The outdoor pool is nice; the indoor pool is only usable when it isn't busy, as it gets loud and too crowded with only a small handful of people. The tennis courts are badly in need of repairs. The location is good for easily reaching all points in the lower Cape, but I would mainly just use the hotel for sleeping. Get out of there and do other stuff during the day. Whether that's worth over $300 per night is up to each person, but it seems a bit high to me.

When we woke up, we discovered that the door had never locked and had been unlocked all night. As we were leaving for the day, we called the front desk who said that it would be fixed right away. During the day, we called to confirm it had been fixed, and we were assured that it was. When we returned at the end of the day, however, it was unlocked and had been all day. We went to the office and the person on duty called the owner....who offered us a "gift bag" and 50 dollars off of a multi night stay. When we asked him to compensate us appropriately, he said he would not budge. This was a completely inappropriate response to a serious safety and security issue. The owner knew we had stayed there many times and brought him many customers, but did not care. We will never return to this hotel.
