything on the truck that would fit, he and his son went to a supply company in Sonora came back and had the pipe fixed ran the line from the floor behind the toilet, they had everything fixed quick and cleaned up. I was so impressed with their service, the price was fair.. I recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
