Simply the best Inn to stay in Provincetown! Location is on the west end, but we love it. So close to the beaches, water, and Province Lands park. Then it's either a nice walk or bike ride to Commercial street for food, drinks, and people watching. You'll enjoy the time. We appreciate the comfort of the rooms. Beds are supreme with such high quality linens, and rooms cleaned daily for your enjoyment. There is a nice patio area with lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, and it's the perfect area to relax. But the real key to our enjoyment is John, the Inn keeper and owner. He is such a friendly, sincere host that makes our visit each year enjoyable and memorable. We always look forward to returning here for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The breakfast each morning is home cooked, and John rotates it so you enjoy something different. I love the blueberry pancakes! Then the coffee is so good too. Later in the day you can enjoy snacks and a cold Coke after a hot day out. We love the Foxberry, and recommend it to all. read more

The Inn, having new ownership, has many kinks to address. We stayed there for 5 nights. Pros: - newly remodeled Room ( although only one of the dozen rooms is remodeled . - stocked fridge with reasonable priced snacks and drinks. - awesome room service lady. Cons: - far away from the center. ( Provincetown is a bike and walk city) if you can't bike there is a long way walking back and forth to the hotel. -front desk staff rude and clueless. - Rude Service: We called in to the front desk, since the tv was not working . Staff member, phone in hand with the owner, for a long time, was trying to figure out the problem. We, in the other room were asked to leave the room, since they needed "A PRIVATE MOMENT TO FIGURE OUT" What was wrong and address the issue. Literally, they were asking us to leave our room so they have a private talk. The person on the phone accusing us that we are tampering with the remote in the other room while they are trying to change channels, as if we are sadistic. I kid you not!!!! Breakfast: You email the night before, if you want breakfast, in which we did. The next day, no Breakfast was ready . They said they never got the email, although they said they will have it ready shortly. They came back with exactly what we had ordered the night before online, so they had the order but simply did not have it done. They gave us bacon and eggs with literally bacon uncooked and a semi frozen quiche ... we threw away both. $437.00 a night room should have better service. Sorry I could NOT recommend this place for stay!!!!! read more

The Foxberry is a hidden gem, I stayed here for a full week in July with some friends. Here are the key travel details: It's a great value overall on price and what's included in the price. It's fantastically located for a day at Boy's Beach or outdoor activities (biking, kayaking) but also close enough to commercial street for a day in town (20 min walk / 5 min bike ride). I recommend renting a bike for your stay for zipping around town. The mini-bar is cheap as hell as a service to guests and there are really nice, shared outdoor patio spaces to enjoy a glass of rosé. And here are the intangibles: I think the most memorable aspect of the Foxberry is it has this country B&B vibe. The owners are a lovely gay couple who treat you like a real guest, not just a customer. You're greeted with a bottle of champagne, served hot breakfast every morning, fresh baked cookies every afternoon. I felt super comfortable and very taken care of. 5 stars, without a doubt. read more

This great Provincetown inn offers the amenities of a bed and breakfast with the privacy of a quaint motel. It is located at the edge of the west end which is great if you want to stay in a quieter part of town. We have stayed here for about a week every July for the past 7 years and we feel very at home because we are treated like family. Several great restaurants are within walking distance. Bike rentals are available just up the street. I would recommend a bike to get to and from downtown or the beaches. Splurge and request room 6 or 12 on the end. read more

Simply Paradise! My partner and I enjoyed a fall weekend in this amazing BnB. We stayed in unit 7 and loved the amazing water views, spotless accommodations and wonderful hot breakfast. The Inn keepers Matt and Dan along with their staff could not do more to ensure a great stay! What a little gem! Very clean, very reasonable, and from what I saw the best continental breakfast in PTown. I recently spent 4 days in Provincetown for a wedding and the only hiccup was checking into our original flea-bag B&B. I'm debating writing a review so I won't name names yet, but it was very cheap and their website totally misleading. We were running late for dinner and totally shocked by the accommodations to say anything right away, but by the time we rendezvoused with the rest of our party our minds were made up. We HAD to move. There was no room at the Inn our party was at, but without blinking an eye they offered to check around for us and that is when the Foxberry came into our lives. The new owners are looking forward to their first full season at this location and really haven't put the Foxberry on the "digital map" so to speak, so it never came up in our searches but I'm sure that will change soon enough. The owners did a great job renovating this old beach motel. The rooms are cozy, contemporary, and clean! Every morning they put out a continental spread that includes the best scones I've ever had. Either cheesy eggs or pancakes with sausage links, juice, greek and regular yogurt, more pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs... the rest of the party that were staying at the fancy swank hotel around the corner that has a top kitchen only got muffins and were muy jealous of our find (and at over $75+ a night cheaper they should be!) read more

My Girlfriend and I had a beautiful stay at The Foxberry Inn. Dan, Matt and Frankie were wonderful hosts. Whenever we needed anything they always delivered. The location of the Foxberry Inn is also great as we were just outside of the downtown area so it was always nice and peaceful. We had great time in P-Town and The Foxberry Inn was a crucial element in that fact. I don't travel much so it takes awhile for me to get comfortable when I am away from home. A part of me honestly did not want to leave which goes to show how wonderful our time was. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants some R&R mixed with some fun in the sun. read more

My husband and I stayed here for Bear Week. The Foxberry is truly a beautiful place. The property has an outdoor lounge area with a nice fountain and places to relax. Our room was on the second floor. There was a mini fridge, coffee maker and bottled water in our room. The bed was comfortable. Loved having A/C! The breakfast was insanely delicious. Quite the spread! Pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, sausage, eggs, yogurt. Everything was fantastic. The only thing I wish I could change is that it were a little closer to the center of town. It wasn't a bad walk, you just had to plan your day knowing that you couldn't pop back to your room to pick something up. That's not enough to make us not want to stay there again though! The next time we go back to Ptown, this will be the first place we check for reservations! read more

I recommend the Foxberry Inn without any hesitation. John was an incredibly gracious host even during Pan Mass chaos and 90 degree weather. He ensured that every detail was taken care of-he had beach towels and umbrellas available for all of his guests, he took our luggage up to the 2nd floor, and he even turned our A/C on because he wanted it to be cool for our arrival. THAT BREAKFAST THOUGH. John cooked up some of the best cheesy scrambled eggs I have ever tasted and the entire spread looked like it was out of a magazine. Bagels, coffee cake, fresh fruit, cookies, croissants, sausages....OH MY. I would say that this went a few steps beyond continental. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and exceedingly accommodating. The walk into town took about 10-15 minutes but I enjoyed being a bit removed from the Commercial Street hustle and bustle. I try to get to Ptown once/year and will be a loyal Foxberry Inn patron moving forward. Thanks for all of your hard work, John. As noted on a previous review below, I was a part of a group of 13 people running the Ragnar Relay on the Cape (200 miles) that chose to stay at the Foxberry Inn again after such an amazing experience last year. We always appreciated having different entree's each day. Parking always plentiful. Location on the far west end, which is ideal for hiking, biking, and exploring beaches and trails. I can't express enough how wonderful our stay was here. Dan, Mat and Eduardo where the best hosts and gave the inn a "home away from home" feeling. My girlfriend and I were even joking/not joking how we want to rent out one of the rooms monthly and move in there permanently. Breakfast was way above average and they go beyond what you would expect to get at a B&B. Everything was homemade; we stayed for four days and we had breakfast there every morning and each morning was something different it made us look forward to eating breakfast there it was better than some breakfast foods I've eaten in town. The room was amazing very cozy, clean and decoration was inviting, I think we stayed in our room longer than anticipated because it was so comfortable. You also truly get the best of both worlds the beach was down the street and a nice convenient walk into town that we didn't always have to drive there. We refuse to go anywhere else to stay and this will be our go to place to vacation when in Provincetown. I've stayed in lots of places and been in town at least once a year for over 10 years trying out different places and this Inn by far surpasses any place we have stayed. We stayed here recently and I have to say it was the best decision to stay here instead of staying in one of the other B&B's closer to Commercial street. Was very reasonable. John, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating from the moment we checked in. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast every morning. Cliff (I think was his name) ensured our most important meal of the day was ready for us every morning. Had continental breakfast items and hot breakfast items too like eggs and sausage and pancakes. All freshly prepared by Cliff. Cliff was also very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but very nice. John definitely thought about every detail. Room's decor was modern. TV inside the room wasn't HD (maybe just our room). Air conditioner unit in room was a bit loud but didn't keep me awake. From Foxberry Inn you're walking distance to the beach and to Commercial street. If you choose this B&B, you will not be disappointed. Do keep in mind from the ferry station, you'll need to take a cab to the Foxberry Inn which will cost $7 per person. You can also take the shuttle for $2 per person. It's located in a parking lot to the left of the pier as you're walking to downtown. read more

A group of 13 of us stayed here after a 200-mile relay road race and were more than pleased. We were able to check in early where John and his staff were more than happy to help up. The snacks and coffee in the main room were great surprised after (literally) running on 2 hours of sleep. The 7 rooms we rented were awesome and a perfect place to relax after being on our feet for 30+ hours. The homemade breakfast in the morning was the perfect finishing touch. Anything we could imagine-- pancakes, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, bagels, scones, cereal-- was prepared fresh and it was a great way to start the day. My mom and stayed at the Foxberry Inn at the suggestion of friends who were getting married this weekend and had only heard good things about the Foxberry. They were right! From the minute you pull in you see it's a well maintained place in a great location. Away from the hustle of downtown Ptown but close enough to bike, walk, drive there, ti's a great spot. The rooms were so nice, super comfy beds, great decor and it was sparkly clean. One of the owners checked us in (John) and was so welcoming and helpful. You can tell he cares about the guests and wants to you to have a great experience. They offer a wonderful breakfast - they call it continental - but that's not doing it justice. One morning it was wonderful cheesy eggs, blueberry pancakes and sausage - the next it was quiche and fresh pastries. It's hard to leave once you arrive! The Foxberry provided an exceptional experience for the 4th July weekend. It is in a perfect location, equidistant from the beach and the center of town. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and come with some special touches that make you feel right at home. The space also has a fabulous courtyard for relaxing and meeting other guests. From the initial phone call - when I called to inquire about the rooms - I already heard the sunshine in John's voice. I'm very particular about the hotels I stay in, rule number one - must have duvets! I mean really, hotels that don't have duvets, what year are you living in?! It's so last season!!! Seriously though - have they every watched that 20/20 special where they took out that black light thing and showed all the gross stuff that comforters hold? And um, the whole beg bug thing - come on! Get with the program and get duvets! Anyway, the photos of the hotel looked quite lovely so we were quick to make a decision and stay here. Off the beaten path, ok not really, I just wanted to say that. However it's not right in town with I actually found nice. It's walking distance, but a good walk. I liked how it was out in the quiet, and closer to the natural part of PTown. The outside seating areas were so inviting, with the warm pillows, benches and sun chairs. The reception area was very cute, reminded me of a place I always want to visit. You know, like auntie's house, who had cookies baking and a warm fire. We met John and he is so friendly. His smile and laughter is very addicting and made us feel at home in a NY minute. After a few cookies and a diet coke (yes, diet), he took us to our room. OMG! Are you kidding? This is the cutest ever! EVAH! The deco was simple and sweet. Very clean - I love that! The attention to detail was noticed and appreciated. Our most favorite part - the bed is to die for. I'm not sure what mattress is in there but I'm pretty sure it's close to heaven! We still to this day think (and miss) the best sleep we ever had - ever. The second best thing, which is only maybe one very small point away from the bed, is the breakfast spread. I mean seriously with the home made quiche?! Both Johns were so lovely and helpful. Directions, recommendation, even beach towels... whatever we asked for, they we quick to help, always with a touch of sunshine. My girlfriend and I were in Ptown for a wedding and took the bride's recommendation to make a reservation at the Foxberry Inn for our one night stay. Our stay was one of those few experiences that make you want to go out of your way to recommend this place to others, so we took an oath to make sure to review them on Yelp, and to find an excuse to come back to Provincetown so that we could stay again. We arrived in the afternoon--Joe, the clerk, was extremely friendly, the room was bright and clean, and the shower had great water pressure. Joe help me get my shoes polished, and got us first aid for a cut toe from a shell on the beach. Before we headed out for the ceremony we passed through their cozy little dining room for coffee and tea. Even though we were going to a brunch the morning after the ceremony, we were so tempted by the spread (which included eggs, pancakes, cereal, fruit, baked goods...) that we decided to share a scone, muffin, hard-boiled egg and coffee anyway. The clerk grabbed us a basket so that we carry everything outside to sit on their Adirondack chairs and enjoy the weather and view of the neighborhood. A beautiful and comfortable place. From making the reservation to checkout, my experience was amazing. My best friend and I were making last minute plans and hitting No Vacancies after another. Now, that seems like a blessing disguise. We finally found the Foxberry Inn. Upon arrival we were pleased to fined the more than welcoming owner (John), a beautiful guest house with plenty of food and drink (that are included with the hotel charge - off the bat this differentiated from all other hotels/inns I have ever stayed at) and a beautiful and cozy room. Even though we were checking out at the assigned time, John still let us borrow beach chairs for one last day out. Fantastic service and amenities. Close enough to Commercial Street for a night on the town, but far enough for peace and quiet to enjoy the Cape! Definitely going back next time I'm in the area! read more

I stayed here last week for the Provincetown Film festival and it was thoroughly lovely. The room was immaculate, comfortable and very charming, you have privacy if you want it and the continental breakfast is an ACTUAL breakfast. Delicious and a different meal every day. The best part of the entire stay was the kindness and friendliness of the owners. They could not have been nicer and more welcoming. I wish I could pack this B&B and take it everywhere I go. We loved the Foxberry Inn! We drove out to the point at Provincetown and found the Foxberry Inn. It's close to the beach and several blocks away from the action. Its a very comfortable Inn which is close to many great places to eat and the price was very reasonable. The girl who checked us in gave us a little tour which included the beautiful little dining room where coffee tea soda fresh fruit and pastries are available during the day. The room and bathroom were really clean. There was a flat screen TV on the wall and a refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable with a Serta Presidential Mattress. There was beautiful landscaping with lots of places to sit outside. The Breakfast Room is really really nice. The breakfast which was included had fresh fruit salad, scrambled eggs, sausage, assorted breads and blueberry pancakes. The coffee which is very important to us was great.
