Juan sorted it out fast and reassured us quick that while the DIY work was goofy in every hilarious way (he showed us, yeah, it was beyond goofy), the fix was not a big deal. He handled all of it and the improvement in every way was a huge relief. He sorted out things while doing it that ended up feeling like bonuses for us. We also had a dishwasher installed that wasn't working. We were told by the original installers that there were major plumbing issues that have to be resolved so they didn't hook it up. Juan checked it out, after a bit of trial and error, he found an original drain line clogged due to not being set up well (note: we had not used this dishwasher once, so there is zero doubt that this is the case). He showed us how the lines need to be arranged based on gravity, height/flow etc., and explained that he could adjust everything under the sink to be correct, and did it. What we also liked about it was he explained things clearly in a way that we now can understand a bit more about plumbing, which is never a bad thing. This all took place over two days and a number of hours, but at the end of it all the price was very competitive (plumbing is expensive period, being in construction I can also tell you it's expensive to DO, you have to pay for and maintain a ton of gear/equipment/parts, plus it is ROUGH work that requires a lot of experience and know-how). I was relieved that his price was actually right in there with very competitive for a professional plumber. My son-in-law and I were working both days on projects around him, we had good times working hard and getting s___ done. I hope I don't need more plumbing work but if I do at least I have his information if I do.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services…read more I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before! First I was going through a remodel. Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups. He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair. We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job. We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job. He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building! So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest. If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

The work ended up being more extensive than a simple clean out since the plumbing had not been touched in 20 years. I would highly recommend Albert's Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Sam was easy to communicate with, friendly, professional, and most importantly Sam installed the faucet perfectly. He advised us of the manufacturer's warranty on the broken faucet, which we were not aware of. He brought to our attention a small mysterious-looking accessory that came in the box with the new faucet, and showed us how to use it. (It's for keeping the aerator clean.) He also helped to adjust and fix the positioning of a recently-purchased crookedly-installed dishwasher. We will be calling on Sam again in the future.

It might sound strange, but I was impressed that he offered to take his shoes off when entering our home. We do not wear shoes indoors, and most other contractors scoff at the request. I called around in a panic and luckily Alexis at the office was super helpful and got a crew sent out to me faster than I expected. Victor, David, and Junior all showed up and honestly they were total lifesavers because they didn't just fix the clog, they actually cleaned and sanitized the entire mess in the bathroom so I didn't have to touch it. They ran a snake through the toilet and eventually figured out that the root intrusion was actually caused by some hack job another company did with the wrong connections a few years back. They ended up installing a proper clean out access and gave me a solid warranty so I don't have to worry about this happening again. My place looks like nothing even happened and I'm just glad to have my house back to normal.

They were at my house at 8:20 AM. Everything Dynamite told me, matched what I already knew about tank & tankless water heaters and the research I did online while I was waiting. So I knew I wasn't being bamboozled. He offered to replace my 40-gallon tank water heater with a similar one for about $1000, that included everything and they could get it done the same day. Not the lowest price but entirely reasonable. But then, my wife talked me into getting a high-end tankless water heater. I'm fortunate enough to have three bathrooms. When you have guests, they all want to take showers at the same time. This unit would support that. It would last 20 to 25 years and be more energy-efficient. Normal tank water heaters are good for 7 to 14 years. (Your mileage may vary.) . It was more money, but they got it done in the same day, and my wife was happy. I purchased my house from a flipper about 10 years ago. The flipper went cheap on a lot of things, and I've had to redo a lot basic things. In my opinion, it's always less expensive in the long run to go with real professionals and buy quality. I'll be doing business again with Dynamite Plumbing.
