This is ONLY a review on my experience with availability. I bought 1 month of unlimited body wraps, after buying and loving the Living Social coupon. The first week was fine, I was able to make my appointments and things worked out smoothly. The second week was not so friendly...they seemed to be booked everyday that I could possibly go (this was at BOTH locations). Then the third and last few days of the month were impossible to get an appointment. They were booked at every time I could go. I live in Camarillo and work on the Navy base...so going at lunch or after work is best...but that seemed to be the times they were booked. It was very frustrating. I will not be getting another membership. Please understand that the staff is SUPER friendly and the facility is VERY clean. However...when I just spent $200 for unlimited body wraps that I can only use every other day...I expect to have the availability to use it ATLEAST 2 times a week. Ridiculous. read more

This place has totally dominated the award for WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They made the mistake of calling the wrong phone number, which in turn made that person think that I was stealing their identity and credit card info when my services were used by a GROUPON-- I've NEVER used my credit card here! They left me an awkward message saying that if I wanted to move forward with my scheduled appointment, I would have to provide identification to prove who I am-- nightmare! They never once admitted that it was THEIR fault calling the wrong customer and never once apologized to me for treating me like a criminal. They also didn't assure me that they would call the other person and tell them it was their mistake. If they would have just apologized and maybe even offered me a free tan, I would have gotten over it. But with how they acted, I am never going back. Customer service is a big deal. read more

Back in 2012 I had a wonderful experience but now I would not recommend this place.The girls are nice but when they mess up on your account they refuse to refund your $$. The manager will only offer a credit to go towards your account. Are you freaking kidding me!! They messed up once- ok no problem, the second month they charged my account again when I have proof that I faxed my request to " Freeze" my account & the manager still can't give me a refund. I will never ever go there again or refer my friends!!!! This place is Awful!!! read more

This place has the worst customer service. The only reason I have been coming here is to get a mystic spray tan occasionally. Today I went in for a spray tan so I would have a nice bronze for a company event I am hosting tomorrow. So when I begin my spray tan I notice that the spray nozzle was not working properly. It would begin to spray and then stop and then spray and stop again leaving me with sections of my body that are not sprayed at all. I told the young woman working who promptly called the manager to see what to do. The manager advised her to run a test to see if the nozzle did this when she ran the machine and when she ran a test she claimed that it did not stop spraying at all during the entire length of the spray. so now my request to her was to let me go in again since she claimed the machine was working properly so I could fix the parts on me that did not get sprayed the first time. Her reply was to come back tomorrow so they could be sure I wasn't all the way tan in the areas I claimed did not get sprayed? I really have no words for this...it is so unprofessional I felt that they were basically saying I was lying. I would also like to note that I have been using this machine on and off for at least 5 years so I know exactly how it is supposed to operate. So now I have a halfway shitty spray tan that I paid $30 for and a major event to attend tomorrow that I will now not be confident at. I don't plan on ever coming here again. What happened to customer service and wanting the best results for your customers? I really think they should have a manger on duty at all times who knows how to properly handle simple situations such as this. If you have a customer that tells you the machine they paid you to use worked improperly why would you not try to fix that immediately? It's like paying for a haircut and only getting half of your head done! I'm so shocked by how they handled this situation it's not a business I would like to support. read more

I'm not a regular tanner but I have a cruise coming up and I need to get a base FAST. I've been about three times now and everyone that greets me is very nice! The beds are very clean, as is the establishment as a whole. Definitely worth 5 stars! read more

The hydro massages here are so relaxing and help with sore muscles! They have two different hydro massages to choose from, and they are worth every penny! Very affordable as well! Also very friendly staff :) read more

This place is great is great. The staff is extremely helpful and the Versa spray tan is the ultimate. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Place is decent. I liked it a lot better a couple years ago. My main reason for coming to this place is just to get rid of my farmers tan for summer time. If you do not get a deal on groupon this place is insanely high. The tanning beds could use more maintenance. Customer service is hit miss. Place can get crowded so be ready to sit and wait for a bit. Overall I would avoid this place. read more

For the last 3 days I've been going to Endless Summer in Ventura because the Port Hueneme store is closing. I've been to this salon before, BUT I have never received the treatment like I'm getting now. A girl named Regina has been helping me with the new treatments they offer, This salon is bigger and has more to offer. Even though she was extremely busy Regina still took the time and showed me around and explained what the salon offers and explained what my package offers. I was a little bummed about the drive to the Ventura salon, was thinking about canceling my membership. But after going and Regina explanations of the different treatments I'm staying and super happy with Endless Summer. read more

I purchased a Groupon last March for a month of unlimited tanning in a copper bed for my husband which he used. In June of this year the promotion appeared again and I purchased another one for either my husband or myself. We went in today to use it and they would not honor it because they said it is one promotion per year per customer. No where on the Groupon does it state that. The girl behind the counter said they were trying to get Groupon to change that. Why cant I use that Groupon since I am not my husband and have not used one? Still...No. Then I showed her a Groupon that I had purchased 2 years ago for five formostar infrared body wraps and five red light therapy sessions that I had never been able to use due to medical reasons. However, the Groupon states right on it that "the amount paid(89.00) will never expire and may be applied toward the original goods or services specified on this voucher". They would not honor that either....stating that the Groupon had expired. The girl at the counter was rude from the moment we came in...and of course the manager wasn't there. I called the Port Hueneme store and heard same story. Wow...what a horrible way to do business. I will never use this store again. I had used it a few years ago and my husband liked it when he went in earlier this year. Because of their unethical business practice they have lost two customers. This place is a joke, they charge you a enrollment fee of 50.00 and lock you in with a contract for one year. They lie to you and are extremely condescending. When you complain they insult your intelligence with the stereotypical answers. I recently joined and have had one issue after another that has caused me to not be able to get services I pay for. I feel that they should allow me to cancel my contract and return my 50.00, without penalties. I went to tan this morning and was told they were broken into and vandalized, mind you the store was in perfect condition and open for business, yet the tanning beds were not available. Again insult to intelligence, I knew she was lying to me because the store would have had damage and the police would have investigated. Not to mention why was all the 150.00 dollar lotions still on the wall, REALLY!!!!!!! It's like the young women who work there are told how to lie to the customers. When I went on SAturday 4/6/2013, they were having issues with the beds not working, they are saying they were vandalized so they don't have to comp everyone. But, you will still charge us. Usually the positive feed back this company gets are from employees or people who know employees who work there and get kick backs. I am seeking legal action and letting better business bureau know they are charging people yet not providing services, its free money, how convenient. Typical california company Quantity not quality, $$$$$$$$! read more
