Good but unspectacular is how I describe this hotel. Definitely request an exterior facing room; luckily we had one. Even during the summer the property seems kind of dead, especially during the week. The outdoor pool is nice; the indoor pool is only usable when it isn't busy, as it gets loud and too crowded with only a small handful of people. The tennis courts are badly in need of repairs. The location is good for easily reaching all points in the lower Cape, but I would mainly just use the hotel for sleeping. Get out of there and do other stuff during the day. Whether that's worth over $300 per night is up to each person, but it seems a bit high to me. read more

The rooms are like dark, freezing cells. It was so damp in the room the towels would never dry and my glasses would literally fog up. The beds sit on a wooden platform larger than the mattresses. I have bruises all over my calf from slamming in the corners. The window coverings are as cheap as they come. There's nothing extra - not even a robe hook on the bathroom door. This would all be acceptable perhaps if the didn't charge $300 bucks a night. read more

My room was wonderful. I had a king size bed, couch to sit and read on. Great indoor pool. My only complaint is the breakfast. I never had to pay for breakfast at a hotel before. The service was wonderful. $18 for adults $10 children. They only charged me child price because I didn't eat much. The buffet was average today's choice was scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, home fries, juice, waffles, cereal, muffins and bagels. These were the best scrambled eggs I have ever had at a buffet breakfast. They were not frozen like most places serve. This four points by Sheraton is the best hotel I've ever stayed in in my entire life and I've stayed at a lot of different hotels, but this place is extremely cool and has a lot of interesting Features and history. The staff was extremely nice and happy to accommodate us even after the pool closed they brought us a lounge chair out to the sitting area so we could continue to hang out there. The rooms are very large and the beds are extremely comfortable and they also offer military discounts, which is very important and respectable. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!! also it used to be a sick ass disco hall apparently so that's dope. read more

Our group booked this hotel a year ago and had the pleasure of working with their events manager Cynthia very closely the months leading up to our event. Cynthia and the entire team at the hotel were awesome. Everything from the personalized customer service from Mike at the front desk, Alicia as well, taking care of our special deliveries, the restaurant and catering b Frank and the staff was excellent. Ballroom and dining rooms always cleaned well and food prepared nicely for our group of 120 people. The sleeping rooms and bathrooms were excellent as well. We had a great time in their indoor pool too, perfect water temp. Our group is really looking forward to dropping back down on the cape next year. Checked in on points (gold member) employee at desk was not friendly at all. No welcome to hotel etc; asked to change room from interior window view to exterior. Seemed to put him off. Get too room which is large typical double queen; pretty dark some of the walls are painted a by blue. This was fine. Unfortunately the shower didn't drain my daughter took a shower stall filled up to the point of overflowing. Called front desk explained shower didn't drain; he proceeded to say yes it's slow I'll send maintenance... 30 minutes later still waiting. We have dinner plans and not able to use shower at this point. No offer to switch rooms. First half of the weekend we stayed at a motel Endless Dunes. Absolutely horrible. I am disgusted and beyond repulsed by the lack of care and treatment from TABITHA at the front desk. She was nasty and beyond disrespectful. We found a TICK !!! jumping around in our room. So we go to the front desk to ask for some solution and TABITHA was raising her voice with a nasty attitude and was YELLING that we must have brought the tick inside with us." So not only are there ticks in this hotel, when you find one they will ACCUSE YOU of bringing the tick inside. It is honestly disgusting. As I am speaking to TABITHA while she is yelling at me accusing us of being dirty, I SEE HER TOENAIL CLIPPING on her desk. Again, reiterating how disturbing and disgusting this hotel is. The customer service will have you running out the door. If you need proof, here are the pictures of the tick and the toe nail clipping on the front desk. It is sad that we spent 64,000 points to have a nice weekend in Cape Cod and TABITHA has ruined our entire experience. Accusing us of being dirty and bringing in the tick ourselves when it was jumping around in the bathroom by itself this morning. The service was beyond disrespectful and disappointing. TABITHA should not work here or in any customer service job as she was so rude and nasty when all we wanted was some sort of remedy or solution that showed us Marriott cares about their customers. TABITHA should be fired immediately or at least be put on an employee probation for evaluation for her misconduct and behavior. Her coworker Mike was apologetic and helpful by giving me their names and the general managers name and let me know what the next steps were to speak to someone who has more authority and can offer for more information and help. TABITHA offended my family and I and accused us of being dirty when she had a nail clipping of her own toenail sitting on her desk. As a loyal Marriott customer, I am shocked and disappointed. We stayed at the Sheraton 4 Points because it's a mile from our daughter's condo. The building entrances for the rooms are downright dangerous... hard to open and then spring loaded to slam shut. you have to protect a person if they're entering behind you. The housekeeping was not reliable. The room should have been remodeled 20 years ago; especially the bathroom facilities. I paid an average of $466/night for 3 nights in late July; far too much for the poor condition and services. The place needs new ownership. read more

The room was nice but the cleaning service was every other day instead of every day.... As a family, we didn't like that. Here in the off season on business. It is a Sheraton. The rooms are recently renovated, spacious, clean. The lines and towels are all new. The 2 queen set-up includes one firmer mattress and one with a soft topper. Pillows are even divided between down and synthetic. It is right on Route 6 and has ample parking. We did not avail ourselves of any amenities. There is a gigantic indoor pool and pool area in an indoor courtyard. Interior rooms appear to gave indoor balconies overlooking the pool. Must be great for kids on a rainy or cold day, or evening. There is a breakfast buffet for $18/$12 per adult/child, which is convenient if you have kids who want to eat before the adults are ready to get out and about. But otherwise there are lots a great local spots for breakfast. Yes, the hallways and common areas are a bit run down and musty, and the staff are gruff, but it is an efficient and reasonably priced place to stay. read more

There's also an indoor pool and a bar/grill. Maybe once all of the renovation is done, this place will be a 4-star spot. read more

Starting with positives: Hotel was quiet, AC worked very well, and the shower was amazing. Now the negatives: Way over priced; the hallway on second floor stunk like old maple syrup and were quite old and dirty. On our second day there, it was not our turn for housekeeping. Therefore we needed extra towels. I proceeded to ask one of the housekeeping girls for extra towels. I noticed that she had an inappropriate halter top on first of all and then it said "FUCK OFF!". I kid you not. Who is monitoring the staff! The woman at front desk was combative when asking for a specific room away from elevators....Probably would not stay here again. The rooms are slightly outdated and the hallway has this weird maple syrup smell to it but the pool makes up for it all. The indoor pool is beautiful and extremely warm. I usually don't swim at hotels when we stay (only the kids) but my husband and I were jumping in, going under, and swimming with our kids for hours. Our poolside room was so nice to sit on our balcony and relax at night before bed. The staff was great and thanked me for my Elite membership which surprisingly does not happen often so when it does I really appreciate it. We hung out by the outdoor pool for about an hour and it was nice but the water was chilly. The indoor pool is the main reason why we will continue to drive 2.5 hours to visit this place. Overall this place looks nice but I cannot express enough to request an outside facing room. The humidity in the ones facing the pool is crazy, and the carpet is noticeably damp. So obviously it smells like it just got shampooed. The sheets on the bed will all be damp too. I changed rooms twice only to see the same thing in all 3 rooms. I asked if this was a usual occurrence but the front desk said " no that's really strange" even after I had them come up to bring dry sheets in the final room after giving up on finding a room that was dry. They felt the ground and agreed it was wet. Also, not sure if it's just the inside facing rooms that are like this but as a director of engineering for a Marriott it's what i assume, and the front desk gaslighting me and giving me 3 rooms all on the inside part of the hotel is pretty nuts. Overall, this property barely cuts it as a Marriott. It's dated and the humidity is unacceptable. Small tvs and lightbulbs whose colors don't match, but like.. that's the least of your problems. read more

Nicole gets all the stars for this review! We needed a place to stay while we had some work done to our home, and isolating on the Cape in winter seemed like a festive choice around the holidays. This property was a great find! Plenty of (free) parking, a great breakfast buffet, which Nicole and her counterparts kept well stocked and super clean. After each guest left their table (and tons of uneaten food...c'mon people!) she disinfected everything from the chairs to the salt & pepper shakers. The dining area was immaculate. Plus she had such a sunny disposition, it was a pleasure seeing her every morning; Nicole is definitely an asset to this property. The location was great although the week between Christmas & New Years many restaurants which claimed to be open were actually closed. Thank goodness for Brine! Rooms were super clean as well and the hot water in the shower was plentiful. The indoor pool area was really amazing and this is a property we'd consider returning to in the future. Review based on COVID-era visit. We stayed at the hotel, and when I made the reservation I did request a pool-side room, because I thought it would be airy and open. Well... it was very LOUD. The pool hours are something like 8 am to 9 pm. For families with kids who are into the pool it's good, but just a heads up if you are next to the pool area it is humid (which I liked, others may not) but it was also like a very loud echo chamber. I wish management would have been better about asking people to leave after 9 pm because even if folks weren't in the water they were still being loud pool-side. There was also no regulation for # of people in the pool, so everyone had to self-regulate negotiating space for social distancing...which was challenging. The hotel renovations are coming along nicely! The hotel rooms are updated and modern. The lobby area is very nice. Yes, construction is still happening and the parking lot is tricky in some places. One of my pet peeves is always having to ask for towels, I feel that if a room can accommodate four people, the supplies should reflect that (towels, soap, toilet paper), even if only one person is staying there! I had to request towels, toilet paper and our garbage emptied after our room was skipped by housekeeping. Very friendly front desk staff. We had requested a crib but did not need to use it, I will be waiting to see that I am credited for that, after I was told the charge would be taken off. Also- not too keen about the exterior door near our room not closing securely. Great location on the cape, we hiked several trails at the National Seashore, spent a day in Provincetown and rolled by the lighthouses. With that said, I would definitely stay here again. The first room they assigned us to, they gave us a handicapped room which we didn't need and was confused by. I feel they should reserve that for guests who genuinely need it. It was Rm 101 on the first floor. I had the impression this room hasn't been used for quite sometime because it was not well cleaned: the floor, the bathroom rails were rusty. The deal breaker was opening the sheets and finding green candy pieces still stuck inside the sheets. We immediately requested room change and our second room had an updated bathroom like how most of you have posted. But honestly, the whole experience made me uncomfortable at getting comfortable the entire night. It was hard to give them the benefit of the doubt when it came to cleanliness. read more

I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. It is a newly renovated facility with a nice, modern feel. The lobby is spacious and has an amazing fireplace. It is comfortable and relaxing -- a great place to wait for the rest of your party. There is a beautiful indoor pool in a lovely, open area with tables and chairs that made me wish I brought a suit. There is a bar/restaurant attached that has outstanding chicken wings and delicious salads. They also serve all kinds of craft beer and other drinks. The Waitstaff was outstanding. I totally recommend the restaurant. I had a king room with a pool view and balcony. The room was comfortable and spacious. There was plenty of electrical plugs and space for my two computers. The flat screen television was huge and played well. There was a couch and blankets for a visitor. The couch turned into a bed if needed. My bed was insanely comfortable--. I literally sank into it and had an awesome night's rest. There is a fridge and coffeemaker. No microwave oven. I wish I could have stayed here longer. This is the best hotel I've stayed in a long time. read more

Strictly as a point of reference I am a Titanium level Marriott rewards member on an expense account, I can pretty much call my shots on where I stay when out of town on business. I needed a solution for a long term work commitment; this place nailed it. The entire staff is friendly, fun to talk to, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. I consider each of them a friend. Pools are well maintained, The breakfast plentiful, varied, and always hot. The interior rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool are especially nice. Any issues were addressed immediately. The parking is plentiful and well lit it includes an electric charging station. I was there for work but plan on returning for fun and will always stay here. I would never come back and stay here. First off the place is WAY overpriced for what it is, which is a MOTEL. Second our room was dirty and gross. This place makes me rethink if I even want to me a SPG member anymore with hotels like this under their name. A complete ripoff, I will not recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I've even giving this place an extra star (apart from the one I have to give since yelp doesn't allow no stars) is for the front desk staff. The guy was extremely nice and friendly. He gave us suggestions for things to do in the area, and good places to eat at. This is the only plus this hotel has going for them! read more

Nice place. Probably one of the nicest in the area. Rooms are normal for a 3-star hotel. Appealing, not too nice, not too shabby. The parking here is ample and many entrances to use so that you don't have to walk far to get to your room. Very helpful when you are carrying luggage, an infant and holding your older child's hand. My daughter absolutely loved the inside pool. Our room was on the first floor and the back door led out to the patio/inside pool area which was just perfectly placed. We did not get a chance to check out the outdoor pool. The gym here is tiny, but it gets the job done if you need a quick workout to start your day. We did not check out the restaurant as we kind of make it a habit to eat outside of our hotels unless we are in Vegas. The only negative here, if any, is that the air around the inside pool is very hot. Not only do they have windows over you so the sun comes in, but they also have not yet discovered central air here. Each of the rooms has a Wall AC that sits with its exhaust coming out into the pool area. This as you can imagine when multiplied by, I dunno, 50 rooms (maybe more) creates quite a lot of heat. P.S. The Overnight Front Desk lady is a wonderful conversationalist and great company. She is very knowledgeable about the area and full of great advice. I never got her name. P.P.S. I highly recommend using Priceline. We went the last week of June and got a $150/night +tax room for a priceline accepted bid of $85/night. read more

This review is from the perspective of the Highland Suite, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom area, a living room and dining area with a large, indoor balcony overlooking the indoor pool. The first night here the balcony area was very hot and humid; the second night much more comfortable. The indoor balcony kind of threw us for a loop, expecting an outdoor balcony upon booking. The hotel must have events here where this large indoor balcony would be more desirable; our visit was quiet midweek. Staff is laid back, place is clean and pretty well maintained, plenty of parking. What a strange experience this was. After clearly being in a hurry while checking in, the front desk lady made absolutely no attempt to accommodate us. I know, I know, another unnecessarily whiny Yelp review, I hate them too - but really. We actually thought the front desk lady was part of Boiling Point and seeing if we would lose it as she struggled to check us in. After the check in and confusing parking situation, we had to go up and through various different hallways and across some tacky draw bridge over an indoor pool then up some stairs that had a bizarre single chair in some creepy corner. I will try to upload a photo. The room was average and had a "balcony" that overlooked the musty indoor pool. Not a great design. There are plenty of options in Cape Cod, please look elsewhere. read more

Ended up here with Priceline at an extremely reasonable rate. If you can bit on Priceline and get this place, awesome. I cannot complain about the rate we got in comparison to what it really sells for in season ($350-$400/night). The rooms are decently designed. The have flat screen televisions. The bathroom is mediocre at best. The staff is extremely friendly and down-to-earth but they seem understaffed. The entire hotel is a non-smoking property. Upon arrival to out room though, it smelled like an ashtray. We were then moved to a room a couple of doors down, which was the same. The area is quite nice and there is plenty to see around this area (Arnold's Seafood and their DELICIOUS homemade ice cream), First Encounter Beach, and Nauset Beach are all within about 5 minutes from the hotel as a drive. I'm disappointed at the quality of this hotel. I've stayed at other Four Points before and they were fabulous. Unfortunately, this hotel did not hold up. Pros: 1. plenty of parking 2. only two levels 3. beds were clean and comfy 4. Affordable and nearby everything. 30 minute drive to P-town. Cons: 1. I had a broken toilet. It would not flush. Took maybe 2 hours for a maintenance personnel to unclog the toilet. All we ask for was a plunger. 2. Slow drainage in the shower. The water level was passed my ankle. Took maybe 30 minutes for the water to go down the drain. 3. The lights next to the beds were constantly flickering. 4. Hot tub seated snuggly for four people. When you activate the bubbles, there were a mountain of bubbles containing dead skin. YUCK!!!! I'm not sure if I want to stay here again. read more

Normally I'm a fan if the hotels in the SPG collection but I was very disappointed with this hotel. From the bathroom that had the stale smell of cigarettes to the paper thin walls that bled the noise of the hallways, I was constantly reminded of the poor quality of this hotel too. Also please note that they are under construction and do not attempt to walk this off from public view or stage the process, so you have to walk through a construction site, so to speak, at some places. read more

Four points is a large hotel with plenty of rooms and is the only hotel of this size in this area of the Cape. The facility is clean and well maintained with a restaurant and bar on the location. The rooms are clean but could use some updating based on my visit last year. The Hotel room rates are on the top end of the price scale for this area of the Cape and they require a minimum two or three night stay which is not negotiable. (I've tried without success). The Hotel is close to Nauset light beach and the National Seashore Museum and a short drive away from Orleans. read more

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Eastham Cape Cod for two nights using SPG points during July 4 week. We stayed in room 208. This is a 3 star hotel, so don't expect anything fancy or luxurious. The hotel is dated and tired looking. Our room was pretty large and clean. The room was overlooking the indoor pool. There was an outdoor pool too. We had breakfast at Bellamy's Bar & Grille, it was buffet style with the usual eggs, bacon, pancakes, waffles, fruit, cereal, OJ and coffee. Pros: Fitness room was clean and new when we went. Fresh cookies at the Front desk (Coconut Chocolate Chip was good) Cons: Conflicting or uneducated Front desk. They charge $3 for toothpaste, don't forget to bring your own. My critique: This is an average hotel at the Cape. I agree with the other user that the walls are thin. You will hear the kids and your neighbor if you get the Poolside rooms. I'm a Corporate Plus member which provides me with 4 pm checkout on request and availability. They told me when I checked with them that I'm not eligible, and that it's only available to Gold and Platinum. I confirmed my understanding with main customer service, and when I called front desk about it again, they change their situation to state that they don't have any available. Alternatives or Suggestions: No alternatives that I've come across in this neck of the woods, but I do suggest using your points for this hotel instead of paying $250 a night. read more

Took the family on vacation here for the July 4th holiday. Staff at the front desk is very courteous, but the hotel itself could use a bit of a makeover. The highlight of the hotel is the pool area, which is very large and the water is heated, though so full of chlorine, you feel like you are swimming in the ocean. Don't drink it! Close to beaches and restaurants, it's a very good location for all things to do on the Cape. Check out the Salt Pond down the street for some really interesting things to do. Didn't eat at the hotel's restaurant, although they kept pushing it with discount coupons. Would I return? Sure. read more
