I had such an excellent experience at EndoArt for my root canal treatment. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming and kind. The front desk made everything smooth and easy, and the X-rays were quick and comfortable. The facility is very clean, efficient, and equipped with modern technology, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Dr. Vafaie, DMD, MMSC, along with Melvin, were absolutely amazing. They were patient, professional, and so efficient throughout the procedure. To my surprise, the entire root canal was painless--I left with no discomfort and no concerns. They even set up a follow-up in 6 months, which shows the level of care and thoroughness they provide. I am truly relieved and grateful that I was referred here by my wonderful dentist, Dr. Reyda. It's clear he only sends patients to the best, and my experience confirmed it. If you need a root canal or endodontic work, I highly recommend EndoArt--ask for Dr. Vafaie and Melvin. Their professionalism and excellent customer service turned something I was nervous about into an experience I'm thankful for. read more

Dr. Vafaie and team and true professionals. They saw me through my first root canal, which was exhausting but also pain-free, comfortable, and highly successful. The front desk staff, and medical assistants were patient, informative, and thorough. The clinic is spotless and feels thoroughly contemporary and state of the art. Dr. Vafaie was empathetic, patient, and kept me fully aware at each step of the procedure. I would enthusiastically recommend this team to anyone in need of a root canal, particularly if this is your first experience. We're lucky to have this elite clinical team in Sonoma County. OMG where do I start? First my appointment was booked so fast and easy, I came in today 11/17 @ 3:15 PM and my appointment was @ 3:30 PM everyone was EXTREMELY NICE I really appreciated that. They had my Dental Insurance already ready to go so that definitely was a breeze. I am a very anxious person and Erica helped me through the whole process, she kept me calm and relaxed. We talked the whole time I went in 100% anxious and once the process started I was 50% anxious only because of my bad experiences with other Dentists. I appreciate everyone and my Dentist who worked on my tooth he's such a gentleman! THANKS SO MUCH EVERYONE FOR YOUR HELP! I truly appreciate it. If you ever need a Root Canal and wonderful caring people to help you with your pain, please come here ASAP! read more

EndoArt - Root Canal - Endodontists Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

I was very pleased with the professionalism, cleanliness and transparency in cost at the facility. I had pain that would wake me up at night and was maxed out on medications. They fit me in and my night time pain went away immediately and I could finally sleep. The other pains gradually improved over the course of a month. I had a very difficult root that was hard to target (my luck with having an awkward curvy root) and took longer to address in office than they expected however they took their time to get it right and their staff called the upcoming patients prior to their arrival times to make them aware of the delay which I was impressed by and respected. Anyway, now I have another problem and I will be going back read more

Nobody enjoys a root canal but when you need one, you need one. My awesome dentist referred me to EndoArt and they were able to squeeze me in before the holidays. Of course they were "out of network" so there was significant out of pocket costs but they did a great job. No pain during, or after, the procedure. It took a little longer than one's I've had in the past due to a troublesome root but overall it could have been worse. Staff were pleasant and helpful. read more

EndoArt - Micro endodontic setup. - Endodontists Near Me - Rohnert Park, California

Such a great experience. The staff and the doctor are warm and caring. There was absolutely no pain during and after my root canal. I have always had pain after dental procedures, in the past, once the anesthesia wears off. Usually the nerves in the cheek area ache and feel bruised after the shots wear off. It lasts 24 to 48 hours. Not any at all this time. I can't say enough good things about the experience I had today. If you need an endodontist, I highly recommend Dr. Vafaie. I lived in Sonoma County for over 30 years and now live in Las Vegas. I was here in Rohnert Park visiting and my tooth went south and needed a root canal to relieve the pain I was having. His staff got me in quickly and took care of the problem right away. Thank you Dr. Vafaie and all of your staff, for a fantastic experience. read more

I was very impressed with the helpful efficiency of the staff at EndoArt. Dr. Vafaie listened to my toothache history and then did a careful evaluation. I don't need a root canal at this time, and felt no pressure to have one. I will definitely be back when my tooth begins to act up! I appreciate the referral from Mona Mahmoodi, DDS and highly recommend EndoArt. read more

These Folks are incredible at what they do. The assistant Erika who you spend the better part of two hours with when getting a root canal guides you through the process with a great positive attitude and gives you all of the information you need. The doctor Nader was incredible as well, zero pain and zero discomfort and addressed all my concerns that I carry because of bad dental work in my past. I interacted with three other employees as well, all positive, a great atmosphere here. A root canal was so easy it was almost fun. They were able to take me in the day my dentist asked for one day after an emergency visit to him. So I went from a weekend in pain scared of what my week would look like to being in no pain and root canal finished within 24 hours of two dental visits. If I never need another root canal I know where I am going. I don't know what else they may do, need to look into that, but I have nothing negative to say at all about this business. read more

I was referred by my dentist for two painful teeth I have been suffering with for several months due to a poor experience with a previous dentist. The word root canal was thrown out and I was freaking out and so nervous. But my experience with EndoArt was incredible from the first phone call through the end! The level of customer service provided by the staff was incredible. The office itself is very modern and clean and comfortable. My doctor and his assistant were so kind, caring, and GENTLE. Dr. Mehra really tried everything to save my tooth, but in the end it was determined root canal was the way to go. I appreciated his approach to not just jump to a root canal and I got the sense they really cared about my overall health and well being. The procedure itself was smooth and honestly relatively painless. I've had fillings cause more pain; Dr. Mehra was very gentle. He also walked me through every step of the process making me feel comfortable and informed the whole time. His attention to detail also made me feel like I was in capable, expert hands, and that I wasn't just another patient in his office. All in all, I didn't want a root canal, but I'm glad I had it done here! Cannot recommend more! read more

I had a great experience with my root canal. Office staff is very friendly and Dr Vafaaie was very professional. He eased any worries I had about this procedure and followed up with a phone call at the end of the day. read more

As someone who has a ton of anxiety, dental procedures are always the hardest for me to face. I felt safe in Dr. Mehra's care and the entire root canal was painless, seriously! His RDA Jasmin was also great. You can tell he is passionate about his craft. I'm happily healing at home, very very grateful I was able to get this root canal done in a straightforward manner. Thank you again EndoArt! read more

ZERO PAIN ROOT CANALl! I've never had a pain free DDS experience before yesterday. Dr. Nader M. Vafaie is the BEST. If you are afraid of the dentist and need a root canal, go to EndoArt! Dr Vafaie is a caring and thoughtful Dr., he won't work on you if your in pain. I'm a redhead and no DDS has ever been able to work on me without nitrous. I don't usually get numb and I'd rather give birth then have a root canal. My first root canal 20 years ago, began my life long fear of the Dentist, I felt everything. Dr. Vafaie is so AMAZING, l felt NOTHING, ZERO PAIN. I didn't even feel the injection. The office is really good, no hassle billing and the price was lower then other offices. You can tell the DR treats his staff well. They all get along and no one seems un-happy. I have zero pain after the procedure. I feel so much better. Thank you EndoArt! read more

My dentist had originally referred me to another Endodontist but I insisted that they send the referral to Dr. Vafaie. I had previously seen Dr. Vafaie a few years ago and I refuse to go to another Endodontist. Dr. Vafaie's bedside manner is beyond calming and most importantly he knows what he is doing. Today I went in for a retreatment of a root canal (previous root canal done by another dentist, not associated with Dr. Vafaie or Endoart) Dr. Vafaie helped relieve the pain ASAP, made sure I was comfortable and treated me thoroughly. I can not recommend Dr. Vafaie enough!! Thank you so much Dr! I would also like to thank the assistant for her bedside manner as well! I didn't catch her name but she was such a sweetheart! read more

Highly recommend! Great & friendly staff and a Professional dentist.Don't forget, who ever tells you that you need root canal, make sure you get second opinion by Dr.Vafaie. He really cares about his patients. So Grateful to have the EndoArt team in my neighborhood. read more

From the moment I spoke to Fredda and Jonga on the phone, I felt like I was at home. I had never before had a problem with my teeth other than minor cavities and this root canal came as a huge surprise. I was terrified. I made my appointment and upon arriving, Jonga greeted me reassuringly, remembered our conversation on the phone and helped me to feel extremely comfortable. Sweet Daniela, Dental Assistant, 2nd day on the job, took my X-rays competently, gently and very skilled not to mention, lucky to have landed a job in that immaculately clean office and minimally styled, I might add, in White and Orange. Then there was the doctor, Dr. Nader Vafaie. Dr. V feels like you've known him since high school and looks like George Clooney which, in my opinion, makes ANY situation a good one Carlos, is Dr. V's right hand assistant who was quick on the uptake, efficient and joy-filled. My root canal was a challenging one. Difficulty level being a 9 out of 10 I'm told. The whole procedure from start to finish could've been awful but between Dr. V describing what he needed and Daniela and Carlos being able to follow through quickly as Daniela was learning, (the Doc is a great teacher) it turned out to be a non-problem for me. When you add the Doc's healthy dose of humor throughout, I actually almost had a good time. Did I mention that they squeezed me into their extremely busy schedule because of my pain level? I'd like to say I can't wait to go back but that would probably mean another root canal down the road. I can absolutely see myself dropping into visit and to say hello. read more

The staff was friendly and establishment was clean. There was even a therapy frenchie dog there !! She helped a lot! Definitely makes one feel more comfortable since no one like me the dentist! No pain after my root canal either. read more

I needed an emergency root canal. I was taken in the same day. Just had to wait a bit, but that was the trade off for getting fixed. They were kind, clean and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed too. read more

I was referred to go there from my dentist. I checked in and was told to go back to my car and wait. No one in the waiting room. Its 80 plus degrees outside. Very rude front office lady. I asked for a chair to sit in the shade. She said no. I found a bench in the shade. Waited 30 mins. They called me in checked my temp. Then checked the bottom of my feet for cornavirus? Weird! Anyway the dentist really didnt know what was wrong with my tooth. Ended up with a root canal. Hope I dont have to go nack. read more

When I found out I had to get a root canal I almost cried! I was so scared and tbh the dentist makes me super anxious but coming here right away I felt a good vibe. The receptionist was super nice! The inside was modern and CLEAN! Everyone that treated me on both my visits were super nice and made me feel at ease! Dr. Vafaie and I wish I could remember his assistants name were amazing!! The procedure didn't feel as long as I thought it would! They made it seem like a piece of cake! And you could tell they all worked very well together! If I were to ever have another root canal done (I hope I don't) I will most definitely come here again!! Thank you so much Dr!! read more

I was referred out to EndoArt by my dentist for a root canal. After a couple weeks of no one reaching out to get scheduled I asked my dentist what's up. They called them again and I am finally able to get on the phone with someone to schedule. I let them know I was in a lot of pain, talking ibuprofen several times a day, but their first appointment was still several weeks out. Right before my appointment I get a call to reschedule because the doctor is going to be out that day. I remind them I'm in pain, but I still have to wait another couple weeks for an appointment. I just got a voicemail this morning and guess what? The doctor is going to be out and they have to reschedule again, and it's going to be a couple more weeks out. So I called another endo office (Marin Endodontics) and I was able to get an appointment in just a couple days because of the pain. Customer service wasn't bad necessarily, and maybe business is really that good right now, but my recommendation for anyone who is hurting, call someone else who will take that into account when scheduling you. read more

I cannot find the words to adequately express how disappointed I was with the person I spoke with on the phone this morning. Curt, was dismissive, and very rude. Refused to give me the time of day. Berated me for daring to call them after being recommended that they would be in my network. Despite multiple sources saying that they should be. Beware if you call them for help. read more

Had a severe toothache on a tooth that was crowned. My dentist called Dr. V's office that same morning for an emergency root canal. They fit me in and within 2 hours Dr. V and his staff gave me THE BEST care. The moment I walked into the office I knew this pain would all end soon. The entire staff was so friendly and caring. They got me in a chair within minutes. Dr. V and his assistant came in promptly and got to work. He gave me a step by step explanation of what was going on. They constantly kept checking in with me to make sure I was okay. Honestly, I was so comfortable I could have fallen asleep. This office is a FIVE STAR operation. In addition, I've never seen such a gorgeous dentist office! Thank you ALL for such a wonderful experience at such a painful moment. My niece has been here multiple times since returning to the dentist after childhood neglect. She has been quite nervous each time but the staff at EndoArt have made her feel comfortable. Today, she was set to receive a root canal but Dr. V was able to determine that the source of her jaw pain was muscle tension. Dr. V and the dental hygienist took careful time to explain her situation. The precautions the office took for the prevention SARS-CoV2 transmission was greatly appreciated. This dentist is very knowledge and professional. read more

Endo art made having a root canal the best experience that it could possibly be. The doctor was so gentle. I was scared to death and he and his team took their time, explained the process, and very much put me at ease. I can't express enough how good they were at helping me feel better. The doctor was very professional. Even the ladies at the front desk were super sweet. And just as a bonus, the office has recently been remodeled and they've done a beautiful job. Fresh, modern decor. They paid attention to detail and it looks great in there. Not anything like a stale dental office. I highly recommend endoart should you ever have to go through the crummy experience of a root canal. Top notch. read more

Revised Review: I am updating my review due to the office manager Freda reaching out to me immediately after my review was posted. By reaching out to me quickly this indicates that EndoArt does really take pride in their customer service and my unfortunate experience was an anomaly. She expressed that the Doctor and the staff take pride in great customer service and they were very proactive in correcting the situation. As a result I am revising my review. Original Review: This review is NOT about the service from the Doctor as there was none. This is about the service from his Scheduling Staff. I called as I am in Northern California(I have a home here and in Southern California and spend time between both). I have an abscess. My current Dentist in southern California is semi-retired and had referred me to a Endodontist there. However since I am in Northern California and experiencing pain I called EndoArt. I explained about my needing to get in quickly due to my abscess, possible root canal etc. I talked to his staff who asked me for my insurance information so that they could validate my insurance. She also said that they could not get me in today but possibly tomorrow. I provide my insurance information so that she can contact them. She calls me back and tells me the Doctor cannot fit me in for 2 weeks, after she talks to my insurance company??? For an emergency??? WTH......My response was Thank you but No Thank you. If they do not want to deal with insurance then say so. I would cover anything my insurance did not cover. Disappointed about the level of service of the scheduling staff. read more

How do I even start.... I was in an immense amount of pain and I have a lot of anxiety around dental work. I had an emergency appointment with a new dentist in Santa Rosa who took an x-ray looked at my tooth and asked if I would be willing to get in my car and drive if he could get me a same day appointment. His office got on the phone with Dr. Vafaie's office and I was back in my car and on my way to his Navato office. This was the best dental experience I have ever had! The office is very relaxing he is very relaxing, professional and caring as is his dental assistant Melissa. They made sure I felt comfortable and was really numbed up. His expertise and state of the art equipment made my root canal a breeze. I can't even believe I'm saying that. My anxiety and past dental experiences have made me a reluctant patient to my own detriment, but I may be have made it to the other side of my dental anxiety. I can not recommend him enough!! Oh and he even called to check up on me. That floored me. I do not wish a root canal on anyone, but if you find your self in need please do your self a favor and see Dr. Vafaie. Melissa was amazing too! read more

Had to make an emergency root canal appointment, and thankfully, my dentist made a call here to get me in the same day. Pain free procedure, and I imagine it was the smoothest you could ask for regarding root canals. Would highly recommend! read more
