I scheduled my appointment with Appliance Experts through whirlpool and was told they'd arrive between 8am-4pm. The day before my appointment, however, they called and let me know they'd be there between 10-11AM. The day of, the repairman Randy called by 9:30am and was right on time. He was extremely polite and professional and he fixed my washing machine quickly. I'm so pleased with the service, especially after the nightmare of trying to get it fixed by Central Kansas Appliance Repair. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

He went back to the drawing board and came up with another solution that was more work for him, but much more secure. He did a wonderful job matching the new railing to the banister upstairs and we were blown away with the results! We were so happy with his honesty and dedication to our first job that we hired him once again to replace the flooring in our basement.
