I had wrapped my hair in a nice scarf and when she was done my scarf was off my head. My daughter said the young lady she had was breathing hard over her so she really couldn't relax. I was kind of disappointed that they didn't have a locker room nor a shower, or bottled water. They offered you water and came back with a little plastic cup with water in it, not sure if it was tap water. The staff was really nice they tried to sale us a membership and I am glad they were not too aggressive. Would we go back, probaley not.

While some other reviews have complained that massage is too deep or hard, I have always found that the masseuse checks in with me and adjusts the pressure to suit. $60 for a high quality hour massage seems like a real bargain. The place is not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable.

I initially went in for a hydra facial and wound up booking an appointment for a Halo treatment. I'm half Asian and I have to be EXTREMELY cautious when using products and lasers on my skin that could cause me to hyper pigment. My concerns have always been my acne scaring, uneven skin tone, enlarged pores and fine lines. After discussing my options of a path to achieve the goal that I wanted, I opted for Halo. I could either wait 30 minutes and they would include enhancements or I could cancel and they wouldn't charge me. Since the drive was over an hour to the store and back and I had another appointment what I really wanted was to charge THEM gas money and my time. I just don't understand how they didn't know this until three minutes before my appointment.
