I introduced myself, and without any hello I was curtly told to be seated, they would help me when they were free. It turned out that one of the ladies was a client, and they were having a catch-up chat. Shortly after I sat down, the older lady started speaking with me, then rolled her eyes and insisted I come back to the glass wall, a few feet from where I was seated. She was very curt, no greeting of any sort, just wanted to know why I was there. She seemed completely confused, and actually said she had no idea what I was booked for, which made me feel a bit suspicious. She interrupted me mid-sentence to tell me I was making a mess and I had to take off my boots, still rolling her eyes and huffing. I told her I was concerned that they did not seem to have my booking, and that I wasn't feeling very welcome so far. This really made her upset, and she insisted in a very shrill voice that she was being professional. The whole situation was ridiculous. I couldn't imagine what she would be like once the treatment began, given this horrid pre-bedside manner, so I left without going any further. I learned from calling the other office that this lady is the manager, and I got the distinct impression that complaints about her are nothing new.

I wanted to discuss a breast lift/reduction. I was placed in a room, fully clothed, no gown. The Dr came in and said "well I gotta see em". I stood there holding my shirt and my bra up while he fondled me. When he was done, he opened the door to leave and said "come back after you've had kids". That was all. First off, the medi spa is a doctors office with an actual doctor there! I have been to plenty that claim they have a doctor but you never see them. My only complaint is that i never saw or spoke with the doctor. All communication was through other staff members. I would have liked to speak directly to the doctor to explore options since I spent thousands for the cool sculpting. In the end I was offered a free cool sculpting session, but since the first two treatments were not effective i didn't want to put myself through any more discomfort. I have not been back since.
