The man - I will not use the term "gentleman", as he was not one - at the desk proceeded to make me feel very foolish for knowing nothing about the light and then gave instruction to me on how to best put my 3-year old in the car. When I got home, I realized he had given me the wrong lights. The second time I had the pleasure of working with a lady who was light years removed from her coworker In terms of social skills, but who sent me home with the wrong wattage of bulb, despite having written the receipt correctly. It was silly of me not to have double checked after my first experience, I will admit, but nonetheless, I won't be back. Supporting local business is important, but I stop short of supporting poor customer service.

Text him about the error. Again over charged me. He then proceeded to tell me that he also adds a trip charge. When I told him it didn't take 2 hours to get to my home. He then changed his story again. Saying that he charges for each electrician, that comes out. Charging me over 300$ to look at a breaker box. Very unprofessional and became threatening in text messages. This was the only place to leave a review as they don't even have a website. Do not use this place at all. Cost!

He spent the majority of the time talking in the yard about the town and neighborhood with my wife. The next day we received a quote for $6,950 nearly double our expectations for the job. We also received a $250 fee for the visit. I had another electrician come out the same week and complete the work for $4,000 with a free estimate. I believe this company overbids and collects wildly high estimate fees for work they know won't be accepted. Coleman Electric is a better option in Kansas, they were friendly, informative, quoted fair value for the work and did not overcharge for an estimate fee. Finally, they have no answered the phone to pay this invoice and have no website or Yelp history. I would avoid this electrician, Kansas license number 37
